In April 6, 2022, Plaintiffs in the Texas Defamation Trials (Sandy Hook and Parkland) filed a lawsuit alleging that Alex Jones had attempted to move millions of dollars away from InfoWars accounts through a fraudulent scheme involving PQPR and a variety of his family members[1].

TUFTA (Texas Uniform Fraudulent Transfers Act) is a Texas law which "prohibits a debtor who is subject to a valid judgment from moving assets out of reach of creditors in order to hinder, delay, or defraud a judgment creditor"[2].
