Lord Monckton is a climate change denialist and InfoWars guest.
Monckton is actually a hereditary peer, however he has never been a member of the House of Lords. He has, at various times, claimed to be a member, based on a dubious claim that the House of Lords Act 1999 is unconstitutional. In 2011, the real House of Lords sent him a cease and desist letter[1].
