Unknown Speaker (00:00:00.000)
N-N-N-N-N-N-Knowledge Fight
Unknown Speaker (00:00:12.960)
Dan and Jordan, I am sweating.
Unknown Speaker (00:00:19.600)
Knowledgefight.com, it's time to pray.
Unknown Speaker (00:00:21.399)
I have great respect for knowledgefight, knowledgefight.
Unknown Speaker (00:00:25.199)
I'm sick of them posing as if they're the good guys, saying we are the bad guys.
Unknown Speaker (00:00:29.359)
Good, good, good.
Unknown Speaker (00:00:35.799)
I love your work.
Unknown Speaker (00:00:39.979)
Knowledgefight.
Unknown Speaker (00:00:41.759)
I love you.
Unknown Speaker (00:00:44.079)
Hey, Jordan, hello, friends.
Unknown Speaker (00:00:49.020)
I think you're doing great, guys.
Unknown Speaker (00:00:52.560)
Good job.
Unknown Speaker (00:00:54.579)
All right.
Unknown Speaker (00:00:56.000)
I'm Dan.
Unknown Speaker (00:00:57.000)
I'm Jordan.
Unknown Speaker (00:00:58.000)
We're a couple dudes.
Unknown Speaker (00:00:59.000)
I'd like to sit around and worship at the altar of Selene and talk a little bit about
Unknown Speaker (00:01:06.000)
Alex Jones.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:07.000)
Oh, indeed we are, Dan.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:08.000)
Jordan.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:09.000)
Dan.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:10.000)
Jordan.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:11.000)
I have a quick question for you.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:12.000)
What's up?
Unknown Speaker (00:01:13.000)
What's your bright spot today, buddy?
Unknown Speaker (00:01:14.000)
You know, Jordan, sometimes these bright spots are whimsical.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:17.120)
Sometimes they're food.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:18.859)
Sometimes they're twilight.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:19.859)
You know, what are you going to do?
Unknown Speaker (00:01:21.640)
But sometimes they're a little bit basic, and I guess today's is a little basic, and
Unknown Speaker (00:01:27.200)
that is I guess I'm just - bright spot is I'm alive, honestly.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:31.359)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:32.359)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:33.359)
Bright spot.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:34.359)
Bright spot.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:35.359)
It's shit.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:37.040)
Times are shit.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:40.640)
You know, we postponed our last - or canceled our Friday episode of last week because I
Unknown Speaker (00:01:47.959)
got a horrendous bout of food poisoning that has been described by those who have heard
Unknown Speaker (00:01:55.000)
it, vis-à-vis my dad, as it sounds like the worst I've ever heard of.
Unknown Speaker (00:01:59.319)
Yep.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:00.319)
It was real bad, to the point where I thought I was going to die for sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:04.719)
Culprits have been identified by some people on social media.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:08.759)
They are things like the Aldi cheese advent calendar.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:13.080)
That'll happen.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:14.319)
The Haribo.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:17.039)
These are suspects, and I would like to clear all of these of suspicion.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:20.599)
The Haribo absolutely was not the contributing factor.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:24.199)
The cheese calendar, if I'm being totally honest, I've fallen off on a little bit,
Unknown Speaker (00:02:29.639)
so that was actually - I'm behind on that.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:32.000)
That's out of the running.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:33.000)
I don't believe it is.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:34.000)
I believe it was some bad hot dogs.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:36.719)
Well, that's not hard to imagine.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:39.520)
Of all the things to imagine, yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:41.520)
I got some Oscar Meyers from the grocery store, and when I was eating them, I did think, yeah,
Unknown Speaker (00:02:50.439)
these aren't good.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:52.240)
And I didn't think much of it, and I did throw away one.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:56.400)
That's good.
Unknown Speaker (00:02:57.400)
So, like, I didn't even finish all of it, but I did make note of, like, this is - something's
Unknown Speaker (00:03:01.960)
wrong here.
Unknown Speaker (00:03:02.960)
And it turns out something was wrong, something was real wrong.
Unknown Speaker (00:03:07.080)
That is an interesting thing, because you were one thrown-away hot dog from death.
Unknown Speaker (00:03:12.000)
That hot dog was - that had your name written on it, like a bullet in -
Unknown Speaker (00:03:15.439)
That might have been my polonium poisoning -
Unknown Speaker (00:03:17.439)
Full metal jacket right there, yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:03:19.199)
- that would have been done for.
Unknown Speaker (00:03:20.199)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:03:21.199)
But, yeah, I mean, this has been, like, a real shit month as a whole in terms of some
Unknown Speaker (00:03:31.319)
issues with shifting medications that is still ongoing in terms of, like, depression and
Unknown Speaker (00:03:37.360)
all that stuff.
Unknown Speaker (00:03:38.360)
That's still - remains unresolved and is a turbulent up and down throughout.
Unknown Speaker (00:03:43.840)
I had another medical issue that maybe we'll talk about at some point on air, but that
Unknown Speaker (00:03:49.599)
was plaguing me and has been a bit - no one needs to feel bad or anything, it's fine,
Unknown Speaker (00:03:54.400)
but -
Unknown Speaker (00:03:55.400)
No.
Unknown Speaker (00:03:56.400)
I mean, just everything has been a pile of shit towards the end of this year.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:02.120)
I don't foresee 2024 being any better, honestly.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:04.319)
No, it's going to be great.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:05.319)
It's going to be great.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:06.319)
And then in the midst of all of this, like, we have Alex getting back on Twitter and all
Unknown Speaker (00:04:11.159)
the shitheads rejoicing and Alex posting Endgame on Twitter.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:14.639)
It's like, oh, God, it's just - I can't - it's rough.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:18.720)
But I'm alive and we're here, so bright spot.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:22.720)
Yeah, yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:23.720)
Huzzah.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:24.720)
It's been - it's been really great to be helpless and watch you suffer.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:28.519)
That's fantastic.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:29.519)
I mean, you didn't have to watch.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:32.120)
I didn't live stream my throwing up at four in the morning.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:36.040)
No, I didn't have to watch.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:37.360)
I didn't have to watch, but I did spend a lot of time worrying.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:40.120)
Well, I'm sorry that you did, but I appreciate your concern.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:42.519)
No, no, no, this is about me, just in case you were wondering.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:45.240)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:46.240)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:47.240)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:48.240)
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:49.240)
I'm glad you're alive.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:50.240)
But -
Unknown Speaker (00:04:51.240)
It's about me.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:52.240)
Right.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:53.240)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:54.240)
I'm glad you're alive.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:55.240)
I love you.
Unknown Speaker (00:04:56.240)
My Bright Spot actually is this new show, Carol and the End of the World, on Netflix.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:04.519)
It's another animated show.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:06.800)
It's one of the more pensive and, like, emotionally affecting things that I've watched in a long
Unknown Speaker (00:05:15.680)
time.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:16.680)
Okay.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:17.680)
It's very - it's not funny or - I mean, I don't know.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:20.759)
It is funny, but it's hard to describe beyond, like, occasionally.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:24.199)
I was genuinely weeping, salt tears for, like, existential purposes.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:30.639)
Right.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:31.639)
You know?
Unknown Speaker (00:05:32.639)
Like, it is that kind of a show.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:33.639)
Is it a sequel or a television version of Seeking a Friend for the End of the World?
Unknown Speaker (00:05:39.240)
No, no, no, no, no.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:40.240)
Not that Steve Carell movie.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:41.800)
No, it is not that.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:43.199)
Did that make you cry?
Unknown Speaker (00:05:44.399)
No.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:45.399)
That didn't bother me at all.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:46.399)
No.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:47.399)
It is - it's a melancholy in tone.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:48.399)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:49.399)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:50.399)
I mean, I assume it has to do with the End of the World.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:51.399)
It's the End of the World.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:52.399)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:53.399)
It's the end of the most feel.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:54.399)
Right.
Unknown Speaker (00:05:55.399)
What - I mean, what's fascinating about it is that idea of the twin paths of the end
Unknown Speaker (00:06:00.120)
of the world, you know?
Unknown Speaker (00:06:01.120)
Like, people going out and being like, well, we're all going to die, so I'm going to
Unknown Speaker (00:06:04.759)
be fulfilled.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:05.759)
I'm going to live my life to the fullest.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:07.079)
I'm going to go flying.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:09.079)
And then there's tons of people who are like, this makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable,
Unknown Speaker (00:06:13.259)
and what makes me feel comfortable is going to fucking work.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:16.920)
Well, but there's a third path, which is The Purge.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:20.040)
Sure, sure, sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:21.040)
Well, I have nobody saying The Purge isn't available at any given point in time.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:24.680)
I assume that's in the show, people purging.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:26.959)
I think there is some purging, yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:29.160)
Okay.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:30.160)
But, yeah, it is a really interesting meditation on, like, life condensed, so, yeah, I would
Unknown Speaker (00:06:36.720)
recommend it.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:37.720)
Cool.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:38.720)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:39.720)
You're talking about online things.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:40.720)
Online things.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:41.720)
Or TV shows and stuff.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:42.720)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:43.720)
I saw a trailer for the new Beverly Hills Cop movie.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:48.920)
I'm sorry, what?
Unknown Speaker (00:06:50.120)
Right, I didn't realize this was happening.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:52.480)
Is that four or five now?
Unknown Speaker (00:06:54.000)
Is that five?
Unknown Speaker (00:06:55.000)
I think we're on five.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:56.000)
I'm not sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:06:57.000)
But I was like, man, who do they get to play Axel?
Unknown Speaker (00:07:00.439)
Because I thought, like, you're going to hand down the role to somebody.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:03.199)
There's no way that Eddie Murphy's still going to play Axel.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:06.000)
The man's in his 60s at this point.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:08.920)
I did think that.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:09.920)
I thought, like, wow, that would be a very interesting storyline that they're going to
Unknown Speaker (00:07:13.120)
need to tell of, like, this old cop or whatever going around putting bananas in tailpipes
Unknown Speaker (00:07:18.639)
and shit.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:19.639)
But when they revealed it was Eddie Murphy, I gasped.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:23.680)
I mean, he still looks great.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:26.920)
No arguments there.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:27.920)
No.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:28.920)
No arguments there.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:29.920)
No, not at all.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:30.920)
A man can still star in a movie, absolutely.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:31.920)
Yeah, yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:32.920)
Don't get it twisted.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:33.920)
But it was still just such a surprise.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:35.360)
And that's how I knew that the fever was bad.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:37.879)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:38.879)
It was that moved by, like, oh my god, it's Eddie Murphy.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:43.360)
And then when Judge Reinhold's in it, man.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:46.439)
I'm sorry, what?
Unknown Speaker (00:07:47.439)
He's still alive?
Unknown Speaker (00:07:48.439)
I believe so.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:49.439)
He's still on the trailer.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:50.439)
I'm led to believe he is still alive.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:51.920)
40 to 60% copy.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:53.160)
Kevin Bacon.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:54.560)
Kevin Bacon is still going.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:55.920)
Mm-hmm.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:56.920)
He still works.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:57.920)
A lot.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:58.920)
Anyway, I will not see this.
Unknown Speaker (00:07:59.920)
No.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:00.920)
Don't care.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:01.920)
Yep.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:02.920)
Nope.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:03.920)
But I was shocked.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:04.920)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:05.920)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:06.920)
I imagine we'll all probably feel the same whenever Martin Lawrence shows up in Bad Boy
Unknown Speaker (00:08:09.920)
6.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:10.920)
Something like that.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:11.920)
Well, you have to.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:12.920)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:13.920)
At Will Smith.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:14.920)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:15.920)
You have to.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:16.920)
Well, I don't know if Bad Boy 6 is going to be able to get Will Smith at that point.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:18.720)
He'll come back.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:19.720)
Probably.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:20.720)
He's that kind of guy.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:22.600)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:23.600)
He might not do five, but he'll do six.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:25.160)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:26.160)
For sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:27.160)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:28.160)
Like a Vin Diesel.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:29.160)
For sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:30.160)
Not doing Fast and Furious 2.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:31.160)
Bad Boy's Tokyo Drift.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:32.159)
Vin Diesel was in that one.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:33.159)
Oh, he was?
Unknown Speaker (00:08:34.159)
He was in the end credits scene.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:35.159)
In Tokyo Drift?
Unknown Speaker (00:08:36.159)
Oh, that's right.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:37.159)
That's right.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:38.159)
When he pulls up, Bow Wow.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:39.159)
Right.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:40.159)
When he was Nick Fury-ing as Marvel.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:41.159)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:42.159)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:43.159)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:44.159)
But he didn't want to do two because he didn't do sequels.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:45.159)
No.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:46.159)
Oh, how that has come around.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:48.159)
Too big.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:49.159)
Too big for sequels.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:50.159)
Too big, Vin.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:51.159)
Oh, boy.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:52.159)
Good times.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:53.159)
Anyway, Jordan.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:54.159)
Yes.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:55.159)
We have an episode to do today.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:56.159)
Right.
Unknown Speaker (00:08:57.159)
And I honestly, between the exasperation and the difficulties and the fact that we had,
Unknown Speaker (00:09:02.600)
you know, our last couple episodes were eight hours of present day monstrosity.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:09.320)
It does feel like we're losing, yes.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:10.840)
I decided we're going back to the past.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:12.440)
Good call.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:13.440)
So today we're going to be talking about March 29th, 2004.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:16.200)
And I do think that there is such better content in the past.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:21.320)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:22.320)
And I have a theory about it, and we'll work through this as we go along.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:25.720)
But first, let's say hello to some new wonks.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:28.159)
Ooh, that's a great idea.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:29.159)
So first, Crispy Biscuit, aka Hairless Alex Jones, gives off big loser little titty baby
Unknown Speaker (00:09:34.559)
energy.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:35.559)
Thank you so much.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:36.559)
You're now a policy wonk.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:37.559)
I'm a policy wonk.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:38.559)
Thank you very much.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:39.559)
Thank you.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:40.559)
Next, I listen to a lot of Knowledge Fight while traveling in Spain, and now Alex's panicked
Unknown Speaker (00:09:42.720)
yelping will always remind me of Ibiza.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:45.240)
Thank you so much.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:46.240)
You're now a policy wonk.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:47.240)
I'm a policy wonk.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:48.240)
Thank you very much.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:49.240)
I thought Ibiza was the island in Greece.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:51.440)
Isn't it Ibiza?
Unknown Speaker (00:09:52.960)
Isn't that the party island?
Unknown Speaker (00:09:55.559)
Uh, wait.
Unknown Speaker (00:09:57.399)
Do you mean Ibiza?
Unknown Speaker (00:09:59.419)
Do you think Ibiza and Ibiza are different places?
Unknown Speaker (00:10:02.139)
I think they are.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:03.139)
I thought they were.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:04.139)
No.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:05.139)
I thought it was a fancy pronunciation of Ibiza.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:06.440)
Wait, wait, what?
Unknown Speaker (00:10:08.480)
Now I'm so confused.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:09.480)
Yeah, me too.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:10.480)
All right.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:11.480)
This is a shitty great reset book indirectly got me to finally go back to therapy.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:16.039)
Thank you so much.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:17.039)
You're now a policy wonk.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:18.039)
I'm a policy wonk.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:19.039)
Thank you very much.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:20.039)
Best outcome ever of that book.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:21.039)
Yeah, it doesn't get better than that.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:22.240)
Next, Reverend Xander Lovecraft.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:24.139)
Thank you so much.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:25.139)
You're now a policy wonk.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:26.139)
I'm a policy wonk.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:27.139)
Thank you very much.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:28.139)
And Chodel Foster.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:29.320)
Thank you so much.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:30.320)
You're now a policy wonk.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:31.320)
I'm a policy wonk.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:32.320)
Thank you very much.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:33.320)
Thank you.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:34.320)
And we've got a technocrat in the mix, Jordan.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:35.320)
So thank you so much to Happy Birthday Angela from Popcorn Butter, but my bright spot today
Unknown Speaker (00:10:39.980)
is you as an individual, a mother, a partner, and dead ass.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:43.600)
Her birthday is in early November.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:45.320)
Oops.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:46.320)
Thank you so much.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:47.320)
You are now a technocrat.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:48.320)
I'm a policy wonk.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:49.320)
Four stars.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:50.320)
Go home to your mother and tell her you're brilliant.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:53.080)
Someone sodomite sent me a bucket of poop.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:54.759)
Daddy shark.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:55.759)
Bomp, bomp.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:56.759)
Bomp, bomp, bomp.
Unknown Speaker (00:10:57.759)
Jar Jar Binks has a Caribbean black accent.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:01.600)
He's a loser, little titty baby.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:04.580)
I don't want to hate black people.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:06.200)
I renounce Jesus Christ.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:08.240)
I looked it up.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:09.240)
Yes.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:10.240)
Ibiza is a pronunciation that British people usually use for Ibiza, which is an island
Unknown Speaker (00:11:15.480)
in the Mediterranean, which is not, eh, you know what, I really thought Ibiza was in a
Unknown Speaker (00:11:22.519)
different place.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:25.600)
That's what's going on here.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:27.120)
For some reason, I thought it was, you know, maybe it's just because I knew it as a Mediterranean
Unknown Speaker (00:11:31.159)
island and I just assume everything Mediterranean is around Greece.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:35.519)
It's greasy.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:36.519)
No, it is way over there by Spain.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:38.759)
Way over on the west side near Spain.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:41.679)
Not too far from like Mallorca and stuff.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:43.960)
It's near Parma or Palma.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:46.519)
Palma.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:47.519)
Excuse me.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:48.519)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:49.519)
So yeah, that's my bad.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:50.519)
All this time, all this time, I'd been aware of it as a house music capital of the world.
Unknown Speaker (00:11:56.799)
I thought it was over there maybe by Eos and Noxos.
Unknown Speaker (00:12:03.639)
Let's see.
Unknown Speaker (00:12:04.639)
What are we talking about?
Unknown Speaker (00:12:05.639)
I think the first time I encountered Ibiza was on LCD sound systems losing my edge.
Unknown Speaker (00:12:12.279)
That was the first time that somebody had pronounced it like that and I got so confused
Unknown Speaker (00:12:16.759)
because I kept seeing it with the Z and he pronounced it Ibiza.
Unknown Speaker (00:12:21.240)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:12:22.240)
See, I associate it.
Unknown Speaker (00:12:24.679)
I'm not sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:12:25.679)
Isn't that have to do with, wait, I thought it had to do with like Catalan, nevermind.
Unknown Speaker (00:12:31.500)
What are we doing?
Unknown Speaker (00:12:32.500)
What's happening?
Unknown Speaker (00:12:33.500)
What's happening right now?
Unknown Speaker (00:12:36.000)
I knew of Ibiza because of my buddy Dr. Gums and I used to smoke a lot of weed and he liked
Unknown Speaker (00:12:43.600)
this-
Unknown Speaker (00:12:44.600)
Oh, Weedza.
Unknown Speaker (00:12:45.600)
He liked these CDs, Cafe Del Mar, that were collections of sort of moody house music and
Unknown Speaker (00:12:54.320)
shit.
Unknown Speaker (00:12:55.320)
And it was just like, oh man, we get so high and think about being in Ibiza.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:02.279)
One day, we'll do a live show at Cafe Del Mar.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:04.519)
That's what we're going to do.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:05.519)
That would be fun.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:06.519)
I bet we could pull off a, fuck yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:08.759)
No, I don't think we could do it.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:10.360)
If somebody, oh man, I bet we could pull it off.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:12.960)
I doubt it.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:14.080)
I agree.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:15.080)
So, Jordan, today we got this episode to go over, but first here is now the context drop
Unknown Speaker (00:13:19.700)
from today's show.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:20.700)
That's it.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:21.700)
I'm reading the Declaration of Independence the next hour.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:23.879)
That's it.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:25.879)
Wait for the first time?
Unknown Speaker (00:13:26.879)
No, just on air, he's going to commit a thought crime.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:31.600)
How long does he make it through?
Unknown Speaker (00:13:33.360)
He doesn't do it at all.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:34.360)
Oh, come on.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:35.360)
Wait, no, actually he reads a couple of the amendments.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:39.840)
To the Declaration of Independence?
Unknown Speaker (00:13:41.480)
Yeah, he reads the Bill of Rights.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:44.799)
The Bill of Rights to the Declaration of Independence?
Unknown Speaker (00:13:47.519)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:48.519)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:49.519)
But I do like it as a pronouncement.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:51.600)
That's it.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:52.600)
That's it.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:53.600)
That's it.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:54.600)
I'm doing it.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:55.600)
I've had enough.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:56.600)
I've had enough.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:57.600)
Got to read the Declaration.
Unknown Speaker (00:13:58.600)
I like that as a comforting thing.
Unknown Speaker (00:14:00.799)
You know what, guys?
Unknown Speaker (00:14:01.799)
I just got to go, and I got to read the Declaration for a while, and then I'll be back and I'll
Unknown Speaker (00:14:05.440)
be ready to go.
Unknown Speaker (00:14:06.440)
Got to do some self-care.
Unknown Speaker (00:14:07.440)
Yep.
Unknown Speaker (00:14:08.440)
Reading the Declaration of Independence out loud.
Unknown Speaker (00:14:10.799)
So we start off, and Alex has a big news story that will go the entirety of the show.
Unknown Speaker (00:14:18.080)
I want to cover this, and I want to take your calls on this subject, and I want you to call
Unknown Speaker (00:14:22.519)
in on this issue.
Unknown Speaker (00:14:24.679)
You're welcome to talk about other stuff once you've talked about this, but I rarely say,
Unknown Speaker (00:14:29.480)
we're going to talk about this, but I really think we should, and again, it's posted right
Unknown Speaker (00:14:35.440)
now on Infowars.com.
Unknown Speaker (00:14:39.200)
We just have the news article itself out of News 6 of the big TV station there in New
Unknown Speaker (00:14:43.600)
Orleans on PrisonPlanet.com, but at Infowars.com, we have some of my commentary added to the
Unknown Speaker (00:14:50.639)
top of the story and some links to some key documents after it, so I think you need to
Unknown Speaker (00:14:55.960)
go get that story and email it out to everybody you know, local talk show hosts, local constabulary.
Unknown Speaker (00:15:05.159)
Because it's a big, big deal.
Unknown Speaker (00:15:09.919)
Or opens door to searches without warrants, that's the headline.
Unknown Speaker (00:15:15.840)
Dissenting judge calls ruling, or dissenting judges call ruling the road to hell.
Unknown Speaker (00:15:24.840)
I don't know, the Soviet Union was a wonderland, I mean, why is he saying that?
Unknown Speaker (00:15:28.240)
Maybe he's anti-government.
Unknown Speaker (00:15:29.240)
Oh damn.
Unknown Speaker (00:15:30.240)
So I understand where Alex is coming from, and maybe on a general philosophical level
Unknown Speaker (00:15:33.799)
I can agree with him, but he's repeatedly endorsed stop-and-frisk policing in places
Unknown Speaker (00:15:38.600)
like New York, so maybe you can just calm down a little bit with this sanctity bullshit.
Unknown Speaker (00:15:43.320)
He's on one.
Unknown Speaker (00:15:44.639)
So the situation here is about a case out of Louisiana that was recently decided in
Unknown Speaker (00:15:49.200)
the Fifth Circuit of Appeals.
Unknown Speaker (00:15:50.200)
I'll give you the basic details, because it's a little bit messy.
Unknown Speaker (00:15:53.720)
There was this guy named Kelly Gould, who was a known violent felon.
Unknown Speaker (00:15:57.279)
A guy who knew him called the police and warned them that Gould was planning on killing two
Unknown Speaker (00:16:01.539)
local judges, and naturally the police acted on that tip and decided, let's go have a little
Unknown Speaker (00:16:06.399)
chat with this guy.
Unknown Speaker (00:16:08.039)
They arrived at the trailer where Gould lived, and another resident of the trailer gave them
Unknown Speaker (00:16:12.080)
permission to enter and look for Gould, who was said to be asleep in his bedroom.
Unknown Speaker (00:16:17.080)
The officers looked in the bedroom, they didn't see him, and part of making sure he wasn't
Unknown Speaker (00:16:21.220)
setting up an ambush was to look around under the bed, check the closets, which are open,
Unknown Speaker (00:16:26.679)
in the bedroom.
Unknown Speaker (00:16:27.720)
When they did so, they found a bunch of guns, which Gould was not allowed to be in possession
Unknown Speaker (00:16:31.360)
of because he was a violent felon.
Unknown Speaker (00:16:33.240)
On account of the violent felonies.
Unknown Speaker (00:16:34.559)
Yeah, yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:16:35.559)
So Gould had managed to get out of the trailer, but police found him hiding in the woods nearby
Unknown Speaker (00:16:39.919)
pretty quick, at which point he was arrested and consented to a search of his living space.
Unknown Speaker (00:16:45.399)
Now here's what's at issue with this case.
Unknown Speaker (00:16:47.799)
Did the officers have the right to search those closets, which is to say, was that an
Unknown Speaker (00:16:51.919)
appropriate part of doing a protective sweep of the premises?
Unknown Speaker (00:16:56.039)
Gould's lawyers argued that they did not, and they sought to suppress the discovery
Unknown Speaker (00:16:59.559)
of the guns as being any evidence that could be used against Gould.
Unknown Speaker (00:17:03.240)
And the District Court agreed, but on appeal, the Fifth Circuit Court overturned that decision,
Unknown Speaker (00:17:08.279)
finding that this kind of protective sweep is appropriate in the context that the officers
Unknown Speaker (00:17:11.940)
were in, where failing to do so could have put them in serious danger.
Unknown Speaker (00:17:16.200)
The issue was an uncertainty about protective sweeps left hanging after a previous case,
Unknown Speaker (00:17:21.799)
Maryland v. Bowie.
Unknown Speaker (00:17:23.680)
That case established that protective sweeps were fine for police to do in the context
Unknown Speaker (00:17:27.440)
of an arrest, but it didn't specify that they had to only be incident to an arrest.
Unknown Speaker (00:17:33.240)
That was a potential understanding of the ruling, which was the basis for Gould's
Unknown Speaker (00:17:36.960)
lawyers' challenge.
Unknown Speaker (00:17:37.960)
Ultimately, the Fifth Circuit decided that protective sweeps did not have to only be
Unknown Speaker (00:17:42.119)
done after or in the context of an arrest, but could be done under other, very limited
Unknown Speaker (00:17:47.240)
circumstances.
Unknown Speaker (00:17:48.240)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:17:49.240)
This is not a draconian step towards the police state, but Alex is presenting it that way
Unknown Speaker (00:17:52.559)
because it involves guns, and that'll sort of become clear as we go on.
Unknown Speaker (00:17:56.279)
I was going to say, yeah, I feel like, again, the real problem here is this is involving
Unknown Speaker (00:18:00.900)
a lot of guns.
Unknown Speaker (00:18:02.980)
That's the major issue.
Unknown Speaker (00:18:04.119)
It will be teased out eventually that there are a lot of feelings about guns that are
Unknown Speaker (00:18:09.279)
sort of part of this.
Unknown Speaker (00:18:10.279)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:18:11.279)
I respect the need for whatever the law to, you know, that's their job.
Unknown Speaker (00:18:16.440)
They'll get into it.
Unknown Speaker (00:18:17.440)
They'll get a hold of my...
Unknown Speaker (00:18:18.680)
But for me, I feel like the bigger problem here is that guy shouldn't have had all those
Unknown Speaker (00:18:22.160)
guns.
Unknown Speaker (00:18:23.160)
I think, you know, assuming that the information was correct, he probably shouldn't have threatened
Unknown Speaker (00:18:29.200)
to kill judges.
Unknown Speaker (00:18:30.200)
But that's a bad idea, too!
Unknown Speaker (00:18:31.759)
Yeah, it's usually someone's going to hear you and tell the police about it.
Unknown Speaker (00:18:35.240)
Right, right, right.
Unknown Speaker (00:18:36.240)
And then also, yeah, if you're a felon, you're running a real risk having all those guns.
Unknown Speaker (00:18:40.599)
But I understand it's important for the protective sweep details.
Unknown Speaker (00:18:45.519)
Happy for people to work that out.
Unknown Speaker (00:18:47.519)
We gotta work on the guns first, though!
Unknown Speaker (00:18:49.160)
I feel like the guns are important!
Unknown Speaker (00:18:51.000)
So this, also, there's one, there were two judges who dissented, but there was one that
Unknown Speaker (00:18:56.480)
wrote a dissenting opinion.
Unknown Speaker (00:18:58.200)
And so this is being attributed to multiple judges said that this was the road to hell.
Unknown Speaker (00:19:02.319)
Now, the article as it exists says, it doesn't say that, but it does say that, quote, the
Unknown Speaker (00:19:09.359)
road to hell is paved with good intentions, was something that one of the judges said.
Unknown Speaker (00:19:13.839)
Now, this article has actually been edited since the time that Alex covered it.
Unknown Speaker (00:19:19.440)
So Alex is actually covering it correctly that the article said that two judges said
Unknown Speaker (00:19:24.119)
that this was, quote, the road to hell.
Unknown Speaker (00:19:25.839)
Right, but they didn't.
Unknown Speaker (00:19:27.079)
They didn't really.
Unknown Speaker (00:19:28.720)
It was out of context.
Unknown Speaker (00:19:30.680)
So the article was updated, but Alex is not wrong.
Unknown Speaker (00:19:34.680)
He's just wrong.
Unknown Speaker (00:19:35.680)
Technically speaking, if you do write, the road to hell is paved with good intentions,
Unknown Speaker (00:19:41.599)
you could be said as to have said this is the road to hell.
Unknown Speaker (00:19:45.240)
No, and there's another thing that we'll get to later that they do say in the dissenting
Unknown Speaker (00:19:50.119)
opinion that you can construe in a certain way very loosely to say that this is the road
Unknown Speaker (00:19:56.680)
to hell.
Unknown Speaker (00:19:57.680)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:19:58.680)
So what they did is they were a little loose with their quotations.
Unknown Speaker (00:20:00.400)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:20:01.400)
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I get it, I get it.
Unknown Speaker (00:20:05.759)
So one of the things that I'm talking about here with the reason that the past is so much
Unknown Speaker (00:20:10.299)
better on Alex's show is this is a real thing.
Unknown Speaker (00:20:13.359)
Yes.
Unknown Speaker (00:20:14.359)
You know, like the stuff that Alex talks about now is just like, who knows what you're fucking
Unknown Speaker (00:20:19.440)
talking about?
Unknown Speaker (00:20:20.440)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:20:21.440)
It's so disconnected from reality, it's like most of it's from a meme he saw somewhere
Unknown Speaker (00:20:27.079)
or a vision he had and all this nonsense.
Unknown Speaker (00:20:29.880)
This is a real world issue.
Unknown Speaker (00:20:32.640)
This is a person who got arrested for these guns and there is an open question as to whether
Unknown Speaker (00:20:39.680)
the police's sweep was protected by the, or against the fourth amendment or not.
Unknown Speaker (00:20:45.480)
Sure, that's interesting.
Unknown Speaker (00:20:46.480)
Exactly.
Unknown Speaker (00:20:47.480)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:20:48.480)
There is a potential for real conversation about something here as opposed to like, it's
Unknown Speaker (00:20:52.599)
a fucking dead end in the present.
Unknown Speaker (00:20:54.240)
No, no, no, no, no.
Unknown Speaker (00:20:55.880)
These are made of Jesus's hatred for you because you worship the devil.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:00.119)
Of course that makes perfect sense.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:01.119)
And they're giving it to you because you're white and they want to kill you.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:04.000)
Exactly.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:05.000)
Yes, obviously.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:06.000)
Duh.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:07.000)
All right.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:08.000)
Yeah?
Unknown Speaker (00:21:09.000)
Fine.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:10.000)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:11.000)
Let's get into it.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:12.000)
What does the fourth amendment say about that?
Unknown Speaker (00:21:13.000)
They can't search my blood.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:14.000)
That's an interesting question.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:15.680)
So Alex has his own commentary that he has added to this article.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:20.079)
Good.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:21.079)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:22.079)
And I put the comment in here.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:23.079)
The fifth circuit ruling is criminal, similar to Supreme Court rulings of the past declaring
Unknown Speaker (00:21:27.240)
black people slaves.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:29.480)
It is a total violation of the bill of rights and is null and void.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:33.559)
The US Congress and legislature of Louisiana should call an emergency session to investigate
Unknown Speaker (00:21:38.880)
possible criminal charges of sedition against those ruling to eradicate the fourth amendment.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:45.839)
We'll come back, get into the article and take your call.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:47.880)
Stay with us.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:48.880)
That's tough talk.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:49.880)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:50.880)
Obviously stupid.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:51.880)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:52.880)
But Alex has painstaking discussion about the fourth amendment concerns in it, which
Unknown Speaker (00:21:56.440)
is part of why it was never overturned by the Supreme Court.
Unknown Speaker (00:21:59.000)
Right.
Unknown Speaker (00:22:00.000)
It's very much in line with the Constitution.
Unknown Speaker (00:22:01.279)
Alex is just valid on gun issues, particularly when he can masquerade them as illegal search
Unknown Speaker (00:22:05.519)
type privacy issues.
Unknown Speaker (00:22:07.160)
Also, I'm not sure if Alex actually doesn't know this, but the Supreme Court didn't just
Unknown Speaker (00:22:11.319)
rule one day that black people were to be enslaved.
Unknown Speaker (00:22:14.759)
Slavery in the US predates the Constitution.
Unknown Speaker (00:22:17.799)
There were court decisions that upheld slavery along the way, like the Dred Scott case, but
Unknown Speaker (00:22:21.759)
I worry about Alex's grasp on history a little bit when he says stuff like that.
Unknown Speaker (00:22:26.000)
Whether he knows what he's talking about or not, the important thing to keep in mind is
Unknown Speaker (00:22:28.839)
that Alex is just trying to create the image that one day the court came along and took
Unknown Speaker (00:22:32.519)
black people's freedom away.
Unknown Speaker (00:22:34.299)
And that's exactly what's happening now because this fifth circuit court's decision about
Unknown Speaker (00:22:38.359)
protective sweeps.
Unknown Speaker (00:22:39.720)
It's dumb, but it's emotionally resonant and gives undue weight to the narrative that he's
Unknown Speaker (00:22:43.779)
selling today.
Unknown Speaker (00:22:44.779)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:22:45.779)
I mean, you don't want to find out that all of your bootstraps talk, it doesn't make any
Unknown Speaker (00:22:51.000)
sense whenever the entirety of your country is based upon slave labor, you know, from
Unknown Speaker (00:22:55.680)
its birth to now.
Unknown Speaker (00:22:58.039)
Before birth?
Unknown Speaker (00:22:59.039)
Yeah, exactly.
Unknown Speaker (00:23:00.039)
Mm-hmm.
Unknown Speaker (00:23:01.039)
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:23:02.039)
Colonial time.
Unknown Speaker (00:23:03.039)
Makes you feel like you're not the person who raised yourself up by your bootstraps
Unknown Speaker (00:23:05.279)
so much.
Unknown Speaker (00:23:06.279)
Maybe you didn't build that business.
Unknown Speaker (00:23:07.279)
Maybe you didn't build shit.
Unknown Speaker (00:23:09.119)
So, uh, man, this, this made me feel worried.
Unknown Speaker (00:23:14.400)
Possession is nine tenths of the law.
Unknown Speaker (00:23:21.759)
Poltergeist.
Unknown Speaker (00:23:22.759)
The globalists are not following any law.
Unknown Speaker (00:23:27.839)
The Bill of Rights, the Constitution, the Magna Carta, the Ten Commandments, they're
Unknown Speaker (00:23:31.880)
not following any of America's laws that were founded on.
Unknown Speaker (00:23:35.599)
I'm sorry, what?
Unknown Speaker (00:23:36.599)
No, they're simply following the law of pirates as they pull alongside each other in their
Unknown Speaker (00:23:41.880)
kangaroo international courts, hailing their fellow pirates.
Unknown Speaker (00:23:46.000)
I mean, mateys, how many skulls in your hole?
Unknown Speaker (00:23:50.559)
That's how the pirates would hail each other.
Unknown Speaker (00:23:52.400)
How many slaves have you fed on?
Unknown Speaker (00:23:55.359)
How many loose fish have you brought upon your decks?
Unknown Speaker (00:23:59.440)
And we, my friends, are the fish.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:01.880)
Ahoy, Klaus Schwab.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:03.640)
Wait, what?
Unknown Speaker (00:24:05.000)
I do not understand this metaphor whatsoever.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:08.000)
So the globalists are pirates and we're the fish.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:12.240)
Right.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:14.240)
I don't understand your confusion.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:15.240)
It's crystal clear.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:16.240)
But pirates don't, are pirates just fish people?
Unknown Speaker (00:24:20.759)
Yeah, they're just fishermen.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:22.240)
Okay, fine.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:23.240)
But they stole the fish.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:25.240)
Back at Tortuga.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:26.240)
Mm-hmm.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:27.240)
Yeah, I gotcha.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:28.359)
So does Alex actually think that possession is nine tenths of the law?
Unknown Speaker (00:24:32.039)
Does he think that we're based on the Magna Carta?
Unknown Speaker (00:24:34.599)
Well, there are some elements that, like, are similar.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:37.680)
Well, English common law, sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:39.400)
Yeah, I mean, there are things that you can trace.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:42.480)
Right, right.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:43.480)
Ideas and things, yeah, but.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:47.519)
Was honor thy father and mother, though?
Unknown Speaker (00:24:49.980)
Is that one that America was based on?
Unknown Speaker (00:24:52.279)
The 10 commandments?
Unknown Speaker (00:24:53.279)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:54.279)
Yeah, that's a lot.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:58.000)
It's deep in jurisprudence.
Unknown Speaker (00:24:59.640)
Oh, yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:00.640)
I care, yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:01.960)
I'm pretty glad we don't do the blasphemy laws anymore.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:04.759)
That's nice.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:05.759)
The possession nine tenths of the law, is that in the Magna Carta?
Unknown Speaker (00:25:08.519)
I thought it was just a bumper sticker.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:09.799)
I don't know.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:10.799)
It's just some nonsense that idiots tell you when they want to steal things from you.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:14.920)
This is my problem.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:15.920)
I don't know who said that.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:17.000)
I don't know why they said it, other than people say it whenever they're stealing shit.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:21.079)
Yeah, they just, like, take something from you, and they're like, that's mine, man.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:25.200)
Session nine tenths of the law, it's mine.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:28.119)
What's a tenth of a law?
Unknown Speaker (00:25:29.119)
This is so stupid.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:30.119)
I get that.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:31.240)
Just say colonialism is fine, because I have a gun and you don't.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:35.440)
Well, that's why you've got to be worried about people taking your guns.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:38.160)
See?
Unknown Speaker (00:25:39.160)
Now, I would ask a second question.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:40.599)
What's that?
Unknown Speaker (00:25:41.599)
If possession is nine tenths of the law, and globalists aren't following any law, what
Unknown Speaker (00:25:45.400)
does possession matter?
Unknown Speaker (00:25:47.039)
Mmm.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:48.039)
Ah, boy.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:49.039)
What a-
Unknown Speaker (00:25:50.039)
It's a riddle.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:51.039)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:52.039)
Well, I mean, they're pirates, so what do the fish matter?
Unknown Speaker (00:25:55.759)
Mmm.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:56.759)
And we're the fish.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:57.759)
They're nutritious.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:58.759)
Okay.
Unknown Speaker (00:25:59.759)
Are they going to eat us?
Unknown Speaker (00:26:00.759)
I think so.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:01.759)
Okay.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:02.759)
I think they do, they just want to make us all criminals.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:05.480)
They want to criminalize all of us.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:07.559)
Wait, all the pirates want to make us criminals?
Unknown Speaker (00:26:09.720)
Right.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:10.720)
Well, you've got to step out of the metaphor.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:16.920)
Right.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:17.920)
Sorry, sorry.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:18.920)
No longer pirates.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:19.920)
I was trapped.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:20.920)
I was trapped.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:21.920)
They laugh at us.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:22.920)
It's a big, fat joke, and bureaucrats from the lowliest to the greatest are all shutting
Unknown Speaker (00:26:26.799)
up their own empires.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:29.079)
They've been given free rein to expand the police state and the despotism of taxation
Unknown Speaker (00:26:34.920)
and regulation.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:36.119)
They are making us all criminals.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:38.839)
And by doing that, they then strip us of our inalienable rights, our citizenship, our sovereignty,
Unknown Speaker (00:26:48.319)
and declare us bounty that they can literally feed upon.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:54.839)
That's what's happening right now.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:56.440)
Like fish.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:57.440)
That's what's happening.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:58.440)
They're not going to be taken away.
Unknown Speaker (00:26:59.440)
They're not inalienable.
Unknown Speaker (00:27:01.000)
Small squabble, but Alex is a dick, so I thought I'd throw it in there.
Unknown Speaker (00:27:04.200)
More to the point, though, what crimes is Alex talking about the globalists charging
Unknown Speaker (00:27:06.980)
us with where we would lose our citizenship?
Unknown Speaker (00:27:09.720)
That's some serious shit.
Unknown Speaker (00:27:11.319)
If you're a naturalized citizen, meaning you weren't born here, there are a number of ways
Unknown Speaker (00:27:14.819)
you can be denaturalized and be stripped of your citizenship, like if you became a citizen
Unknown Speaker (00:27:19.000)
by committing immigration fraud or if it's found out that you're funding terrorist groups.
Unknown Speaker (00:27:23.720)
Right, right, right, right.
Unknown Speaker (00:27:24.720)
Sure, if you're a citizen by birth, you can only lose that citizenship against your will
Unknown Speaker (00:27:28.839)
by committing a very small selection of crimes.
Unknown Speaker (00:27:32.579)
You could attempt to overthrow the government in an act of treason.
Unknown Speaker (00:27:36.319)
Alex's buddies got charged with something pretty similar to that, and they didn't lose
Unknown Speaker (00:27:38.960)
their citizenship.
Unknown Speaker (00:27:39.960)
You actually can't lose your citizenship from that.
Unknown Speaker (00:27:41.880)
We know.
Unknown Speaker (00:27:42.880)
Well, that was a conspiracy to commit seditious acts, not necessarily treason, so maybe it's
Unknown Speaker (00:27:47.119)
a little bit of...
Unknown Speaker (00:27:48.119)
So maybe you have to do something an order of magnitude greater than January 6th.
Unknown Speaker (00:27:53.859)
Another option is to join the military of a country that's hostile to the United States.
Unknown Speaker (00:27:57.880)
Yeah, that'll do it.
Unknown Speaker (00:27:58.880)
But in many ways, that's less a crime and more of a choice on your part, so that's not
Unknown Speaker (00:28:02.759)
really losing your citizenship against your will.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:05.640)
It's honestly pretty much just treason.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:07.319)
Yeah, I mean, I feel like you don't really need to worry about losing your citizenship
Unknown Speaker (00:28:11.759)
because you're probably going to die.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:13.779)
But if you live, I can't imagine you'd be like, eh, I'll just go back home.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:18.039)
Right.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:19.039)
Eh, it doesn't seem like you're going to have a good time.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:20.839)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:21.839)
I'm pretty sure that a circuit court just made a decision that allows protective sweeps
Unknown Speaker (00:28:25.359)
in very narrow circumstances, but if you're Alex, it's like, this is the end of the republic
Unknown Speaker (00:28:30.319)
shit, man.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:31.319)
Everything has to be that level because he is dramatic.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:33.799)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:34.799)
Yeah, that's interesting.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:36.920)
I really have never thought about what you could do to lose your citizenship beyond...
Unknown Speaker (00:28:41.359)
Very little.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:42.359)
I mean, it is literally like, I get it.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:43.960)
If you try to end the country, you can't be a citizen of the country.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:49.119)
That makes sense, right?
Unknown Speaker (00:28:50.119)
Mm-hmm.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:51.119)
That's simple.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:52.119)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:53.119)
But there's a bunch of things you can do voluntarily.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:54.119)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:55.119)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:28:56.119)
You know, but in terms of like crimes you commit, it's pretty much just treason.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:00.440)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:01.440)
I can expat.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:02.440)
You don't have to...
Unknown Speaker (00:29:03.440)
Why would you need...
Unknown Speaker (00:29:04.440)
You don't need to lose your citizenship.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:05.440)
Yeah, you can keep it and you can just leave.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:07.799)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:08.799)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:09.799)
You don't have to try and kill everybody first.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:10.799)
There are other things too though, like if you go to another country and try and run
Unknown Speaker (00:29:14.759)
for office there, then you probably will lose your citizenship.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:18.359)
Really?
Unknown Speaker (00:29:19.359)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:20.359)
That's nice.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:21.359)
So you can't be a citizen of the United States and president of Spain?
Unknown Speaker (00:29:25.319)
No.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:26.319)
Okay.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:27.319)
Gotcha.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:28.319)
No, I think that would be a problem.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:29.759)
So Alex, he's going on about this search and seizure type article and this narrative.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:39.000)
And it turns out we figure out where this all came from.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:43.160)
And Saturday I went online and they're on the Drudge Report and it's now on Infowars.com
Unknown Speaker (00:29:48.880)
and PrisonPlanet.com, I saw this headline, Court Opens the Door to Searches Without Warrants.
Unknown Speaker (00:29:57.880)
This is from the New Orleans News Channel 6 New Orleans, quote, it's a groundbreaking
Unknown Speaker (00:30:05.400)
court decision that legal experts say will affect everyone.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:10.599)
Police officers in Louisiana no longer need a search or arrest warrant to conduct a brief
Unknown Speaker (00:30:16.920)
search of your home or business.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:19.839)
Period.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:20.839)
So Alex likes to pretend that he's out there doing all this deep research and he knows
Unknown Speaker (00:30:24.519)
the white papers and court decisions and all this stuff, but you saw a headline in the
Unknown Speaker (00:30:29.000)
Drudge Report.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:30.000)
Now he's riffing about it.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:31.000)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:32.000)
Like, honestly, there's a part of me that's like, this show should just be, it should
Unknown Speaker (00:30:35.079)
market itself like, do you like the Drudge Report but feel like you want more yelling?
Unknown Speaker (00:30:39.599)
Right.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:40.599)
It's just like an after show for the Drudge Report.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:42.640)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:43.640)
That's, yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:44.640)
Talking Drudge.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:45.640)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:46.640)
And if he had started with Chris Hardwick, we would be in a completely different world
Unknown Speaker (00:30:50.519)
right now.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:51.519)
Uh, and The Walking Dead would still be going on, I assume.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:54.480)
I don't feel like Chris Hardwick has the yelling potential.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:57.079)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:58.079)
But that's why you got Alex.
Unknown Speaker (00:30:59.079)
It's Alex and Chris doing a, doing a talking Drudge show.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:03.440)
Hmm.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:04.440)
I don't, I feel like it would, I don't know.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:07.319)
I don't think that you don't think the Nerdist is going to pick that one up in 2004?
Unknown Speaker (00:31:11.480)
I don't see it.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:13.279)
Nah.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:14.279)
No.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:15.279)
I don't see the market.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:16.880)
I'm going to have to pass.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:18.880)
Fair enough.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:19.880)
Fair enough.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:20.880)
But still, like there's, there's such a grandiosity to Alex's show and like I have visions and
Unknown Speaker (00:31:25.880)
like maybe he's not going that hard on that in 2004 and stuff, but he's still pretty full
Unknown Speaker (00:31:30.839)
of himself.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:31.839)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:32.839)
And at the end of the day, this entire show is just him rambling about a headline he saw
Unknown Speaker (00:31:36.680)
in the Drudge Report that he looked into no deeper than the headline.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:40.759)
No, he might as well be doing, he might as well be one of those Twitch people doing a
Unknown Speaker (00:31:43.960)
live stream of him just like looking and scrolling through Drudge and just reading shit to people.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:49.759)
So much more self-important.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:50.759)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:51.759)
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:52.759)
Some of those Twitch people are pretty fucking self-important.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:53.759)
I was going to say, that's, that's out of your, you're out of your mind.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:55.759)
Those people are nuts.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:56.759)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:31:57.759)
But still, there's something, there's something more about Alex.
Unknown Speaker (00:32:01.079)
Yeah, you're not wrong.
Unknown Speaker (00:32:02.079)
It's a different, different.
Unknown Speaker (00:32:03.079)
It's a different cat.
Unknown Speaker (00:32:04.079)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:32:05.079)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:32:06.079)
Type of cat.
Unknown Speaker (00:32:07.079)
So Alex lies about this and I say lie because I assume ill will, but the reality is he probably
Unknown Speaker (00:32:13.480)
just doesn't know anything about this.
Unknown Speaker (00:32:15.759)
In the ruling, the police searched a house without a warrant and the federal court says,
Unknown Speaker (00:32:21.400)
yeah, those are no longer needed and it doesn't just affect the Louisiana, it affects the
Unknown Speaker (00:32:26.839)
entire country.
Unknown Speaker (00:32:28.700)
The court absolutely didn't say anything close to this and the only explanation possible
Unknown Speaker (00:32:32.460)
here is that Alex didn't read a single thing about this ruling or that he's just lying
Unknown Speaker (00:32:35.799)
to it willingly to the audience.
Unknown Speaker (00:32:37.759)
Alex is also either wrong or lying about this ruling applying broadly across the United
Unknown Speaker (00:32:41.759)
States.
Unknown Speaker (00:32:42.759)
He absolutely does not.
Unknown Speaker (00:32:44.200)
It's only really relevant in Louisiana.
Unknown Speaker (00:32:47.319)
It's a ruling that could be binding upon lower courts within the fifth circuit, which would
Unknown Speaker (00:32:51.880)
then include Texas and Mississippi, but it has no control outside of that region.
Unknown Speaker (00:32:56.359)
Unless the matter is taken up by the Supreme Court, it's not the law of the land.
Unknown Speaker (00:32:59.660)
It exists as a case that could be persuasive to other courts, but that alone doesn't make
Unknown Speaker (00:33:03.960)
it the law.
Unknown Speaker (00:33:04.960)
Right.
Unknown Speaker (00:33:05.960)
In less than 20 seconds, Alex just told the audience two things that were either complete
Unknown Speaker (00:33:09.519)
lies or things that he got entirely wrong.
Unknown Speaker (00:33:11.960)
He's a very bad source of information.
Unknown Speaker (00:33:14.640)
I can't even imagine relying on this guy for truth.
Unknown Speaker (00:33:18.079)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:33:19.079)
Hmm.
Unknown Speaker (00:33:20.079)
You know, that's interesting to me now, mainly because the more I think about Alex in the
Unknown Speaker (00:33:24.920)
legal system, the more I want Kafka to come back to life and really try and restart all
Unknown Speaker (00:33:32.559)
of his shit, but with Alex as his main character.
Unknown Speaker (00:33:34.920)
I want to see what Kafka's take on Alex trying to navigate life would be.
Unknown Speaker (00:33:38.740)
There's his Jones cask.
Unknown Speaker (00:33:40.240)
It would be absolutely...
Unknown Speaker (00:33:42.000)
I would be interested.
Unknown Speaker (00:33:43.000)
It would be way more interesting than this, whatever real life is done with Alex.
Unknown Speaker (00:33:47.119)
I mean, there is a surreality to the path that he's gone on from these early days where
Unknown Speaker (00:33:54.619)
there's a groundedness to what he's saying to the present, where it's like a fucking
Unknown Speaker (00:34:00.680)
prophet that is an essential part of a world...
Unknown Speaker (00:34:05.480)
He's inserted himself as a major figure in the history of Christianity.
Unknown Speaker (00:34:09.199)
Yes, that is true.
Unknown Speaker (00:34:10.440)
It's bizarre.
Unknown Speaker (00:34:11.440)
That is true.
Unknown Speaker (00:34:12.440)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:34:13.440)
I believe he's overtaken Joan of Arc in his mind.
Unknown Speaker (00:34:15.119)
By far.
Unknown Speaker (00:34:16.119)
By a wide...
Unknown Speaker (00:34:17.119)
Well, she is...
Unknown Speaker (00:34:18.119)
He's coming up on Paul.
Unknown Speaker (00:34:19.519)
He's trying.
Unknown Speaker (00:34:20.519)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:34:21.519)
He's trying.
Unknown Speaker (00:34:22.519)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:34:23.519)
He's nipping at Paul's heels, and Paul created the fucking church.
Unknown Speaker (00:34:25.039)
He's headed to Tarsus next, and then he's going to make a journey.
Unknown Speaker (00:34:27.679)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:34:28.679)
This is...
Unknown Speaker (00:34:29.679)
I mean, it's pretty absurd, the lunatic direction that this is all gone, when you really take
Unknown Speaker (00:34:34.619)
a step back from it and it's easy to get caught up, and you should be caught up, I believe,
Unknown Speaker (00:34:40.599)
in the reality of the damage and the harm that the present day stuff does to people,
Unknown Speaker (00:34:47.119)
especially people in vulnerable communities, but you take a step back from it and look
Unknown Speaker (00:34:51.760)
at the absurd trajectory, and it's something that merits study if we survive.
Unknown Speaker (00:35:01.320)
You're not wrong.
Unknown Speaker (00:35:02.320)
So Alex talks a little bit more about this story here, and lies more.
Unknown Speaker (00:35:06.480)
All right, we'll get to your calls here in just a few minutes.
Unknown Speaker (00:35:11.840)
For those that just joined us, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the second highest tier
Unknown Speaker (00:35:17.420)
in the land, headline, court opens door to searches without warrants, dissenting judges,
Unknown Speaker (00:35:24.320)
call ruling the road to hell.
Unknown Speaker (00:35:30.599)
So I want everybody to think about that long and hard.
Unknown Speaker (00:35:39.119)
And they say, hey, we don't need warrants anymore to search your house or business.
Unknown Speaker (00:35:41.920)
Just, we're not going to have those anymore.
Unknown Speaker (00:35:43.800)
You understand that the courts in the past have ruled that black people weren't slaves,
Unknown Speaker (00:35:48.039)
that Native Americans couldn't have their land.
Unknown Speaker (00:35:50.760)
Now in retrospect, we know that was wrong.
Unknown Speaker (00:35:53.760)
In hindsight...
Unknown Speaker (00:35:54.760)
He knew that too.
Unknown Speaker (00:35:55.760)
Back then it was...
Unknown Speaker (00:35:56.760)
They could do whatever they want.
Unknown Speaker (00:35:58.760)
People saying, no, I don't care how many black ski masks you wear, how many machine guns
Unknown Speaker (00:36:03.719)
you got, and the captain of the police in New Orleans says that we're going to use this
Unknown Speaker (00:36:12.000)
immediately.
Unknown Speaker (00:36:13.000)
They said the new power will go into effect immediately.
Unknown Speaker (00:36:16.400)
That's a quote.
Unknown Speaker (00:36:17.400)
Alex kind of slipped up there, accidentally saying that it was wrong for the courts to
Unknown Speaker (00:36:20.460)
say that black people weren't slaves.
Unknown Speaker (00:36:23.920)
With anyone else, I would say it's an innocent misspeaking, but with Alex, tragic Freudian
Unknown Speaker (00:36:28.400)
friendship.
Unknown Speaker (00:36:29.400)
But more to the point, Alex is continuing just a straight up lie to the audience.
Unknown Speaker (00:36:33.039)
They didn't say that they don't need to have warrants anymore.
Unknown Speaker (00:36:35.440)
It's ridiculous.
Unknown Speaker (00:36:36.440)
Further, Alex is quoting New Orleans police spokesperson Marlon DeFillo saying that the
Unknown Speaker (00:36:41.000)
power would go into effect immediately, but Alex selectively doesn't include the other
Unknown Speaker (00:36:45.039)
quote, which is, quote, there are checks and balances to make sure the criminal justice
Unknown Speaker (00:36:48.699)
system works in an effective manner.
Unknown Speaker (00:36:50.360)
That's another thing he said, which kind of cuts the other direction.
Unknown Speaker (00:36:54.519)
And I should tell you that Captain DeFillo would later resign amid severe controversy
Unknown Speaker (00:36:58.480)
involving the case of Henry Glover.
Unknown Speaker (00:37:00.679)
Glover was a man who was shot by a rookie police officer a little while after Hurricane
Unknown Speaker (00:37:04.119)
Katrina.
Unknown Speaker (00:37:05.280)
Another officer would then set his body on fire inside of a car in an attempt to cover
Unknown Speaker (00:37:08.920)
up the killing.
Unknown Speaker (00:37:09.920)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:37:10.920)
While not necessarily actively involved in any of the cover up, DeFillo was facing disciplinary
Unknown Speaker (00:37:14.440)
charges for failing to uphold his duty to investigate the killing at the time of his
Unknown Speaker (00:37:18.280)
resignation.
Unknown Speaker (00:37:19.280)
Right.
Unknown Speaker (00:37:20.280)
So anyway, fuck that dude.
Unknown Speaker (00:37:21.280)
But also, Alex is taking them out of context in this coverage.
Unknown Speaker (00:37:22.960)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:37:23.960)
What's interesting here is that there is an opportunity for an actual discussion about
Unknown Speaker (00:37:27.320)
privacy rights here, and this case could serve as an interesting jump off point.
Unknown Speaker (00:37:31.840)
The cops had reason to be there and were invited into this house to search for this guy.
Unknown Speaker (00:37:36.719)
He was a known violent felon and had made threats to murder judges.
Unknown Speaker (00:37:39.780)
So the police had every reason to be concerned for their safety.
Unknown Speaker (00:37:42.760)
They were told that he was in that bedroom but didn't see him, which gives a completely
Unknown Speaker (00:37:46.079)
good faith reason to check to make sure you're not about to be ambushed.
Unknown Speaker (00:37:50.480)
Should evidence they see in that sweep be able to be introduced into court for something
Unknown Speaker (00:37:54.239)
he was subsequently arrested for, that's a question right-thinking people can have different
Unknown Speaker (00:37:58.760)
perspectives on.
Unknown Speaker (00:37:59.960)
You really can.
Unknown Speaker (00:38:00.960)
I think so.
Unknown Speaker (00:38:02.440)
But Alex is depriving the audience of even being able to make up their mind.
Unknown Speaker (00:38:06.340)
There's no conversation to be had when the baseline presentation of the story is that
Unknown Speaker (00:38:10.480)
the Fourth Amendment is gone.
Unknown Speaker (00:38:12.440)
If that is the headline and the story, there's no conversation.
Unknown Speaker (00:38:16.840)
Alex is just feeding them a completely fabricated version of the story that plays into all the
Unknown Speaker (00:38:20.340)
same bland police state beats that all of his narratives do.
Unknown Speaker (00:38:24.079)
He's going to calls not because he wants actual discussion of this case, but because he wants
Unknown Speaker (00:38:28.219)
people to riff with him about the unchecked tyranny and all the violent fantasies you
Unknown Speaker (00:38:31.880)
can have about fighting it off.
Unknown Speaker (00:38:33.960)
That's really more what his show is than anything else.
Unknown Speaker (00:38:36.320)
It's a place for people to get riled up about misrepresented drudge headlines, all the while
Unknown Speaker (00:38:40.840)
pretending to be about news and information.
Unknown Speaker (00:38:42.880)
And it's tragic.
Unknown Speaker (00:38:44.420)
This is the difference that I'm talking about, about the past and the present.
Unknown Speaker (00:38:47.480)
There is an opportunity with the subjects and the stories he's covering sometimes for
Unknown Speaker (00:38:52.559)
an actual conversation to be had about things that are productive.
Unknown Speaker (00:38:57.000)
We saw this on a recent 2004 episode.
Unknown Speaker (00:39:01.440)
It happens.
Unknown Speaker (00:39:02.440)
There are these stories that are like, this is an interesting point where you could make
Unknown Speaker (00:39:07.480)
headway and you could get me to sort of agree with you, Alex, but you're fucking it up because
Unknown Speaker (00:39:13.179)
you're covering the story in a dishonest way that leans so heavily towards your extreme
Unknown Speaker (00:39:19.559)
right wing politics.
Unknown Speaker (00:39:20.840)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:39:21.840)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:39:22.840)
It is, it is strange, you know, the living in two different decades, especially whenever
Unknown Speaker (00:39:28.599)
we're talking about such different time periods and you look at the present because it is
Unknown Speaker (00:39:33.039)
the present and because you and I are older, obviously, you know, we're more aware of shit.
Unknown Speaker (00:39:38.119)
We've been living long enough to, you know, have experienced more shit, all that stuff.
Unknown Speaker (00:39:42.719)
So like the idea of looking back fondly is always something to be resisted strongly.
Unknown Speaker (00:39:48.820)
But man, 2004, everybody talking in the media is way less obsessed with pedophiles being
Unknown Speaker (00:39:57.000)
the cause of everybody murdering everybody all the time.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:00.119)
And the, I mean, man, it was different.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:03.340)
It was so much more boring for people and it was better when it was boring.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:07.159)
It was.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:08.159)
Talk radio should be boring.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:10.039)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:11.039)
If you're looking for a couple of weirdos, you don't take that seriously.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:13.719)
There should be fart noises and boring politics talk.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:17.599)
Not like, Hey, somebody's finding out where you live and then you're going to die because
Unknown Speaker (00:40:21.480)
they're a pedophile vaccinator.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:22.599)
Like, I don't understand you.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:24.920)
Well that, yeah, if it exists, sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:28.719)
Should be on at three in the morning and it should be some kind of a weird coast to coast
Unknown Speaker (00:40:33.800)
pedophile vaccinator, whatever, you know, like that kind of a show that, that was better
Unknown Speaker (00:40:39.280)
when that was a niche market as opposed to an entire political party.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:43.280)
Right, right, right, right.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:44.280)
There was a time, there was a time and a place for it.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:46.840)
It's too much now.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:47.840)
And now is not the time nor the place.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:49.800)
No.
Unknown Speaker (00:40:50.800)
And to your point about looking back fondly and resisting that, I don't think we'll ever
Unknown Speaker (00:40:53.800)
be able to risk that, resist that again because I think it's all going to be, man, it's all
Unknown Speaker (00:40:57.639)
going downhill, progressively worse as time goes on.
Unknown Speaker (00:41:00.599)
I find, you know why I resisted so much is because the baby boomers had the exact opposite
Unknown Speaker (00:41:05.840)
problem.
Unknown Speaker (00:41:06.840)
The baby boomers was progressively getting better their entire life and they took it
Unknown Speaker (00:41:10.320)
for granted and then fucked us all over and now everything is going to get progressively
Unknown Speaker (00:41:13.900)
worse for our lives.
Unknown Speaker (00:41:16.079)
What a bunch of assholes.
Unknown Speaker (00:41:17.519)
But they still, even as everything was getting better, there's the image in your head of
Unknown Speaker (00:41:21.840)
everything was worse.
Unknown Speaker (00:41:22.840)
Sure, yeah, yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:41:23.840)
That's why they had it backwards.
Unknown Speaker (00:41:25.840)
Well, nuts.
Unknown Speaker (00:41:27.239)
So you had some issues about Alex talking about the Magna Carta.
Unknown Speaker (00:41:31.000)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:41:32.000)
And he touches back on that here.
Unknown Speaker (00:41:33.960)
Okay.
Unknown Speaker (00:41:34.960)
I just want to comment on what you advised us to pay attention to today, this ruling
Unknown Speaker (00:41:42.719)
by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Fifth Circuit.
Unknown Speaker (00:41:48.360)
Yes.
Unknown Speaker (00:41:49.360)
And okay, so this is the Alabama, that covers Alabama, right?
Unknown Speaker (00:41:56.000)
Where the Supreme Court.
Unknown Speaker (00:41:57.000)
The ruling will cover the entire country, not just the, I don't know, five, six states
Unknown Speaker (00:42:01.199)
or whatever in the Fifth Circuit.
Unknown Speaker (00:42:02.639)
Right.
Unknown Speaker (00:42:03.639)
It covers Texas too.
Unknown Speaker (00:42:04.639)
It covers him.
Unknown Speaker (00:42:05.639)
It seems interesting what's being focused on here.
Unknown Speaker (00:42:10.079)
We lost the Ten Commandments in Alabama, and now they're saying we're losing.
Unknown Speaker (00:42:15.239)
Where'd they go?
Unknown Speaker (00:42:16.239)
Well, at least this law, we have these traditions, and they are supported by our laws.
Unknown Speaker (00:42:27.639)
The law itself.
Unknown Speaker (00:42:29.679)
The Magna Carta, by the way, brought in what we know is the Fourth Amendment, that a man's
Unknown Speaker (00:42:34.260)
home was his castle, that the local thug, whose used to tax assessors would shove their
Unknown Speaker (00:42:39.480)
way in, have their way with your wife, steal your chickens, feed on the public.
Unknown Speaker (00:42:43.599)
And it got so bad that low-level nobles took the king and said, look, you stopped this
Unknown Speaker (00:42:49.079)
now.
Unknown Speaker (00:42:50.079)
And so that's where our Fourth Amendment comes from.
Unknown Speaker (00:42:52.320)
I'm not sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:42:53.320)
Is that true?
Unknown Speaker (00:42:54.320)
I'm not sure if the Fourth Amendment is from the Magna Carta or whatever that means necessarily.
Unknown Speaker (00:42:57.920)
Like, I don't even know.
Unknown Speaker (00:42:59.440)
But it is widely understood to be inspired by British legal precedents, like court cases
Unknown Speaker (00:43:04.119)
that involve searches and seizures.
Unknown Speaker (00:43:05.559)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:43:06.559)
Ones that came way after the Magna Carta.
Unknown Speaker (00:43:08.760)
I mean, wasn't the Magna Carta in the 1500s?
Unknown Speaker (00:43:11.280)
1200s.
Unknown Speaker (00:43:12.280)
It was in the 1200s?
Unknown Speaker (00:43:13.280)
Yeah, it was cases like Entick v. Carrington, which is a big search-and-seizure-related
Unknown Speaker (00:43:20.019)
case from British law.
Unknown Speaker (00:43:21.019)
That was in 1765.
Unknown Speaker (00:43:22.559)
Right.
Unknown Speaker (00:43:23.559)
So, like, if the Magna Carta had already established all these things, those kinds of cases wouldn't
Unknown Speaker (00:43:28.280)
have been necessary in the 1700s.
Unknown Speaker (00:43:29.960)
Right, right, right, right.
Unknown Speaker (00:43:31.360)
Alex is again showing his non-engagement with civics here.
Unknown Speaker (00:43:34.880)
He doesn't know if Alabama is in the Fifth Circuit, and he doesn't know how many states
Unknown Speaker (00:43:38.320)
are.
Unknown Speaker (00:43:39.320)
I'm not saying that literally everyone needs to have this information at their disposal,
Unknown Speaker (00:43:42.659)
but if you're someone making the extravagant claims around topics like this that Alex is,
Unknown Speaker (00:43:47.119)
it's a bad sign if you don't.
Unknown Speaker (00:43:48.599)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:43:49.599)
I'm not going to listen to you when you say, this applies to the entire United States.
Unknown Speaker (00:43:53.320)
You don't know anything about what you're talking about.
Unknown Speaker (00:43:55.079)
Yeah, no.
Unknown Speaker (00:43:56.079)
It's very important for me not to know stuff like that, because whenever people start saying
Unknown Speaker (00:44:00.360)
stuff like, oh, you see the Fifth Circuit Court, their rulings only matter to this certain
Unknown Speaker (00:44:05.280)
number of states, I get angry.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:06.920)
I get mad about it, because then what are you talking about?
Unknown Speaker (00:44:10.000)
Then there's chaos.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:11.000)
It could be anywhere.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:12.000)
It could be anything.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:13.000)
I get angry because I don't understand this.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:14.840)
So if I don't know it, who cares?
Unknown Speaker (00:44:18.539)
It's not going to bother me.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:19.539)
Well, ignorance of the law is no excuse.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:23.199)
Ignorance of the Fifth Circuit is an excuse for me, because I'm not in there.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:26.360)
What do you know about the Seventh Circuit?
Unknown Speaker (00:44:27.760)
I've never even met it.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:29.079)
You're in it.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:30.079)
So you've got a case here in the Fifth Circuit.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:35.000)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:36.000)
And that's out in New Orleans.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:37.000)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:38.000)
How many circuits are there total?
Unknown Speaker (00:44:39.000)
Uh, 12.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:40.000)
12 circuits?
Unknown Speaker (00:44:41.000)
Uh-huh.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:42.000)
Okay.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:43.000)
Mm-hmm.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:44.000)
A dozen?
Unknown Speaker (00:44:45.000)
About.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:46.000)
What happened?
Unknown Speaker (00:44:47.000)
So would Puerto Rico have its own?
Unknown Speaker (00:44:48.000)
Baker's dozen.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:49.000)
That's what I was saying.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:50.000)
If we get another circuit.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:51.000)
I'm not actually sure if Puerto Rico is covered by one of the circuits.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:55.599)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:44:56.599)
We'll probably listen to this next clip.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:00.159)
But you got New Orleans.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:02.719)
And if you are going to be talking about an issue that affects Louisiana, there's only
Unknown Speaker (00:45:07.719)
one caller who can help you out with that.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:10.239)
Louisiana dentures?
Unknown Speaker (00:45:11.239)
Let's talk to Charles in Louisiana.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:12.239)
Charles, go ahead.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:13.239)
How you doing, Mr. Jones?
Unknown Speaker (00:45:14.239)
Good, sir.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:15.239)
Well, I see you talking about the new search warrant.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:18.719)
No need for search warrants.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:19.719)
Is that big news in Louisiana?
Unknown Speaker (00:45:20.719)
Well, I call up the sheriff.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:21.719)
I talk to three policemen.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:22.719)
I'm sick in my stomach right now, Mr. Jones.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:26.920)
And what did they say?
Unknown Speaker (00:45:27.920)
Did they say, oh, it's good.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:28.920)
We like it.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:29.920)
Well, they said, they're going to have orders.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:30.920)
They're like, do you burn trash in your yard and they see smoke?
Unknown Speaker (00:45:35.039)
You know?
Unknown Speaker (00:45:36.039)
They got reason to come on there to see, make sure there ain't no fire while they're on
Unknown Speaker (00:45:39.559)
there they can sweep in your house.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:41.760)
If you've got a battery landing in your yard or something out of the way, they can give
Unknown Speaker (00:45:44.719)
you a ticket for it.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:46.719)
Mm-hmm.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:47.719)
Yep.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:48.719)
Getting some good context here.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:51.360)
So it turns out, I've looked this up, and Puerto Rico is part of the first district.
Unknown Speaker (00:45:56.159)
So it is covered by the, as is the Virgin Islands, that is a part of the third district.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:02.320)
And French Guiana, weirdly enough.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:03.920)
Also, I understood there to be 12, but I'm looking at this map and I'm only seeing 11.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:09.719)
So I might've been wrong about that.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:11.880)
Or maybe there's a hidden...
Unknown Speaker (00:46:14.800)
Maybe one is like DC.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:15.800)
Yeah, DC has...
Unknown Speaker (00:46:16.800)
The ultimate district.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:17.800)
I think DC has its own district, so that might be the 12th or something.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:20.920)
Right, right, right.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:21.920)
I'm not sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:22.920)
And I apologize.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:23.920)
Okay.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:24.920)
But anyway, Louisiana Dentures has some real insights.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:26.519)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:27.519)
If you are burning trash...
Unknown Speaker (00:46:28.519)
Burning some trash.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:29.519)
I don't want to make judgments culturally.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:33.800)
You know, people from people do different things, different places.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:36.519)
Sometimes trash needs to burn.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:37.880)
People from other places look at the stuff we do and they go, ah, I shouldn't do that.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:41.480)
I get it.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:42.579)
But maybe don't burn trash.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:43.960)
Burning trash is a bad idea, right?
Unknown Speaker (00:46:45.679)
Well, what else are you gonna do with it?
Unknown Speaker (00:46:47.079)
I mean, I don't know, but anything other than just burning it, that's crazy.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:51.760)
It's toxic.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:52.760)
It's trash.
Unknown Speaker (00:46:53.800)
I don't think that if you're burning trash, the police are gonna come and do an unconstitutional
Unknown Speaker (00:47:00.639)
search of your place.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:01.639)
I don't want them to even look at your place.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:03.320)
I want them to deal with you burning all your goddamn trash all the time.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:06.119)
Well, I mean, it might be against the law in some places.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:08.920)
So Alex, talk some more to Louisiana Dentures here.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:13.199)
Sure.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:14.199)
Charles, the gentleman Charles.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:15.199)
I like him.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:16.199)
And I should note that I explained this case to you with Gould and the reason that this
Unknown Speaker (00:47:23.000)
all came about.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:24.000)
Yes, you did.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:25.000)
Alex has yet to.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:26.000)
He has not mentioned anything about the case or what the grounds for this is.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:30.719)
No details whatsoever.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:32.179)
And Charles is the first to bring these up.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:34.239)
Gotcha.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:35.239)
But here's the thing about it.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:36.239)
When you talk to them, they got, if any excuse, and when they come into your yard, if anything,
Unknown Speaker (00:47:42.360)
they can come, they can say, I want to tweak the house.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:45.199)
What happened was somebody, let me tell you how it started, a guy, somebody said, somebody
Unknown Speaker (00:47:50.719)
threatened a judge.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:52.380)
And so they went into the house, knocked on the door, and there was an ex-felon, he had
Unknown Speaker (00:47:55.800)
three rifles under the bed.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:58.559)
And they swept the house.
Unknown Speaker (00:47:59.559)
See, that's how it works.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:00.559)
It's always some criminal.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:01.559)
So because they were bad, all of us lose our freedoms.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:04.119)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:05.119)
So the first one, he threatened somebody, and he went and took the house, went and got
Unknown Speaker (00:48:09.400)
all his guns and all that.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:10.400)
When they could have bought the threat, gone and gotten the warrant.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:14.440)
Yes.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:15.440)
Well, they don't need nothing.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:16.760)
If you burn trash, or if your kid's running too fast, or if he's in the tree, or anything
Unknown Speaker (00:48:21.159)
that might be dangerous, they could pass, or your kid's in that tree, or shouldn't be
Unknown Speaker (00:48:25.639)
doing it.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:26.639)
By the way, we want to see your house.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:27.639)
If you got too many dirty dishes up in the sink, they're going to get in touch with,
Unknown Speaker (00:48:32.639)
you know, the PC.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:33.639)
Now, did they tell you this?
Unknown Speaker (00:48:35.639)
Yes.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:36.639)
They said any, they're going to make an appointment when they come out.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:39.119)
Finally coming out against dirty dishes.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:40.119)
You can go for you, or he's going to get you.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:45.840)
So now just safety checks of the home.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:48.360)
Yes.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:49.360)
And what did you say to them when they said that?
Unknown Speaker (00:48:50.679)
I said, well, man, you know, this is unconstitutional.
Unknown Speaker (00:48:52.679)
I said, well, while you're doing this, who's going to be doing this to your sister and
Unknown Speaker (00:48:55.480)
your mother?
Unknown Speaker (00:48:56.480)
What if you get thrown off the police force, were they going to do this to you?
Unknown Speaker (00:49:01.000)
What did they say to that?
Unknown Speaker (00:49:02.000)
Well, they just kind of, well, we didn't make the law.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:04.460)
We didn't make the law.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:05.460)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:06.460)
Just following all does.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:07.460)
Stay there, stay there.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:08.460)
We'll be right back.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:09.460)
What did they say?
Unknown Speaker (00:49:11.719)
We just work here, man.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:12.719)
I don't know what to tell you.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:14.159)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:15.159)
Police come out and do a sweep.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:16.159)
Ooh.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:17.159)
All the dishes are done.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:18.159)
I'm going to give you good merits.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:19.679)
I mean, yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:20.679)
This is going to go in your good file.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:23.559)
I feel like some of the examples that guy gave give me pause.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:28.159)
A little petty.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:29.159)
Because, well, because they seem petty, but now they make me concerned because he's like,
Unknown Speaker (00:49:33.920)
oh, they're just your kid in a tree.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:35.800)
It's like, ah, is it just your kid in a tree?
Unknown Speaker (00:49:38.960)
What are you talking about?
Unknown Speaker (00:49:39.960)
Actually, sir.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:40.960)
Are you keeping a kid in a tree?
Unknown Speaker (00:49:41.960)
Be more specific.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:42.960)
Are you forcing that kid to be in a tree?
Unknown Speaker (00:49:43.960)
That's what I want to know.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:44.960)
Mm-hmm.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:45.960)
You're just telling me kid in a tree, and I feel like you are not a trustworthy narrator.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:49.719)
Where do you learn the most life skills in a tree?
Unknown Speaker (00:49:52.760)
See, now we're getting more details, and I like it less and less.
Unknown Speaker (00:49:56.159)
Speaking of details, it seems like this is the first time Alex has heard these details
Unknown Speaker (00:50:00.119)
about this case.
Unknown Speaker (00:50:01.119)
Yeah, he does not, it does not, it surprises him to know that he is actually fine with
Unknown Speaker (00:50:04.880)
them getting those guns away from that guy.
Unknown Speaker (00:50:07.119)
Because he agrees, that guy is like, oh, they always pick the guy who you should take guns
Unknown Speaker (00:50:10.900)
away from, and then they use it to take away people's guns that you shouldn't take them
Unknown Speaker (00:50:15.360)
from.
Unknown Speaker (00:50:16.360)
Yeah, and Alex does actually make a fine point, and that is that they could have done a search
Unknown Speaker (00:50:21.920)
based on a warrant, based on the threats that they had gotten reported to them, but that's
Unknown Speaker (00:50:29.659)
the issue.
Unknown Speaker (00:50:30.760)
They didn't intend to search.
Unknown Speaker (00:50:32.940)
They went over to talk to the guy.
Unknown Speaker (00:50:34.800)
Yeah, they just want to be like, hey.
Unknown Speaker (00:50:36.519)
It was incidental.
Unknown Speaker (00:50:37.519)
You're going to kill some judge?
Unknown Speaker (00:50:38.519)
You're going to kill some judge?
Unknown Speaker (00:50:39.519)
We got some information about you, we want to come talk to you, tell you don't kill that
Unknown Speaker (00:50:43.320)
judge.
Unknown Speaker (00:50:44.320)
It's probably more than a phone call.
Unknown Speaker (00:50:46.760)
Well, but yeah, I don't know, I've never been in law enforcement, certainly, I don't know
Unknown Speaker (00:50:52.079)
what the best strats are, but I think that maybe it's an appropriate thing to not descend
Unknown Speaker (00:51:01.000)
on him with the SWAT team over a hearsay accusation that somebody made.
Unknown Speaker (00:51:05.840)
There could be somebody who's trying to set this guy up.
Unknown Speaker (00:51:09.719)
There are explanations for the tip that they got that don't involve this guy actually wanting
Unknown Speaker (00:51:15.019)
to kill judges, so there might be reason to not approach this with, I'm going to get a
Unknown Speaker (00:51:19.500)
search and arrest warrant to go in, maybe you soft play it a little bit.
Unknown Speaker (00:51:24.239)
Man, these people have no fucking clue.
Unknown Speaker (00:51:28.179)
They have no fucking clue that somebody's going to be playing video games on Twitch
Unknown Speaker (00:51:32.119)
ten years from then, and another kid's going to be like, hey, guess what, let's send a
Unknown Speaker (00:51:36.559)
SWAT team to his fucking house.
Unknown Speaker (00:51:39.280)
True.
Unknown Speaker (00:51:40.280)
That's crazy these people are nuts.
Unknown Speaker (00:51:42.639)
Welcome to the past, assholes, I want to scream at the past now.
Unknown Speaker (00:51:46.639)
Back then it was just sending pizzas to people's house.
Unknown Speaker (00:51:49.239)
What a crazy prank that used to be.
Unknown Speaker (00:51:51.480)
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (00:51:52.480)
Real bad.
Unknown Speaker (00:51:53.480)
Yep.
Unknown Speaker (00:51:54.480)
But people did it.
Unknown Speaker (00:51:56.539)
So Alex lies a bit more about this story, and then Charles has a very tragic turn.
Unknown Speaker (00:52:02.079)
All right.
Unknown Speaker (00:52:03.079)
A high level federal court, the fifth circuit court of appeals ruled there is no more fourth
Unknown Speaker (00:52:08.079)
amendment.
Unknown Speaker (00:52:09.079)
They said that the police can search your house or home or business anytime they want
Unknown Speaker (00:52:14.199)
for any reason.
Unknown Speaker (00:52:15.639)
This is a nationwide, let's see the criminals now and try to carry it out and they'll have
Unknown Speaker (00:52:19.880)
lots of good examples.
Unknown Speaker (00:52:20.880)
Oh, we caught a bad criminal.
Unknown Speaker (00:52:22.119)
We did this.
Unknown Speaker (00:52:23.119)
It's see, the fourth amendment was bad and a court opens door to searches without warrants.
Unknown Speaker (00:52:28.079)
Presenting judges calls ruling the road to hell.
Unknown Speaker (00:52:32.679)
The fencer ruling is criminal, similar to Supreme court ruling to the past, declaring
Unknown Speaker (00:52:36.639)
black people slaves is a total violation of the bill of rights and is null and void.
Unknown Speaker (00:52:41.800)
The U S Congress legislature of Louisiana should call an emergency session to investigate
Unknown Speaker (00:52:46.920)
possible criminal charges of sedition against those ruling to eradicate the fourth amendment.
Unknown Speaker (00:52:51.800)
The problem is these judges are all part of the same system and so are the people in Washington
Unknown Speaker (00:52:57.400)
and Louisiana.
Unknown Speaker (00:52:59.800)
And it's just an incredible article from the new, the new Orleans news channel six.
Unknown Speaker (00:53:05.840)
There's also an article we're told we're getting that posted out of the Baton Rouge.
Unknown Speaker (00:53:12.719)
What newspaper is that Charles, that you were looking at the whole article on this Saturday?
Unknown Speaker (00:53:17.199)
This was the what?
Unknown Speaker (00:53:18.199)
I want to advocate the child.
Unknown Speaker (00:53:20.199)
Oh,
Unknown Speaker (00:53:21.199)
Hey, that's all right. Go ahead and put her on the line. If she wants to give us a website
Unknown Speaker (00:53:28.840)
and you have the newspaper there in front of you, just don't worry about it. Don't worry
Unknown Speaker (00:53:35.400)
about it.
Unknown Speaker (00:53:36.400)
I thought we were going to get to hear from miss, uh, uh, miss Louisiana. Got to hear
Unknown Speaker (00:53:42.400)
her in the background, but I thought we could add another character to our, that would have
Unknown Speaker (00:53:46.239)
been nice. Are we a Rolodex lady, Louisiana. Yeah. But you see, Alex has fully established
Unknown Speaker (00:53:50.920)
his talking points here. The court decided the fourth amendment is gone and this applies
Unknown Speaker (00:53:54.639)
to the whole country. The boom set, you notice a little slick move. He pulled there though.
Unknown Speaker (00:54:00.000)
He starts reading off his own commentary about this, the stuff about the law being null and
Unknown Speaker (00:54:03.760)
void in the same voice as if you were reading from the article and then he doesn't cite
Unknown Speaker (00:54:08.539)
it as being his own meaningless opinions, but instead mentions an article. This is intentional.
Unknown Speaker (00:54:13.360)
He's trying to pass that off as something more authoritative than his own dumb thoughts.
Unknown Speaker (00:54:19.320)
Feel bad for Charles though. I would like to see a, I would like to see one court system,
Unknown Speaker (00:54:28.840)
one court circuit charge an entire another court circuit with sedition and then just
Unknown Speaker (00:54:35.880)
see what happens there. I don't think you could. I mean, I don't even know what the
Unknown Speaker (00:54:40.340)
mechanics of that would be either, but let's find out. I think, wait, I think what winds
Unknown Speaker (00:54:44.719)
up happening? Celebrity death match. Well, I mean, I think that it obviously has happened
Unknown Speaker (00:54:49.679)
before that a circuit court will make a ruling and then it goes to the Supreme court and
Unknown Speaker (00:54:54.880)
then it's ruled unconstitutional or whatever, like that happens. And then it just is not
Unknown Speaker (00:54:59.199)
done. So that's the Supreme court ruling. These people seditious. They ruled something
Unknown Speaker (00:55:03.880)
that is against the constitution. Sure. But I mean like, you know, you know, in a nice
Unknown Speaker (00:55:08.199)
way. Yeah. Not an angry, yelly way like Alex would want. Right. So Alex gets done with
Unknown Speaker (00:55:14.559)
Charles, which I mean, I feel bad if you listen carefully, he's spelling advocate, right?
Unknown Speaker (00:55:19.360)
And you can make out that he's saying advocate. It would have been very clear if Alex just
Unknown Speaker (00:55:22.880)
hadn't talked over him real, real railroading there. Yeah. But Alex, Alex gets off the call
Unknown Speaker (00:55:28.519)
with him and gets really pumped up to go to another call and then it just deflates immediately.
Unknown Speaker (00:55:34.099)
I want to hear from police on this. I'm going to open your calls quickly. None of the lines
Unknown Speaker (00:55:38.000)
are loaded. I want to hear from police, good police, bad police, whatever. Do you agree
Unknown Speaker (00:55:42.719)
with this? What's wrong with you? Excuse me, Alex. I'm a bad police of the constitution
Unknown Speaker (00:55:46.760)
for the Bella rights are better. It's fun to uphold these values. This is the heart
Unknown Speaker (00:55:51.519)
of America. Let's go ahead and talk to him in Pennsylvania. Go ahead. Yes. Hello, Alex.
Unknown Speaker (00:56:02.320)
I've seen the passion of the Christ and I appreciate Mel Gibson's works, but tell me
Unknown Speaker (00:56:08.079)
it isn't true. He's supposed to have said we will not get to heaven unless we belong
Unknown Speaker (00:56:12.920)
to the church. Number one, I asked the first, the show that we talk about the fourth amendment.
Unknown Speaker (00:56:21.559)
I rarely say that I talk about an issue. So you talk about that first, then we'll talk
Unknown Speaker (00:56:26.719)
about what you called in about. I don't want to talk about that. I mean, yeah, that's fair.
Unknown Speaker (00:56:32.699)
That's that is the fairest I think I could feel for Alex right there. Why? Just legitimate.
Unknown Speaker (00:56:38.320)
I'd be like, you know what? I really don't want to talk about this right now. I made
Unknown Speaker (00:56:42.840)
that clear. I don't want to talk about this right now. Yeah. But when you're Alex and
Unknown Speaker (00:56:46.639)
you're like, you know, I, I know everything I share, you know, you kind of lose your ability
Unknown Speaker (00:56:52.719)
to credibly deflect. I agree with you on that front. Um, so, but to Alex's credit, uh, this
Unknown Speaker (00:56:58.880)
guy complains about George W. Bush a little bit. And then Alex does let him speak his
Unknown Speaker (00:57:04.039)
piece on Mel Gibson. Uh, he doesn't actually, Alex speaks his piece for him. Good. So Alex
Unknown Speaker (00:57:10.400)
does at least address it. Here's that. Okay. Let me take your passion. Let me take your
Unknown Speaker (00:57:14.559)
passion thing real quick. I'm not a Catholic. I think Mel Gibson's great. Look at the fruits
Unknown Speaker (00:57:18.599)
of what he's done. I think that, you know, his, his father, uh, is a patriotic guy who's
Unknown Speaker (00:57:23.519)
been misrepresented and lied about a lot. Okay. That's the facts there. Uh, and Mel Gibson
Unknown Speaker (00:57:28.659)
was quoted in the press and others have been quoted that that was a lie. He didn't say,
Unknown Speaker (00:57:35.360)
I don't know my wife's going to get into heaven because she doesn't belong to the church.
Unknown Speaker (00:57:38.840)
Okay. Yeah. So I just think it's more wanting to get people fighting with each other. Thanks
Unknown Speaker (00:57:43.719)
for the call. Thanks. You bet. Good to hear from you. Okay. Well, Mel Gibson's dad has
Unknown Speaker (00:57:48.099)
not been taken out of context. He's a rabid anti Semite Holocaust denier. Alex just kind
Unknown Speaker (00:57:52.760)
of likes those sorts of people further. Alex is completely lying about Mel's comments.
Unknown Speaker (00:57:58.219)
Mel Gibson absolutely said that his wife might be going to hell from an interview he did
Unknown Speaker (00:58:02.559)
with the Herald Sun quote, there is no salvation for those outside the church. I believe it.
Unknown Speaker (00:58:07.559)
Put it this way. My wife's a Saint. She's a much better person than I am. Honestly.
Unknown Speaker (00:58:12.559)
She's like Episcopalian church of England. She prays, she believes in God. She knows
Unknown Speaker (00:58:16.719)
Jesus. She believes in that stuff and it's just not fair if she doesn't make it. She's
Unknown Speaker (00:58:20.820)
better than I am, but that's a pronouncement from the chair. I go with it. That is, that
Unknown Speaker (00:58:27.159)
is the most honest religious statement I've ever heard from, from any of these people.
Unknown Speaker (00:58:31.960)
That is the most honest and true biblical profession of faith that I can think of. It
Unknown Speaker (00:58:37.119)
is a little bit of like, at least you're taking the rough. I mean, it is what it is. I'm telling
Unknown Speaker (00:58:43.559)
you about the book, right? It's what I told. It's what I'm told to do. I'm doing what I'm
Unknown Speaker (00:58:48.760)
told. So now you actually have to believe me when I say that I think God does not give
Unknown Speaker (00:58:53.360)
a fuck about anybody. God's big on these technicalities. Absolutely doesn't give a fuck about you. Could
Unknown Speaker (00:58:59.320)
be great. I bet you could save a million lives. God would rather see you in hell than just
Unknown Speaker (00:59:05.179)
have you say, nah, I'm not into you. I'm not into the church. Period. Yeah. So Alex knows
Unknown Speaker (00:59:11.679)
that his audience is pretty opposed to the mainstream churches and at this point they're
Unknown Speaker (00:59:15.219)
pretty anti Catholic church. So it's pretty hard to rationalize supporting someone who
Unknown Speaker (00:59:19.260)
believes stuff like what Mel Gibson just said. Yeah. Particularly when you're trying to make
Unknown Speaker (00:59:23.519)
such a big deal out of the movie that that guy just made about Jesus. In order to get
Unknown Speaker (00:59:28.280)
around this pretty difficult situation, Alex just lies. Out of thin air, he pulls some
Unknown Speaker (00:59:32.860)
publicist ass line about Mel being taken out of context and asserts it is real. The shithead's
Unknown Speaker (00:59:38.400)
greatest trick when they're cornered is just insisting they were taken out of context.
Unknown Speaker (00:59:42.440)
For some reason that actually works on people. I don't get it, but it is, it is magical almost.
Unknown Speaker (00:59:48.679)
You saw it as a defense for literally everything Alex said in his trial, which didn't actually
Unknown Speaker (00:59:54.340)
work. But people who weren't involved with the court proceeding are persuaded by it.
Unknown Speaker (00:59:58.960)
People like Elon Musk are persuaded by it. Rogan is tricked by this dumb bullshit. Like
Unknown Speaker (01:00:04.519)
I watched a CNN interview with RFK Jr. the other day and you just saw him doing the same
Unknown Speaker (01:00:10.880)
tricks. This is taken out of context. I'm all out of context. Yeah. And it's just people
Unknown Speaker (01:00:16.599)
gotta, people gotta not accept that as an answer. Well, I don't think people accept
Unknown Speaker (01:00:20.840)
it as an answer. I mean, I think people love to tell themselves that they do, but I think
Unknown Speaker (01:00:24.400)
probably the reality is the reason that it doesn't work in court isn't have to do with
Unknown Speaker (01:00:29.719)
like, oh, it has to be facts or anything like that. It has to do with the fact that the
Unknown Speaker (01:00:33.400)
jury is not allowed to be friends with people. Right? That's what it is. Like when JF, whenever
Unknown Speaker (01:00:39.780)
those, whenever those assholes show up and they're like, oh, it took me out of context.
Unknown Speaker (01:00:43.760)
Their friends are the people who say, oh yeah, of course they took me out of context. To
Unknown Speaker (01:00:47.519)
be fair, this is the way you signal that you like people is you believe they're bullshit.
Unknown Speaker (01:00:52.159)
This interviewer was pretty hostile towards the, or adversarial at least as a, as a journalist.
Unknown Speaker (01:00:57.079)
Sure. So like that was not a friendly, friendly interaction, but that I could see in the exchange
Unknown Speaker (01:01:04.800)
the way that people who want to like RFK Jr. will accept that as a blanket carte blanche
Unknown Speaker (01:01:11.460)
for all this insane stuff he's saying. Yeah. He's my friend and you're my enemy. So I'm
Unknown Speaker (01:01:15.659)
going to believe my friends lies and I'm going to call you a liar even if you're telling
Unknown Speaker (01:01:18.800)
me the truth. Right. And in a jury or in the trial, you know, it's like, I have to sit
Unknown Speaker (01:01:23.079)
here quietly and not talk to anybody about this and just actually listen to what I'm
Unknown Speaker (01:01:28.079)
told is actually happening. And I can't be like, oh, I like this person more, so fuck
Unknown Speaker (01:01:33.920)
it. You know, it's tough. Yeah. Speaking, speaking of courts, Rudy, America's mayor,
Unknown Speaker (01:01:38.440)
Giuliani just got hit with a big old defamation. I, I saw that and I, I, I, my brain, maybe
Unknown Speaker (01:01:46.400)
it was cause I was dealing with food poisoning, but I inserted a, um, a period in it. So I,
Unknown Speaker (01:01:52.599)
I saw the headline and it was like, Rudy owes 14.8 million or something like that. I was
Unknown Speaker (01:01:57.119)
like, Ooh, bad day. I saw another headline. It was like 148. Ooh, worst day. It's bad
Unknown Speaker (01:02:03.380)
when it was 14. Eh, but I don't know. He should, for people who are just going to die soon,
Unknown Speaker (01:02:08.960)
that's not fair. But also, you know, Alex has kind of given a method for everybody to
Unknown Speaker (01:02:13.960)
just avoid shit. Yeah, just not do it. Hey, uh, come get me. Yeah. What are you going
Unknown Speaker (01:02:19.159)
to do? Are you going to send the cops to get money from me? No, you're not. You're a coward.
Unknown Speaker (01:02:22.960)
It seems, it seems hard to imagine why a lot of people wouldn't just use the Alex method
Unknown Speaker (01:02:27.119)
to, I mean, I can't imagine respecting a courtroom ever again for as long as I live. I would
Unknown Speaker (01:02:31.719)
shit talk a judge. Fuck you. You pieces of shit. That is fun for you. I will continue
Unknown Speaker (01:02:40.719)
to respect courts. They lose their losers. They're just bullies. I loved smash cut to
Unknown Speaker (01:02:46.860)
you in court. Like, yes, I'm done. I'm done. You'll never take me alive. I'd rather die
Unknown Speaker (01:02:53.360)
than get into a courtroom. This is you on air. Oh no, I, I can't go into a cage, man.
Unknown Speaker (01:03:02.239)
I can't, they'll get me. This is the more real side. They'll fucking get me. I gotta
Unknown Speaker (01:03:07.599)
die first. Oh, nice robe. So, um, Alex gets another call and this is a troubling thing
Unknown Speaker (01:03:16.519)
for anyone to hear when you're in a position like Alex. Uh, let's go ahead and talk to
Unknown Speaker (01:03:20.000)
Kim in Texas. Kim, go ahead. Hi Alex. I was calling to see what, under what condition
Unknown Speaker (01:03:24.639)
did this guy get it to the appellate court on his case? Okay. The fifth circuit just
Unknown Speaker (01:03:30.320)
says that, and this is nationwide, by the way, they were ruling on a particular case
Unknown Speaker (01:03:33.639)
in Louisiana and they said they're going to use it there. This just says that if they
Unknown Speaker (01:03:37.760)
feel like it or if it feels like it's for their safety, they can just go ahead and search
Unknown Speaker (01:03:41.639)
anybody's house or business without a warrant. This is a massive evisceration of the fourth
Unknown Speaker (01:03:47.480)
amendment. What's the name of the case? I wonder what's the name of the case. It's actually
Unknown Speaker (01:03:52.079)
here in the staff. We also, we also, and I don't have this in front of me, but I'm told
Unknown Speaker (01:03:55.960)
by my webmaster, we posted it. We also have another Louisiana news article about it, not
Unknown Speaker (01:03:59.980)
just news six. Okay. Okay. That's what I wanted to ask. I wanted to research it myself. Thank
Unknown Speaker (01:04:06.280)
you. We will get that. I believe it's already posted. If it's not, we'll get it posted.
Unknown Speaker (01:04:10.000)
Thank you. You bet. Good to hear from you. I appreciate the call. Let's go ahead and
Unknown Speaker (01:04:14.440)
take another call. Hey Alex, what's the underlying information of this? Well, let me actually
Unknown Speaker (01:04:20.199)
just repeat my talking points. Let me launch back into, well, here's the deal. The fourth
Unknown Speaker (01:04:25.400)
amendment is gone because this court has said so. Yeah. What's the case? I'll dig it out.
Unknown Speaker (01:04:31.360)
Yeah. That is interesting. Whenever you haven't yet fully trained an audience to not even
Unknown Speaker (01:04:36.519)
ask. Yeah. Yeah. There's still like little blips. People still pop up being like, you
Unknown Speaker (01:04:40.920)
know what? I want to follow up on that, Alex. That's not, take it seriously. When you say
Unknown Speaker (01:04:46.199)
do your own research, you're not long for this show. No, probably not. No. So another
Unknown Speaker (01:04:50.440)
caller has a question about the fifth circuit. Yeah. And this is weird because it's a valid
Unknown Speaker (01:04:56.440)
question. And then Alex has no idea what this guy's talking about and then explodes. Okay.
Unknown Speaker (01:05:01.559)
Edward and Illinois, go ahead. Oh, how are you doing Alex? Good. I got a question about
Unknown Speaker (01:05:07.880)
this court of appeals case that was in the fifth circuit, right? Fifth circuit. I watched
Unknown Speaker (01:05:14.199)
60 minutes last night and they did a piece on Charles Pickering. Is that Charles Pickering
Unknown Speaker (01:05:20.039)
circuit? I don't believe so. No, that went to the, are you talking about the case with
Unknown Speaker (01:05:26.119)
having to show an ID? No, this was the one where they were, they were kind of making
Unknown Speaker (01:05:32.280)
Charles Pickering look like a good guy and making Charlie Schumer look like a bad guy.
Unknown Speaker (01:05:36.519)
Give folks some background. Give folks some background. We're not all inside your head.
Unknown Speaker (01:05:40.679)
Give us some background. Okay. Well, I watched, I was just, Charles Pickering was the judge
Unknown Speaker (01:05:46.599)
that there was all this controversy over that the Bush administration wanted to have him
Unknown Speaker (01:05:52.360)
in the court of, some court of appeals, I think the fifth district. And they didn't
Unknown Speaker (01:05:57.320)
want him in there because he had lowered the, you lowered the... You stay there. We'll cover
Unknown Speaker (01:06:04.199)
you back. I get it though. No idea why you're so mad. No, I get it. That's, that's a very
Unknown Speaker (01:06:17.719)
frustrating way to have a conversation with somebody. I don't think so. That's your grandma
Unknown Speaker (01:06:22.039)
being like, oh, it was the guy from the movie. No, not the movie that you're talking about.
Unknown Speaker (01:06:26.679)
The movie that I saw the other day where you weren't there. It is not nearly that. It appears
Unknown Speaker (01:06:32.599)
to be that because we're 20 years removed. Sure, sure. No, no, no. That's I know. If
Unknown Speaker (01:06:37.000)
you had been around then this name would have been a lot more relevant because Charles Pickering
Unknown Speaker (01:06:41.480)
was somebody who was nominated by George W in 2001 for the fifth circuit court, but Dems
Unknown Speaker (01:06:46.360)
controlled the judiciary committee at the time. So the nomination stalled. W nominated
Unknown Speaker (01:06:51.320)
him again in 2003 with the GOP in charge of the judiciary committee and his nomination
Unknown Speaker (01:06:55.719)
made it to the Senate. The Democrats in the Senate decided to filibuster his nomination
Unknown Speaker (01:06:59.639)
due to concerns over his stated opposition to abortion and some dicey racial issues in
Unknown Speaker (01:07:04.199)
his past. This was a pretty big deal in the news even more so because in January, 2004
Unknown Speaker (01:07:10.519)
Bush circumvented that filibuster by giving Pickering a recess appointment to the fifth
Unknown Speaker (01:07:14.760)
circuit. This is like in the middle of that recess appointment that the episode we're
Unknown Speaker (01:07:19.320)
listening to is happening. It was just a few months prior to this. So the name Charles
Unknown Speaker (01:07:23.559)
Pickering, the fifth circuit, this shouldn't be like, are you speaking some foreign language to
Unknown Speaker (01:07:29.559)
me? It shouldn't be like your grandma talking to you about some X, Y, or Z tertiary character
Unknown Speaker (01:07:35.400)
on some soap opera. It's not like that. No, especially not for Alex. That should be
Unknown Speaker (01:07:41.400)
really, really important. That whole, I mean, for all of, if you're going to be mad about
Unknown Speaker (01:07:48.119)
the unconstitutional or constitutionality of a cop looking in your closet or underneath
Unknown Speaker (01:07:54.039)
your bed, you should also probably be mad about the president just randomly appointing
Unknown Speaker (01:07:59.559)
some asshole and nobody can do anything about it. As far as all your checks and balances
Unknown Speaker (01:08:04.119)
stuff go, that's well and good, but come on. Well, I mean, you could make an argument that
Unknown Speaker (01:08:10.360)
the idea of a neo con globalist like George W. Bush being able to handpick and force through
Unknown Speaker (01:08:18.119)
people onto this court is a contributing factor to why this decision could have been made.
Unknown Speaker (01:08:23.159)
You'd think so. This does seem like another instance of Alex not really having a robust
Unknown Speaker (01:08:28.520)
understanding of the issues that he's talking about and presenting himself as an expert.
Unknown Speaker (01:08:33.079)
And I just, I mean, he was mad. He was mad. That was real mad. Yeah. Maybe it's cause
Unknown Speaker (01:08:42.439)
he got made to feel real stupid. It could be. It could be. So we get another caller
Unknown Speaker (01:08:48.199)
and this guy, he just, he set off my, one of my little alarms, one of my little bells
Unknown Speaker (01:08:55.159)
that I have with these fucks. I'm a human being. You hear me? And I know you're criminals
Unknown Speaker (01:09:01.000)
and I know you're a bunch of thugs out of control and I know history and we stand against
Unknown Speaker (01:09:05.319)
you. You mob of crooks, pieces of filth. Let's go ahead and talk to Paul in Florida. Paul,
Unknown Speaker (01:09:11.560)
go ahead. Yeah, Alex. I have to say that I'm with you. This is very, very concerning. I don't think
Unknown Speaker (01:09:19.399)
that one 10th of 1% of the people in this country realize what this means. And if you look at this,
Unknown Speaker (01:09:25.880)
if this follows the problem, reaction, solution scenario, like they always do, the reaction is
Unknown Speaker (01:09:32.920)
going to be that a cop or two or 50 or a hundred are going to get killed going into people's
Unknown Speaker (01:09:37.319)
houses. And then the solution is going to be no more guns. Anything else you want to add?
Unknown Speaker (01:09:45.720)
Just think about that. That's not very pretty. And I hope they don't come to my house.
Unknown Speaker (01:09:49.159)
All right. Thanks for the call. Are we free human beings? Is this still America?
Unknown Speaker (01:09:57.880)
So this is kind of what Alex would have wanted to get to, you know, the part where they ruminate
Unknown Speaker (01:10:01.560)
about how they're going to kill cops if they come into their homes. Yeah, that's the fun part.
Unknown Speaker (01:10:05.000)
Tragic timing for the commercial to hit right when that plane landed. You can tell Alex is a
Unknown Speaker (01:10:08.600)
little bit deflated, but I want to hit on this problem, reaction, solution thing. None of these
Unknown Speaker (01:10:13.640)
fucks understand the basic concept that they're talking about, but the words are so smart to them
Unknown Speaker (01:10:18.199)
that they can't help but apply it incorrectly to every situation. In this framework of looking at
Unknown Speaker (01:10:23.880)
the world, there's a problem, which is inevitably caused by the globalists. In response to that
Unknown Speaker (01:10:29.159)
problem, the public has a reaction, which is almost always to demand that the government do
Unknown Speaker (01:10:33.640)
something about the problem. Then the government comes in with the solution, which is what they
Unknown Speaker (01:10:38.600)
wanted to do to begin with. The solution is some kind of horrible unpopular legislation that the
Unknown Speaker (01:10:43.560)
globalists know that they could never pass without some kind of massive public outcry.
Unknown Speaker (01:10:47.800)
So in order to get it passed, they caused this problem, which elicits the reaction of the public
Unknown Speaker (01:10:52.439)
making that outcry. Right. The classic example is with 9-11. The globalists wanted to pass the
Unknown Speaker (01:10:58.039)
Patriot Act, but knew they couldn't. So they did 9-11 in order to terrorize the public into
Unknown Speaker (01:11:02.520)
demanding the government to do something to protect them. 9-11 is the problem, the public
Unknown Speaker (01:11:07.319)
demand for safety is the reaction, and the Patriot Act is the solution. This is a really important
Unknown Speaker (01:11:12.520)
way for conspiracy theorists to understand world events because it gives narrative structure to
Unknown Speaker (01:11:16.840)
everything that happens in a way that's really easy to understand. And yet, every time I hear
Unknown Speaker (01:11:22.039)
it brought up, these fucks have no idea what the problem, reaction, or solution is supposed to be
Unknown Speaker (01:11:27.159)
in any of this. In this case, the reaction is not going to be people killing cops. That would be the
Unknown Speaker (01:11:33.640)
problem, which would then lead to the reaction of massive public support for firearm legislation
Unknown Speaker (01:11:37.960)
bringing about the solution of gun control, which is what they wanted in the first place. Right.
Unknown Speaker (01:11:41.880)
I know I probably sound a little bit pedantic here, but this is a fundamental conspiracy
Unknown Speaker (01:11:45.880)
concept, and it bothers me how little respect these people have for the syntax of their own
Unknown Speaker (01:11:49.960)
ideas. Like, David Icke would be pissed. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, because in the conception
Unknown Speaker (01:11:55.079)
that I believe he's trying to say right now is that the problem is people have guns, right? Or
Unknown Speaker (01:12:01.319)
patriots have guns. No, but that is- The reaction is people want the cops to take patriots' guns,
Unknown Speaker (01:12:09.079)
and then the solution is the cops take patriots' guns. But at no point in time
Unknown Speaker (01:12:14.199)
does it- Yeah. No, I think a cleaner way of what he's saying is the problem is this Fourth
Unknown Speaker (01:12:22.439)
or the Fifth Circuit ruling. Sure. The problem is that the reaction is killing cops when they
Unknown Speaker (01:12:26.760)
come to your house, and the solution is gun control. Right. But that doesn't work because
Unknown Speaker (01:12:31.319)
the problem isn't- That's not what- That circuit decision, it doesn't qualify as one of the
Unknown Speaker (01:12:38.520)
problems in the way that the problem reaction solution fundamentally unfolds. Right. It's just
Unknown Speaker (01:12:46.760)
a little bit of a problem that I have with these fucks. I just can't take it when they don't even
Unknown Speaker (01:12:53.159)
play their own game. Well, yeah, because I mean, yeah. Okay. The idea is that the problem and the
Unknown Speaker (01:13:00.279)
solution are the same thing, created by the same people for the disregard of the reaction, right?
Unknown Speaker (01:13:08.439)
Because if things were allowed to happen on their own without this problem solution, the reaction
Unknown Speaker (01:13:13.239)
wouldn't even exist. No. People wouldn't want guns taken away from people. But again, the way they
Unknown Speaker (01:13:20.119)
describe this, the problem is fundamentally that people have guns. That is the problem
Unknown Speaker (01:13:27.560)
that the globalists have with Americans. Right. But it is not a problem in the problem reaction
Unknown Speaker (01:13:32.920)
solution sense. Right. The words are the same in terms of letters. Right. But they don't mean the
Unknown Speaker (01:13:39.159)
same in terms of this. This is what is behind all of the false flag terrorism and stuff. Those are
Unknown Speaker (01:13:47.640)
all problems that are supposed to elicit a reaction, and the government can come in with
Unknown Speaker (01:13:51.560)
the solution. Right. That's behind all of this. The passing of a Fifth Circuit Court decision
Unknown Speaker (01:13:58.039)
doesn't apply to the level of false flag type stuff that's supposed to elicit a reaction.
Unknown Speaker (01:14:04.760)
Yeah. And in order for this to work, there needs to be two reactions, because for what this guy is
Unknown Speaker (01:14:15.800)
saying, there's the Fifth Circuit Court decision, which is the problem, and then the reaction is
Unknown Speaker (01:14:20.199)
people kill cops when they come to their house. Then there needs to be another reaction, which is
Unknown Speaker (01:14:24.199)
the public overwhelmingly supports gun control. And then they pass gun control. I guess I got
Unknown Speaker (01:14:29.079)
this backwards. Right. Because I thought the original problem was the guy, the criminal has
Unknown Speaker (01:14:35.000)
guns in his place. The reaction is the cops then get to overstep their boundaries and people are
Unknown Speaker (01:14:41.560)
okay with it because the guy was a criminal. And then the solution is the Fifth Circuit Court's
Unknown Speaker (01:14:48.279)
decision. See, now that's interesting. You're trying to apply it to the actual case, which
Unknown Speaker (01:14:54.279)
Alex really hasn't even discussed. That's right. I continue not remembering that.
Unknown Speaker (01:14:59.239)
Right. No, that is not necessarily... Let me see if there's a way we could make that work.
Unknown Speaker (01:15:06.039)
Because I thought that's what that guy was talking about.
Unknown Speaker (01:15:10.520)
No. Is that essentially they created the scenario where the criminal has guns.
Unknown Speaker (01:15:16.520)
There's too many other variables involved in order for this to fit.
Unknown Speaker (01:15:20.119)
We're maybe digging a little too deep in here.
Unknown Speaker (01:15:23.159)
For this to work in terms of what you're saying, applying it to what he's saying,
Unknown Speaker (01:15:27.159)
like combining those two, you need it to be like problem, problem, reaction, problem,
Unknown Speaker (01:15:32.680)
reaction, solution. Reaction, solution. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (01:15:34.279)
Yeah. That's not clean.
Unknown Speaker (01:15:37.000)
Because the way it would go is it'd be the problem is the guy has guns. The reaction is the cops take
Unknown Speaker (01:15:41.960)
the guns. The solution is the Fifth Circuit Court. But that is actually the problem. The reaction to
Unknown Speaker (01:15:48.359)
that is shooting cops. And then the solution is more of the Fifth Circuit. And that reaction
Unknown Speaker (01:15:54.920)
would lead to people shooting cops. And that solution... Wait.
Unknown Speaker (01:15:58.199)
See, it's dominoes. It might be a problem.
Unknown Speaker (01:16:00.680)
So Paul Joseph Watson comes in to ride shotgun with Alex.
Unknown Speaker (01:16:05.640)
Gotta do it. Check the waterfront.
Unknown Speaker (01:16:07.159)
Of course. Mostly just whine about this article.
Unknown Speaker (01:16:10.199)
Read Drudge. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (01:16:12.119)
Maybe the actual article. Paul might actually have read it.
Unknown Speaker (01:16:15.960)
Paul Watson, I haven't been this hot in a long time, even when they wanted to pass a bill to
Unknown Speaker (01:16:21.880)
put everybody in forest labor camps. That's word for word. Forest work camps.
Unknown Speaker (01:16:25.880)
Forest labor camps?
Unknown Speaker (01:16:27.319)
And, you know, the attempted martial law in Rhode Island. I mean,
Unknown Speaker (01:16:30.600)
all of this to have them come out and do this right out in the open is despicable.
Unknown Speaker (01:16:35.159)
Well, as the dissenting judge has said, it is the road to hell.
Unknown Speaker (01:16:40.760)
But what's interesting about the original article that we posted from News Channel 6
Unknown Speaker (01:16:46.600)
is that they've actually gone in there and amended the article. And they've
Unknown Speaker (01:16:49.960)
taken out the quote where the two dissenting judges called this the road to hell.
Unknown Speaker (01:16:54.439)
Wait a minute. Now, this came out on Drudge everywhere else yesterday.
Unknown Speaker (01:16:58.520)
We copied it and posted it this morning. And you're telling me now that you've got...
Unknown Speaker (01:17:03.560)
that they... Oh, you've got to write an article about how they changed that.
Unknown Speaker (01:17:06.600)
Aha! A new article. So Paul makes an interesting allegation here,
Unknown Speaker (01:17:10.520)
that the article removes the fact that multiple dissenting judges called this,
Unknown Speaker (01:17:13.800)
quote, the road to hell. I'd been just going off the article, so maybe the version that I'd seen
Unknown Speaker (01:17:18.600)
was the edited one. And one of the best ways to deal with this is I just consulted the actual
Unknown Speaker (01:17:23.479)
opinion from the Fifth Circuit. Would help.
Unknown Speaker (01:17:25.399)
And there's just one judge who wrote the dissenting opinion who makes the comment
Unknown Speaker (01:17:29.960)
about a road to hell. He says that adage about being paved with good intentions and then says,
Unknown Speaker (01:17:34.439)
quote, in my view, the gambit of getting permission to enter a citizen's home in order
Unknown Speaker (01:17:39.000)
to talk to somebody and then conducting a protective sweep search under the guise of
Unknown Speaker (01:17:42.840)
sensing danger to the investigating officer will effectively eliminate the need for complying with
Unknown Speaker (01:17:47.479)
the Fourth Amendment. And at that point, we will be literally and figuratively on the road to hell.
Unknown Speaker (01:17:52.840)
I'll say it's a little close, at least. Yeah. I would give that in the margin of error.
Unknown Speaker (01:17:58.119)
Yeah, yeah, yeah. But when you think about what an editor is doing.
Unknown Speaker (01:18:02.600)
Sure. You can understand why you
Unknown Speaker (01:18:04.279)
might change that from the verbiage in the article being two dissenting judges called it,
Unknown Speaker (01:18:10.439)
quote, the road to hell. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (01:18:12.039)
That's not really a precise or accurate necessarily quoting of this.
Unknown Speaker (01:18:17.800)
It is maybe technically words that were quoted. However, it gives the impression of something
Unknown Speaker (01:18:24.359)
that did not happen. Yeah. But and I think it's a little dramatic
Unknown Speaker (01:18:31.159)
on the initial writers. Sure, sure.
Unknown Speaker (01:18:33.560)
And then also on Alex's. It's always nice to give a good road to hell speech, though.
Unknown Speaker (01:18:38.119)
Sure. It's paved.
Unknown Speaker (01:18:40.600)
Hate it when they pave that shit. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (01:18:42.760)
Who pays them to do it? Right.
Unknown Speaker (01:18:44.439)
Who pays the pavers? Well, it's a good question.
Unknown Speaker (01:18:48.520)
We got to get to the bottom of this. But first, Paul has actually some knowledge of the underlying
Unknown Speaker (01:18:54.119)
case. So he talks about that a little bit. All right.
Unknown Speaker (01:18:56.359)
Well, what they've actually added to the article is the phony justification for it,
Unknown Speaker (01:19:02.119)
which is the case of, as you've been mentioning on the show in the past few segments, the case
Unknown Speaker (01:19:07.399)
of a man named Gould who supposedly threatened to kill judges and police officers.
Unknown Speaker (01:19:13.000)
But then for everybody else, see, it's for their safety. Now for everybody else,
Unknown Speaker (01:19:16.119)
no more warrants. And you always have that excuse. It's so sick.
Unknown Speaker (01:19:20.359)
And what basically happened is that they went to his home. Somebody answered the door, presumably
Unknown Speaker (01:19:26.439)
his wife. She agreed that they could enter. They approached the man's bedroom and seeing
Unknown Speaker (01:19:33.399)
that he wasn't in there, they started opening all these closets.
Unknown Speaker (01:19:37.399)
So it worked there. Do it to everybody else. That's not how America works. See their excuses.
Unknown Speaker (01:19:42.520)
So I guess we should get rid of all police then because we've caught some police,
Unknown Speaker (01:19:46.119)
raping, robbing, and killing and dealing drugs. So let's get rid of all the police because
Unknown Speaker (01:19:50.600)
some were bad. But I mean, ultimately this is obviously about confiscation of firearms
Unknown Speaker (01:19:55.720)
because that's the point where they went and arrested Gould after they found the three
Unknown Speaker (01:19:59.960)
firearms in his closet. They no longer will need the warrants to get
Unknown Speaker (01:20:02.840)
in everybody's house to get the guns as they ban them.
Unknown Speaker (01:20:05.399)
Bingo. So Paul has some details wrong. Like it wasn't this guy's wife who let the police
Unknown Speaker (01:20:09.560)
in, it was his roommate, but good on him finally making the pivot towards what this is actually
Unknown Speaker (01:20:13.800)
about, which is how badly the man wants to take Alex's guns. Right. More importantly,
Unknown Speaker (01:20:19.079)
though, he's saying that this article added in the quote phony justification for the decision,
Unknown Speaker (01:20:24.039)
which is the entire case that this is based on. It's not phony justification. It's the
Unknown Speaker (01:20:28.760)
whole story. It's the in question justification. It's the point. Yeah. Gould getting arrested
Unknown Speaker (01:20:35.560)
is not the justification to some shadowy cabal used to make a power move. It was the situation
Unknown Speaker (01:20:40.520)
that played out that's being heard by the court. I guess you could assume, if you assume
Unknown Speaker (01:20:45.319)
that everything is some elaborate plan put in place by an evil group, then how could
Unknown Speaker (01:20:49.079)
anything be a genuine cause for any effect? That's a good point. There's no way they
Unknown Speaker (01:20:53.079)
could actually consider for a second that it could have gone either way. Yeah. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (01:20:57.239)
Everything by definition has to either be some stage shit or phony justification in
Unknown Speaker (01:21:01.560)
service of reaching the evil goal of the evil group decided to get to. That's a really
Unknown Speaker (01:21:05.640)
dumb way to deal with information. Without understanding the specs of this, it's not
Unknown Speaker (01:21:09.880)
understanding the specifics of this case. You cannot possibly engage with the reasoning
Unknown Speaker (01:21:14.119)
for the decision. You're left to ramble and make up stuff about how it's secretly
Unknown Speaker (01:21:18.119)
about how the man wants to steal your gun and all this stuff. You're left. You're,
Unknown Speaker (01:21:22.119)
you're at sea without a paddle. Yeah. Essentially. Yeah. Also Alex's analogy about getting
Unknown Speaker (01:21:26.760)
rid of the police because there's some bad ones doesn't really logically track. The
Unknown Speaker (01:21:30.359)
ruling doesn't say that because Gould was a felon, he had no fourth amendment rights
Unknown Speaker (01:21:34.079)
and that he could be searched without a warrant. It's a very narrow ruling related to specific
Unknown Speaker (01:21:38.600)
situation that the officers found themselves in. It's not saying that because a certain
Unknown Speaker (01:21:42.439)
group were bad, they are punished, but that's another conclusion you might come to if the
Unknown Speaker (01:21:46.640)
extent of your awareness of this case is skimming a drudge headline and being really mad. Also,
Unknown Speaker (01:21:52.079)
let's take the guns out of the equation. Sure. Let's imagine that the exact same scenario
Unknown Speaker (01:21:57.619)
happened and they found a head. Yeah. Then what? Well, I mean, but then, okay. The other
Unknown Speaker (01:22:06.079)
thing though is then imagine the exact same scenario, but they found weed. Then what?
Unknown Speaker (01:22:11.399)
Right. You know, so the, I, the problem here is again, it's actually guns. The problem
Unknown Speaker (01:22:16.720)
is guns for guns for Alex, for me, for you. They shouldn't be going, they shouldn't be
Unknown Speaker (01:22:22.939)
going into your shit. Absolutely. I'm fine with that. So you, but if there are guns there,
Unknown Speaker (01:22:28.119)
well shit, I'm not going to say, don't go get those fucking guns. Well, I don't know
Unknown Speaker (01:22:33.159)
if they go get weed. You're fucking, what are you doing? I don't, I don't know. I don't
Unknown Speaker (01:22:37.199)
know if I fully agree with you. I do think that if you, there should be degrees. I would,
Unknown Speaker (01:22:44.319)
I would say that if you're doing a protective sweep in a situation where you fear for your
Unknown Speaker (01:22:48.680)
life and you see weed, it shouldn't rise to the level of like, we need to consider this
Unknown Speaker (01:22:54.800)
as part of the search. Right. If you, if it's a violent felon and there are guns and this
Unknown Speaker (01:23:02.119)
is, you're going there because he's allegedly planning to kill judges, then there's extenuating
Unknown Speaker (01:23:08.319)
and surrounding circumstances that make that total more of a, it's not necessarily just
Unknown Speaker (01:23:13.199)
you see a gun and you've got to take it seriously. It's the circumstances. Right, right, right.
Unknown Speaker (01:23:16.979)
But here's what I'm saying. I'm asking for Alex's behalf. What if you find a head? Whose
Unknown Speaker (01:23:23.600)
head is it? Someone's. I mean, it's not the cop's head and so it's not really their business.
Unknown Speaker (01:23:28.600)
Now is it right? Does Alex believe that this person should be protected from this search
Unknown Speaker (01:23:34.960)
if they find a head while they're in the house? Because they got this tip about this guy and
Unknown Speaker (01:23:41.840)
they thought he was in that room. She wanted to see you make sure they weren't being set
Unknown Speaker (01:23:45.239)
up for an ambush. Then they find a head. I see now this isn't that Alex can be so precious
Unknown Speaker (01:23:51.439)
about this. I find that example so interesting just because I feel like there's gotta be
Unknown Speaker (01:23:57.640)
so many things that happen before you get to head. You know what I'm saying? Like what
Unknown Speaker (01:24:04.119)
I'm saying is as far as the cops coming in and searching seizure, the roommate, when
Unknown Speaker (01:24:08.079)
the cops talk to the roommate, the roommate's going to be like, his room smells like there's
Unknown Speaker (01:24:11.920)
a fucking head in there. You know what? There's a lot more going on when it's a head. Right.
Unknown Speaker (01:24:18.439)
Guns are quiet and they don't make a noise or smell. Don't messy the table that I'm presenting
Unknown Speaker (01:24:22.680)
this meal on. Don't get lost in the weeds. Now I'm in the mood of like, what if I found
Unknown Speaker (01:24:29.199)
a head in my house? I'm trying to delineate that this is about guns for Alex, not about
Unknown Speaker (01:24:35.960)
the reality of the nature of this. Absolutely. Well, that's why we could have a very interesting
Unknown Speaker (01:24:43.319)
conversation about this very specific ruling, but Alex can absolutely not. Probably not.
Unknown Speaker (01:24:49.800)
So Paul believes that the context that's added to this article is just bullshit justification.
Unknown Speaker (01:25:00.239)
And this dynamic between Alex and him, I think is really fascinating. Yeah. In the original
Unknown Speaker (01:25:05.239)
article, this is why they did it. In the original article, the original article simply stated
Unknown Speaker (01:25:10.800)
the court case. They didn't go into the details. They simply said, due to this lawsuit, they
Unknown Speaker (01:25:16.680)
now have the provision to go in your home without warrants. They didn't give the justification
Unknown Speaker (01:25:21.199)
that this guy was, you know, threatening to kill people. So then that justifies it in
Unknown Speaker (01:25:25.600)
the minds of the sheep out there. But yes, they've gone in and changed the article to
Unknown Speaker (01:25:30.600)
the effect where they've removed the dissenting judges comment. I mean, how do the cops sit
Unknown Speaker (01:25:36.439)
there sucking their thumbs and go, I want the old lady stun gun now that I've gotten
Unknown Speaker (01:25:40.279)
her done. Cause I'm not safe. Cause one of the sheep has something to defend themselves.
Unknown Speaker (01:25:44.640)
I mean, they want everything we've got. And then the federal courts and state courts say
Unknown Speaker (01:25:49.199)
the police have no liability to protect us. And every cop listening knows that. And I
Unknown Speaker (01:25:53.920)
don't expect you to protect me. You can't. Why do you even want my stun gun now? And
Unknown Speaker (01:25:58.520)
you won't be able to come in my house without a warrant. You've destroyed this country.
Unknown Speaker (01:26:02.600)
You make me sick. You cowardly filth. And again, as we've covered before, it's the gradualism
Unknown Speaker (01:26:09.520)
from the public servant, from the police officer. What does it like?
Unknown Speaker (01:26:14.560)
For you to watch your country being destroyed, watching your police being turned into goons.
Unknown Speaker (01:26:19.239)
Go ahead and say what you're about to say. So I just, I find this so interesting. First
Unknown Speaker (01:26:24.760)
of all, the, uh, adding of context to a article weird is somehow a cover up or justifying
Unknown Speaker (01:26:33.760)
of the it's very, it's very bizarre, but I do believe that it exists because context
Unknown Speaker (01:26:39.239)
is the enemy of info wars. So for them, it is always a nefarious thing to add context,
Unknown Speaker (01:26:45.399)
to, to understand the situations that they're actually talking about. But more interesting
Unknown Speaker (01:26:49.760)
to me is this two man team thing where Paul is trying to like, just be kind of a straight
Unknown Speaker (01:26:55.680)
news person and give a, you know, this, these, the British accent, very, very calm and Alex
Unknown Speaker (01:27:02.560)
is faking these emotional outbursts, like going back and forth.
Unknown Speaker (01:27:08.399)
There's something very intentional about it that is, I find it unappealing to listen to,
Unknown Speaker (01:27:17.560)
but I can understand why someone might've gotten something out of it. Like there's the
Unknown Speaker (01:27:21.000)
catharsis of Alex and then there's the bringing you back to feeling like you're listening
Unknown Speaker (01:27:25.420)
to something grounded and rational when Paul comes in and then Alex gets you excited again
Unknown Speaker (01:27:30.100)
and then Paul has a little bit of information and then Alex is like, oh, right.
Unknown Speaker (01:27:35.119)
You're describing us, but fake you're describing fake lying versions of us doing our show poorly.
Unknown Speaker (01:27:41.840)
Yeah, maybe. That might be it. If we were full of shit, yes, we would be
Unknown Speaker (01:27:48.600)
a less interesting version of us. And I need a British accent.
Unknown Speaker (01:27:52.359)
And if I were faking all of my emotional outbursts. Oi, piece of piss. Is that good?
Unknown Speaker (01:28:00.760)
I don't know. Is this a real laugh? Oh boy.
Unknown Speaker (01:28:06.199)
So a caller calls in. Alex gets another call. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (01:28:09.960)
And this, this doesn't go great. Let's talk to Curt in Colorado. Curt, go
Unknown Speaker (01:28:14.560)
ahead. Hey, good afternoon, Alex, Paul. You know,
Unknown Speaker (01:28:17.279)
I think the biggest problem is you guys are fighting from inside the tax slave labor camp
Unknown Speaker (01:28:21.239)
already. Ooh, I like that.
Unknown Speaker (01:28:25.079)
But you were mentioning about the bill of rights and I come to the realization 15 years
Unknown Speaker (01:28:28.960)
ago. They, it's not a guarantee. It's only a yardstick to measure government tyranny.
Unknown Speaker (01:28:33.359)
They're not going to allow us to be free. And we stand up and say, no possessions, nine
Unknown Speaker (01:28:38.279)
tens of the law. I claim my freedom. I take it. I'm not your slave, but you can't because
Unknown Speaker (01:28:43.439)
I think you misunderstand what the second amendment says. And I mean, just for clarification,
Unknown Speaker (01:28:49.359)
what do you think the second amendment says? I don't know what the federalist papers say
Unknown Speaker (01:28:52.199)
on what the court rulings have said over the past 225, 27 years.
Unknown Speaker (01:28:57.479)
Yes. To defend against tyranny. I have a God given right as the ninth amendment says, all
Unknown Speaker (01:29:01.840)
of those are just simply pointing out rights that I already have.
Unknown Speaker (01:29:05.760)
Well, but the point I'm trying to make is they always digress to firearms and they're
Unknown Speaker (01:29:10.300)
basically antique weapons. You know, firearm is the definition of any type of rifle or
Unknown Speaker (01:29:16.039)
a handgun that uses powder, right? And it doesn't say firearms. It says arms, right?
Unknown Speaker (01:29:21.039)
All types of arms, right? And appreciate, Hey buddy, I appreciate your call. You know,
Unknown Speaker (01:29:25.920)
I can tell you're, you're off on all the law stuff with all these groups have got all the
Unknown Speaker (01:29:29.960)
magic bullets and the rest of it. It's a fight. It's humanity. They said slavery was the law.
Unknown Speaker (01:29:34.920)
We stood up and said no to it. We're going to say no to this. We're going to win. Yeah,
Unknown Speaker (01:29:39.520)
you were Confederate royalty buddy. Your ancestors buddy. We is a no. Your ancestors fought for
Unknown Speaker (01:29:44.880)
the Confederacy. You are fighting for the Confederacy. Uh, at length. Calm down. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (01:29:50.399)
Um, but yeah, I w I wonder exactly what Alex knew that caller was about to bring up that
Unknown Speaker (01:29:55.960)
he didn't want to deal with. I imagine it's some kind of sovereign citizenship shit. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (01:30:00.399)
Um, but I w I'm not entirely sure. I don't, I don't, I'm not familiar with whatever code
Unknown Speaker (01:30:05.800)
Alex picked up on, but I was like, man, come on, let him speak his peace. This is gonna
Unknown Speaker (01:30:09.439)
go bad. Yeah. I want to hear two book cane. That's what I got, you know, or it's just
Unknown Speaker (01:30:13.720)
going to piss Alex off so much. Yeah, that'd be fun. I want to hear Alex, uh, justify his
Unknown Speaker (01:30:17.720)
own second amendment nonsense against an adversarial person. Oh God. I do. You don't really hear
Unknown Speaker (01:30:24.340)
that too often. Usually it's just him defending it against ghosts and imaginary enemies and
Unknown Speaker (01:30:30.359)
fake legislation that died in committee. Anyway, you get another caller. This guy by his claim
Unknown Speaker (01:30:39.939)
heard about this case, saw the article, okay. Called the Drudge report. Okay. May have called
Unknown Speaker (01:30:46.359)
Drudge himself. Well, emailed him. He may have been the person responsible for getting
Unknown Speaker (01:30:52.600)
this story out onto the Drudge report and therefore getting it onto info wars. This
Unknown Speaker (01:30:58.000)
is royalty. So this guy did a little bit more legwork. Okay. He went ahead and called the
Unknown Speaker (01:31:02.640)
paper and shit. Oh my God. Uh, Sean, go ahead. Uh, yes, Alex. Um, uh, what's even better
Unknown Speaker (01:31:10.680)
is that, uh, I was listening to the show this morning and, uh, all, I believe it is mentioned
Unknown Speaker (01:31:16.520)
that they had rewritten the article and removed the quote from the dissenting justices that,
Unknown Speaker (01:31:20.439)
you know, it's the road to hell. So I called the news channel six back up and, uh, I, I
Unknown Speaker (01:31:27.239)
reminded them about my call this past Saturday and the journalism forum, you actually got
Unknown Speaker (01:31:33.079)
them to go look up the case. Uh, yeah, I guess so. I guess, I guess I reminded him that if
Unknown Speaker (01:31:37.840)
you're going to talk about a case, it's kind of important to let us know which one it is.
Unknown Speaker (01:31:41.119)
Yeah. Us versus Gould. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Way to go, man. First time you've said
Unknown Speaker (01:31:46.079)
that this entire, this is like three hours and 40 minutes into the show. So first time
Unknown Speaker (01:31:50.720)
he's had those words, I feel a little resentfulness coming from him about that too. A little bit
Unknown Speaker (01:31:55.359)
of like a way to go way to run my fun on this way to make them add all that shit. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (01:31:59.920)
So this guy had called the paper and uh, that was allegedly according to him is what precipitated
Unknown Speaker (01:32:06.239)
them adding this quote, justifying this phony justification of the information about the
Unknown Speaker (01:32:11.359)
court case into the article, which is fascinating on, on some level. It is because Paul should
Unknown Speaker (01:32:17.279)
be telling him, Hey, why'd you do that? That's what I was thinking. That's why I hear that
Unknown Speaker (01:32:21.819)
in Alex's voice a little bit of just like, Oh yeah. Way to make sure they have the fucking
Unknown Speaker (01:32:27.000)
case going. Good job. Way to add context to stuff that makes it more difficult for me
Unknown Speaker (01:32:32.680)
to play my games. Yeah. Yeah. It is always hard for them, especially when it comes to
Unknown Speaker (01:32:37.840)
legal stuff because everybody kind of instinctively knows the context is really important. Sure.
Unknown Speaker (01:32:42.939)
You know, like, Oh, it is. Yes, you're right. In this scenario, I don't think they should
Unknown Speaker (01:32:47.720)
do that. And in this scenario, I think they should do as we all know, possession. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (01:32:54.119)
Nine tenths. Mm. Circumstance. You know what I'm saying? People are also bad at, uh, uh,
Unknown Speaker (01:33:01.079)
estimating fractions. Yeah. Uh, possession is, I would say at least maybe one third.
Unknown Speaker (01:33:08.239)
I don't even know what one third of the law means. Exactly. So we have one last clip here
Unknown Speaker (01:33:12.060)
and it's the same caller and he's complaining about them, uh, removing, uh, the quote from,
Unknown Speaker (01:33:19.159)
uh, the judges, uh, in the revised article. Okay. And, uh, anyway, I asked him, I said,
Unknown Speaker (01:33:25.119)
uh, you know, I was kind of curious in the rewriting of your story, why it is that, uh,
Unknown Speaker (01:33:30.439)
that now the new version of the story is soft peddling the dissent and that you've removed
Unknown Speaker (01:33:36.119)
the opinion of the dissenting justice is that this decision is the road to hell. And I quickly
Unknown Speaker (01:33:42.039)
got transferred to the webmaster and I asked the webmaster the same question and, uh, she
Unknown Speaker (01:33:48.479)
got a little bit upset that, uh, one of the sheep was calling in and bleeding, I guess.
Unknown Speaker (01:33:52.600)
I got one that can see she was reporting. Yeah. And, uh, asked her the same question
Unknown Speaker (01:33:57.079)
and she said, uh, well, you know, it wasn't a direct quote and, uh, we've got a link to
Unknown Speaker (01:34:01.880)
the, uh, to the, to the pub, to the published opinion. I'm like, well, yes ma'am, but that's
Unknown Speaker (01:34:06.399)
64 pages of legal mumbo jumbo. Do you honestly expect people to wade through that? They just
Unknown Speaker (01:34:11.560)
want to hear a judge say hell, uh, the salient point that the dissenting justices referred
Unknown Speaker (01:34:16.840)
to this decision as the road to hell. It's not often you'll hear a dissenting justice
Unknown Speaker (01:34:20.979)
get that behemoth. By the way, Paul, you need to get that decision and take it because you
Unknown Speaker (01:34:25.800)
know, they'll take it down later, copy it and kind of make a section on this. Can you
Unknown Speaker (01:34:29.279)
do that? Certainly. Sure. So it sounds like the webmaster had a very sensible reason for
Unknown Speaker (01:34:35.020)
their edits. It wasn't a direct quote and the article links to the decision. Plus the
Unknown Speaker (01:34:39.840)
updated article still includes the quote road to hell is paved with good intentions thing.
Unknown Speaker (01:34:43.920)
So it's not fully excised. And here's an important point. What this caller is demanding the media
Unknown Speaker (01:34:48.640)
do is dumb down their coverage and turn it into sound bites. So it's more digestible
Unknown Speaker (01:34:52.560)
to the average person. That might be a good strategy for getting stuff out to as wide
Unknown Speaker (01:34:56.640)
an audience as possible, but that's not what the info wars is supposed to be about. Alex
Unknown Speaker (01:35:00.720)
is supposed to be about getting into the weeds and reading the documents. He has all the
Unknown Speaker (01:35:04.340)
white papers and legislation and all that shit. He's a wonk. Yeah. A 60 something page
Unknown Speaker (01:35:08.659)
court decision is nothing. The info war is about the raw material. So what this guy is
Unknown Speaker (01:35:13.239)
saying in effect is that the average person is too stupid or lazy to read and understand
Unknown Speaker (01:35:17.300)
the court decision. So the press needs to make a blurb for them so they can get it.
Unknown Speaker (01:35:21.560)
I'm not sure how I feel about this, but I do know that I think this is partially strategic
Unknown Speaker (01:35:26.800)
at least. Alex and his ill can't spread their information except in the form of yelling
Unknown Speaker (01:35:31.319)
and dumb down blurbs, anything past surface level and all of it falls apart completely.
Unknown Speaker (01:35:36.479)
They know that in order for this story to spread effectively with the spin that they
Unknown Speaker (01:35:40.079)
wanted to have that road to hell thing is pretty important. They can say the fourth
Unknown Speaker (01:35:44.560)
amendment is being taken away, but they say stuff like that all the time. So that's going
Unknown Speaker (01:35:48.239)
to be background noise, but if you can fancy it up with some hell talk, that's a little
Unknown Speaker (01:35:52.359)
bit of extra flair that's going to be able to draw in some eyes. That's why you see
Unknown Speaker (01:35:56.079)
Alex hitting that beat so hard in this episode. These guys are complaining about the piece
Unknown Speaker (01:36:00.840)
being edited, not because they actually think there's some kind of journalistic coverup
Unknown Speaker (01:36:04.319)
going on, but because clarifying this and making it less sensational hurts their ability
Unknown Speaker (01:36:08.479)
to exploit this story. Also, you can see the kind of preparation Alex did for this episode.
Unknown Speaker (01:36:13.279)
He didn't even go get the actual ruling. He hasn't read this and for some reason
Unknown Speaker (01:36:16.920)
he thinks the globalists are going to have it taken down to hide it from the public.
Unknown Speaker (01:36:19.840)
It's fucking absurd. He does nothing. Yeah. Yeah. If you, if you think about it,
Unknown Speaker (01:36:24.840)
they're, I mean, obviously their enemy is people knowing the truth. Of course. Alex's.
Unknown Speaker (01:36:30.800)
Yeah. Yeah. But I mean, one of the larger ones is just time, just time period of just
Unknown Speaker (01:36:35.680)
like if people have to spend 30 seconds as opposed to 10 seconds reading an article,
Unknown Speaker (01:36:43.020)
that is less time that we can override them emotionally. You know what I'm saying? Like
Unknown Speaker (01:36:48.359)
emotion happens instantly. So I want them to read, we're on the road to hell and then
Unknown Speaker (01:36:53.000)
come to me immediately. Yeah. You know, I don't want them to read, here's the case.
Unknown Speaker (01:36:57.800)
Here's what happened. Here's the critical thinking skills. You have to read reading
Unknown Speaker (01:37:01.640)
comprehension and then come to me. It's work that your brain is doing to understand,
Unknown Speaker (01:37:06.560)
okay, what happened? Why were decisions made in a certain way? That is a bad road to the
Unknown Speaker (01:37:12.880)
info war. You're exactly right. The road to hell, your rights are taken away. Your government's
Unknown Speaker (01:37:19.279)
going to be in your house randomly checking you. There's no warrants anymore. That is
Unknown Speaker (01:37:23.800)
the route to the info war and they need to preserve that path as well as they can whenever
Unknown Speaker (01:37:28.840)
they can. And that's, that's essentially what they're upset about. Yeah. I mean, it is,
Unknown Speaker (01:37:32.699)
it is both like strategic and also necessity to make everything a soundbite. Yeah. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker (01:37:39.000)
Meanwhile, complaining about how the media does that, which to be fair, that is a fair
Unknown Speaker (01:37:44.279)
critique of the media. If it didn't work, we wouldn't all be doing it. It's a fair critique
Unknown Speaker (01:37:48.800)
of the media, but it's just a hollow coming from Alex. So anyway, um, I have a hard out,
Unknown Speaker (01:37:54.380)
so we got to get out of here. We got to go. But, uh, this episode, uh, I, I, I enjoy these
Unknown Speaker (01:37:59.840)
trips to the past much more and I think, I don't know, I think I might want to stay in
Unknown Speaker (01:38:03.600)
the past for a while, maybe for the, to the end of the year, because honestly it's been
Unknown Speaker (01:38:07.880)
a shit month and I w I prefer these things where there's meat on the bones, where there's
Unknown Speaker (01:38:13.800)
something actual to talk about. There's something interesting. Um, as opposed to demons and
Unknown Speaker (01:38:19.600)
blah, blah, blah. I hate people. I hate various groups. Who cares? I mean, not who cares,
Unknown Speaker (01:38:25.159)
but in terms of listening to it over and over again, it's a, it's, it doesn't charm. I mean,
Unknown Speaker (01:38:30.760)
I think, I think one of the simplest things we do is, uh, it seems like everybody's giving
Unknown Speaker (01:38:35.399)
Alex a lot of attention in the present and what we do is, uh, often just go, okay, well
Unknown Speaker (01:38:40.079)
then we'll you guys have your fun. It'll go elsewhere. It'll, uh, the excitement of him
Unknown Speaker (01:38:45.319)
being on Twitter and all that already feels like it's dying down a little bit. So, uh,
Unknown Speaker (01:38:50.720)
so that's great. Yeah. But, um, you know, whatever the decision is, uh, we'll be back
Unknown Speaker (01:38:55.880)
for another episode, but until then, uh, we have a website. Indeed we do. It's knowledgefight.com.
Unknown Speaker (01:39:00.039)
Yep. We're also technically on Twitter, but I will be back. But until then, I'm Neo. I'm
Unknown Speaker (01:39:06.399)
Leo. I'm DZX Clark. I feel boxed in by this bit and uh, I now have begun. I am free. Look
Unknown Speaker (01:39:14.520)
forward to reading the declaration of independence from this bit. Yeah. And now here comes the
Unknown Speaker (01:39:22.960)
sex robot. Andy in Kansas. You're on the air. Thanks for holding. So Alex, I'm a first time
Unknown Speaker (01:39:29.279)
caller. I'm a huge fan. I love your work.
