Alex Jones (00:00:00.000)
Andy in Kansas, you're on the air. Thanks for holding.
Andy In Kansas (00:00:03.129)
Hello, Alex, I'm a first time caller. I'm a huge fan. I love your work.
Alex Jones (00:00:06.480)
I love you.
Dan (00:00:07.000)
Hey, everybody. Welcome back to Knowledge Fight. I'm Dan.
Jordan (00:00:10.390)
I'm Jordan.
Dan (00:00:11.089)
We are back for yet another episode where we sit down and drink a little bit of wine and discuss what's going on in the wacky wacky world of Alex Jones.
Jordan (00:00:20.000)
Is there is there a twist to that?
Dan (00:00:21.000)
There is, there's a Chubby Checker featuring the Fat Boys level twist.
Jordan (00:00:26.100)
All right, we're done.
Dan (00:00:27.750)
Already used Chubby Checker once as a reference. Realized he did the twist with the Fat Boys later.
Jordan (00:00:32.000)
It was too late for us.
Dan (00:00:34.000)
All right. The twist is that I watch tons of Infowars and Alex Jones in particular.
Jordan (00:00:39.219)
And I do not watch any.
Dan (00:00:40.630)
None at all. Not an iota except I did just trick you into watching
Jordan (00:00:45.000)
You tried to get me to watch some and then David Knight appeared like a fucking demon from beneath the boring sixth level of hell.
Dan (00:00:56.000)
Like the world's most boring hobo, coming on TV. We
Jordan (00:01:02.000)
I did find out he's got quite a bit of gray in his beard. I didn't realize that.
Dan (00:01:05.000)
Tons. Oh, tons.
Jordan (00:01:05.840)
Yeah.
Dan (00:01:06.109)
We're recording this on Sunday. And we wanted to check in because Alex had promoted online that he's about to drop a huge Pizzagate bombshell. And so we wanted to check in on what that was. That's how I tricked you into watching. So far at press time, no bombshell.
Jordan (00:01:20.980)
Nothing.
Dan (00:01:21.480)
So we will monitor that and keep you up to date. Generally,
Jordan (00:01:24.829)
He probably won't.
Dan (00:01:25.750)
Nope, not at all. I'm still standing by my former theory that I espoused on the last podcast. That is, he got threatened with a lawsuit.
Jordan (00:01:33.000)
I think we can stick with that one.
Dan (00:01:35.000)
I'm not sure that anything that he says today could shake my belief in that.
Jordan (00:01:40.000)
No, he was definitely, he was definitely at least served some sort of papers, maybe a subpoena to, you know, give
Dan (00:01:47.000)
Sure.
Jordan (00:01:47.599)
Shit, I don't know.
Dan (00:01:48.770)
Don't destroy any of your evidence?
Jordan (00:01:50.740)
Yeah, something like that.
Dan (00:01:52.099)
He was shook.
Jordan (00:01:52.829)
He was, yeah.
Dan (00:01:53.469)
But anyway,
Jordan (00:01:54.129)
Almost as much as when he lost all his money.
Dan (00:01:57.000)
He was more shook then. So today, what we're gonna do is we're gonna go over the, you know, this is going to be a special exposé episode.
Jordan (00:02:05.549)
Oh, boy.
Dan (00:02:06.099)
Generally what we do is I take a day in the life of Alex Jones, and I play the clips, and we discuss where he's incredibly wrong about everything. right. Today, what we're going to be doing is breaking down the entirety of last week.
Jordan (00:02:20.610)
This is unprecedented.
Dan (00:02:21.969)
And a busted ass narrative that Alex is promoting. And the results of my incredibly deep research into why Alex Jones, I feel like he has to know that he's just being a complete liar.
Jordan (00:02:33.439)
All right.
Dan (00:02:34.120)
He has to know.
Jordan (00:02:35.000)
I have gotten about 30 texts from you over this past week about how intense your research is. And I just wonder,
Dan (00:02:42.759)
I've been
Jordan (00:02:43.439)
I wonder.
Dan (00:02:44.000)
I've been reading court documents.
Jordan (00:02:46.000)
Why? What is wrong with you?
Dan (00:02:48.250)
Judge's decisions.
Jordan (00:02:50.099)
I want you to be...
Dan (00:02:51.349)
Depositions.
Jordan (00:02:51.349)
--ok. That's, this is now, this is eventually just going to turn into me wishing well on you.
Dan (00:02:58.000)
No but see, the thing is, I'm thrilled.
Jordan (00:03:00.000)
I know. That's one of the problems.
Dan (00:03:03.000)
I had an amazingly great time reading up on all this stuff.
Jordan (00:03:06.409)
Okay.
Dan (00:03:06.750)
I mean, some of the stuff that I found is like, legitimately horrifying? right. Because there's, there's, there's individuals that we're going to discuss, and you're probably aware of maybe one or two of them.
Jordan (00:03:18.710)
Jesus?
Dan (00:03:19.099)
Sure he's gonna come in the mix.
Jordan (00:03:20.920)
Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
Dan (00:03:22.360)
As he keeps being referred to on the Infowars, Franklin Delanore Roosevelt.
Jordan (00:03:26.389)
Really.
Dan (00:03:26.819)
Yeah.
Jordan (00:03:27.139)
Oh, boy.
Dan (00:03:27.629)
I think it's an accident, but I'm not sure.
Jordan (00:03:30.000)
I don't, it could be a play on his cousin? The one that he married?
Dan (00:03:35.000)
Possibly. But look, I, there's a guy, at least one who's gonna come up who we all know who he is. We've heard of him before. But the amount of research that I did really highlighted how much worse of a person he is. okay. So that was not fun, reading some of the stories about him. But
Jordan (00:03:52.870)
Who?!
Dan (00:03:53.139)
We're gonna get to it.
Jordan (00:03:54.590)
Why are you teasing that?
Dan (00:03:55.939)
Because look, it's a, this is
Jordan (00:03:56.960)
Now all I can think about is who it might be?
Dan (00:03:59.250)
We'll get to it
Jordan (00:04:00.000)
And, my first thought is OJ for some reason, and I don't think that's right.
Dan (00:04:04.090)
No, we watched that documentary. We know how bad a guy he is. But look,
Jordan (00:04:07.710)
He's not a good man.
Dan (00:04:08.770)
I know I'm doing too much teasing. But we have to start out our episodes, as we try to do each time, with an out of context drop. It has nothing to do with what we're going to be talking about from Alex.
Alex Jones (00:04:19.000)
Gallup is back to fake polls. They have key demographics, key phone numbers they can call, where they can produce any numbers they want. Does anybody believe that Trump has fallen from 56? Down to 37? In a national poll? No.
Jordan (00:04:32.000)
Yep. Yep.
Dan (00:04:33.000)
Yep. Anyway,
Jordan (00:04:35.000)
Does anybody believe?
Dan (00:04:36.100)
A lot of people.
Jordan (00:04:37.000)
Is that a hypothetical?
Dan (00:04:39.000)
Maybe over 50% of the population believes that. Yeah. All right. So anyway, here we go. Let's get to it. Let's get down to business.
Jordan (00:04:47.120)
All right.
Dan (00:04:47.790)
Because this is going to be intense.
Jordan (00:04:50.000)
All right. Do you want to sing Let's Get Down to Business from the Mulan soundtrack?
Dan (00:04:53.560)
I'd rather do, uh, This Is How We Do It.
Jordan (00:04:57.000)
I would really rather you didn't do that.
Dan (00:04:59.000)
Feel alright, the party's up on the west side.
Jordan (00:05:03.000)
You know what, eventually I will make a man out of you.
Dan (00:05:08.000)
Just because I love Pink. And uh. Oh also Carly Rae Jepsen, I don't know if weve been over that one. Pink, Lana Del Rey, Carly Rae Jepsen, and Dido. That's the uh, so far my
Jordan (00:05:17.279)
All right.
Dan (00:05:18.110)
That's my Mount Rushmore.
Jordan (00:05:20.000)
Okay, that's a bad Mount Rushmore.
Dan (00:05:22.180)
Fuck you.
Jordan (00:05:22.829)
Okay, okay, that's fine.
Dan (00:05:24.220)
So as I said throughout the week, he's pitching this entire narrative,
Jordan (00:05:28.000)
Enya? Are we on Enya? Are we good with her?
Dan (00:05:31.220)
I, case to case basis, song by song. I like the Orinoco Flow. Or that song from Sweet November, Only Time?
Jordan (00:05:39.000)
You already know more about Enya than any human being should.
Dan (00:05:45.000)
Who can say where the road goes. Listen, we gotta get down to business. yeah. So here's Alex, on Monday's show, sort of giving an introduction to the thesis of what we're going to be talking about today.
Jordan (00:05:55.730)
Okay.
Alex Jones (00:05:56.000)
You're listening to the Alex Jones Show.
Jordan (00:05:59.019)
What is happening with this music.
Alex Jones (00:05:59.019)
Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for joining us on this Monday, March 20 2017. You go to Drudge report dot com. You can see the headline right in the middle column. It's been there since yesterday afternoon. NSA documents prove surveillance of Trump and his family. Bombshell discovery shows targets of NSA's Project Dragnet. It's an admittedly legal project. And now we've gotten basically the indexes of it, or our sources have. It's Sheriff Joe Arpaio's cold case posse's had this for two years...
Jordan (00:06:35.629)
Cold case posse.
Alex Jones (00:06:35.629)
---out of office as of last year, voted out of office. And that information has now been put out via Infowars dot com. Because the Feds obviously under Obama did nothing. Well, there's a new sheriff in town in DC and...
Jordan (00:06:52.000)
Joe Arpaio. He's no longer in town. He's gone.
Alex Jones (00:06:55.000)
--soon you'll see evidence of NSA spying and this goes back, as far as Obama is concerned, eight years. Eight years. But isn't it interesting, Drudge Report dot com, the biggest news site in the world, hands down, second largest website in the world period, after MSN. Top linked in the corner last night. Then it moved down this morning to the middle column. NSA documents surveillance on Trump family more. Project Dragnet.
Dan (00:07:27.000)
When he's saying
Jordan (00:07:27.350)
Is that a complete sentence?
Dan (00:07:28.000)
No, because when he's saying more, that's that click here for more. He's reading the link. And then and then Project Dragnet is a second link. oh okay. So he's he just doesn't he doesn't even know what he's reading on the page. no. It's insane. He actually if we keep listening, he does it again.
Jordan (00:07:46.149)
His rhythm of that is is bananas.
Dan (00:07:48.240)
Trump surveilled. More. Project Dragnet.
Jordan (00:07:51.000)
Like, Christopher Walken is doing the show.
Dan (00:07:53.000)
Yeah, it's it's, I mean, again, it is indicative of his lack of preparation. He doesn't know what he is actually about to talk about at all. It's It's infuriating. It drives me incredibly insane. But so we have the, this clip isn't done. There's more. oh, good. But before we get to it, I will say what we have already is the introduction of this theme. It's that there is an NSA CIA whistleblower who has come out who has a ton of documents that proves that Donald Trump is being surveilled. And as he, as Alex steamrolls along with this, we will learn that not only is Donald Trump being surveilled and has been for years back when he was just a businessman. right. Not only that, Alex Jones, Michael Savage, other people's families and these
Jordan (00:08:41.000)
Just just other people's families?
Jordan (00:08:42.970)
Tons of folks.
Jordan (00:08:43.779)
Just tons of folks.
Dan (00:08:45.000)
Yeah being being surveilled.
Jordan (00:08:47.000)
Was his source Sedward Noden? no. Oh okay.
Dan (00:08:49.000)
Although Snowden does get cucked out a little bit in this episode.
Jordan (00:08:52.970)
How do you cuck out Snowden, he's a bad ass.
Dan (00:08:55.519)
Because he's so minor compared to what this whistleblower is bringing out. all right, all right. And I assure you, we're gonna dig into every single element of this. oh, boy. I will
Jordan (00:09:06.070)
It's gonna get deep.
Dan (00:09:07.289)
If in the next two and a half to three hours...
Jordan (00:09:10.019)
Oh, boy.
Dan (00:09:10.539)
--you, we don't end up with everyone who hears this, realizing that this is nothing? I will commit hari kari. No, I wont.
Jordan (00:09:17.590)
Nope, that's a promise.
Dan (00:09:18.929)
That's a verbal contract. Anyway, back
Jordan (00:09:21.000)
Exactly.
Dan (00:09:21.809)
Let's get back to the clip before I make a worse offer.
Jordan (00:09:21.809)
Donate to Dan's Patreon...
Dan (00:09:24.149)
I need to buy a sword!
Jordan (00:09:24.149)
--otherwise he won't be able to commit hari kari.
Dan (00:09:31.000)
It's the only way to go about things honorably.
Alex Jones (00:09:34.000)
You'd think MSM would at least come out and say it wasn't true. Kind of like when we got the MIAC reports from the state police and then from federal marshals, another copy from a different division because there were all the different variants depending on who they were sent to. And for a week the media ignored it. Then they said it was fake. Then they said okay, it's real. Well, of course it was real. I didn't just get it from my sources and believe it I also called the phone numbers on there. And the FBI is like, you're not supposed to have that. Where are you, we're, and then little arguments about it, I said it's already out. Already have it ready to be published. I'm publishing it right now. So there you go. NSA documents, surveillance on Trump family more. Project Dragnet.
Jordan (00:10:20.519)
Project Dragnet.
Dan (00:10:21.000)
Again, that's him reading the links, and not figuring out how sentence works
Jordan (00:10:25.000)
Tom Hanks and Dan Akroyd. Project Dragnet?
Dan (00:10:32.000)
Is that their theme song? I don't remember.
Jordan (00:10:33.919)
I have no idea.
Dan (00:10:34.629)
Just the facts, ma'am.
Jordan (00:10:35.620)
Yes. There we go.
Dan (00:10:36.440)
Wan't there a remake the movie with the Rock and Steve Carell? Is that right I don't know.
Jordan (00:10:40.860)
They did not do that.
Dan (00:10:42.000)
I know they made a Dragnet movie.
Jordan (00:10:42.000)
Yeah. With Tom Hanks and Dan Aykroyd.
Dan (00:10:46.000)
No, that was the old one. They made a new one with Steve Carell.
Jordan (00:10:50.039)
What?
Dan (00:10:50.409)
I don't think the Rock was in it. I think I'm conflating things.
Jordan (00:10:54.389)
I don't think you're, I don't think
Dan (00:10:56.320)
This is so irrelevant to the point.
Jordan (00:10:58.580)
What is?
Dan (00:10:59.090)
So on Sunday of last week, Infowars published what they believed, or what they are claiming, is a database of phone numbers and addresses. right. And Alex has said this, these were my old phone numbers. This is correct. These are the phone numbers that I have for Donald Trump. These are real phone numbers. But as we know, he doesn't know Donald Trump's phone number.
Jordan (00:11:22.000)
No. Every time he gets a call, he's like, Wait, it I think this is the right area code for the president.
Dan (00:11:27.000)
He keeps saying that. So his claimed that he has multiple phone numbers for Trump. It it falls flat for us. But
Jordan (00:11:34.000)
Well, but he does have Trumps in different area codes. right. yeah. That what we're saying right there?
Dan (00:11:39.000)
Yeah. Rest in peace, Nate Dogg. But he has, he has these things that he published with some redacted parts, you know, like, you don't want to
Jordan (00:11:46.990)
Fake redacted parts.
Dan (00:11:48.090)
Well no. You don't want to, or even if you do have this information that you've got, you don't want to dox tons of people. So they, you know, clipped off parts of phone numbers and what have you. okay. They claimed that it was a part of a massive index of people who were being spied on. And this is from this whistleblower's information. Now, the problem that we have with that, is that that is completely unprovable. And all of this information could have been gotten by someone who has the minimal amount of hacking skills and is willing to falsify documents. yeah. So keep that in mind. As we go further.
Jordan (00:12:24.000)
I am struggling to keep it in mind right now.
Dan (00:12:26.000)
Anything that Alex has posted, does not have to come, like, every piece of evidence that he's posted on the website does not have to come from, like an NSA source, or a CIA source. It's all very easily accessible information. Like a lot of the information is, the address of Mar-a-Lago. I could Google that.
Jordan (00:12:45.000)
And is it is it? Did he just print out like a part of the phonebook?
Dan (00:12:49.000)
I don't think he did. I think someone else did and sent it to him as evidence of a leak.
Jordan (00:12:54.000)
Okay, so it's, it's not the white papers. It's the white pages. That's what I got.
Dan (00:12:59.649)
Nailed it.
Jordan (00:13:00.399)
See? I can sound bite. yeah. You think I can't sound bite?
Dan (00:13:04.279)
I think you can sound bite baby!
Jordan (00:13:05.100)
I can sound bite all day.
Dan (00:13:06.000)
So this is basically the construction of what is going on.
Jordan (00:13:12.000)
Right. We're building the foundation of a lie about spies. Spy a lie.
Dan (00:13:18.000)
And Alex is using whatever information that he got as evidence that Trump has been being spied on. He's using it as evidence that he was right all along.
Jordan (00:13:30.000)
Which is none.
Dan (00:13:31.169)
Right. So on Monday, he has an interview with a guy named Mike Zullo. okay. And Mike Zullo is a former detective. And from what
Jordan (00:13:41.000)
Yes, so he's come back for one last job. right. Is he is he two or three days away from retirement? Please give me something.
Dan (00:13:48.000)
Certainly past. okay. He's currently a used car dealer as as far as I can tell. okay. That's what I found in my slight bits of research.
Jordan (00:13:57.580)
Sideways move.
Dan (00:13:58.639)
I don't care too much about Mike Zullo necessarily. all right. What I do care about more is that he is an employee and former, well former employee because he's not he's not in work anymore, of Sheriff Joe Arpaio. great. He was a member of his cold case posse. oh no. And now I think it is time that we start to deal a tiny bit with Joe Arpaio.
Jordan (00:14:22.000)
That racist garbage pile of human fuckface. That guy?
Dan (00:14:26.000)
He...
Jordan (00:14:26.289)
That guy?
Dan (00:14:26.289)
...is who I was talking about. all right. Earlier when I said, when you look into him, he's way worse than even what you just said.
Jordan (00:14:34.000)
Yeah, I did not know if you could get worse than everything I know about him?
Dan (00:14:40.000)
So we're gonna get to it and Mike Zullo is going to make the argument
Jordan (00:14:44.000)
That's like finding out the devil is also Alex Jones. Like it just doesn't get much worse that, you think the devil can't go lower. But there we go.
Dan (00:14:51.000)
Yeah, the devil also like, you know, cheats at cards or something like that. God dammit, man. Come on.
Jordan (00:14:59.000)
In the old West though. So you always shoot him.
Dan (00:15:01.000)
Yeah yeah. So we'll get to Zullo's point, which is basically, that when Joe Arpaio was being tried...
Jordan (00:15:08.870)
Right.
Dan (00:15:09.330)
--for contempt of court...
Jordan (00:15:11.129)
Yeah.
Dan (00:15:11.600)
--for not making the necessary changes that a judge insisted that he make, based on findings that they had of racial discrimination in the Maricopa County police force.
Jordan (00:15:25.000)
Right, the part where he didn't follow the law on one occasion...
Dan (00:15:28.330)
Twice.
Jordan (00:15:28.629)
--and then also didn't, didn't follow the law telling him to follow the law.
Dan (00:15:33.000)
There were two times that he was brought into court in 2008 and 2010. right. And told you need to make these changes. This is a severe problem. And then he didn't, and he was held in contempt of court.
Jordan (00:15:45.000)
Yeah. Instead of arrested and had his left leg cut off as what should have happened.
Dan (00:15:50.000)
Right. In this court case.
Jordan (00:15:52.000)
I don't want to,, like he's right legged. So I don't want to remove his good leg. You know what I'm saying? His dominant leg.
Dan (00:15:58.000)
Need to be able to kick. yeah, exactly. So Mike Zullo is gonna make the argument as we go along, that he was being, he was being surveilled upon and wiretapped during that investigation, and we'll deal with that in a moment. But what I want to deal with first is, I want to give an accurate picture of who Sheriff Joe Arpaio is.
Jordan (00:16:18.000)
Let's get down to it.
Dan (00:16:21.000)
I have pages...
Jordan (00:16:22.570)
Oh boy.
Dan (00:16:23.250)
--of instances where any single one of these is disqualifying. So get ready.
Jordan (00:16:31.000)
Does he say grab him by the pussy a bunch?
Dan (00:16:33.330)
No.
Jordan (00:16:33.330)
Because we know that's the only locker room talk.
Dan (00:16:36.000)
So he's the Sheriff of Maricopa County in Arizona. Yeah. In 1993, Joe Arpaio set up a tent city to houses inmates outside. He did not believe that they deserve to be inside. great. Arpaio literally described the tent city as a quote, concentration camp.
Jordan (00:16:51.690)
That's good.
Dan (00:16:52.440)
Bad news.
Jordan (00:16:53.000)
I like his willingness to embrace his monstrosity, like he didn't even bother to call it something different. He's like, if I could burn you, I would totally do that. But the law or something says I can't.
Dan (00:17:04.000)
Speaking of burning these inmates.
Jordan (00:17:06.150)
Please don't say any more after that.
Dan (00:17:08.490)
On July 2 2011, when temperatures in Phoenix hit 118 degrees Fahrenheit, Arpaio measured the temperature inside Tent City tents as 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Some inmates complained that their fans near their beds were not working and that their shoes were melting from the heat.
Jordan (00:17:25.519)
Jesus fucking Christ.
Dan (00:17:26.720)
During the summer of 2003, when outside temperatures exceeded 110 degrees Fahrenheit, Arpaio said to complaining inmates, it's 120 degrees in Iraq and the soldiers are living in tents and they didn't commit any crimes so shut your mouths. Which is horrible.
Jordan (00:17:42.000)
He's not a human being is he?
Dan (00:17:43.000)
No. he's not. In 1997,
Jordan (00:17:46.000)
How do you, how do you do that? And how do you not have any empathy for another human being?
Dan (00:17:50.000)
In 1997, Amnesty International said Arpaio's Tent City jail is not a quote, adequate or humane alternative to housing inmates in suitable jail facilities.
Jordan (00:18:01.000)
People get mad when you leave a dog in a fucking car. And this dude is literally burning people alive in the desert sun.
Dan (00:18:09.000)
Tent City is criticized by groups contending that there are violations of human and constitutional rights implicit in its formation.
Jordan (00:18:18.000)
All the rights. It's a war crime. yep. You. You wouldn't do that at fucking Guantanamo Bay. his
Dan (00:18:25.000)
Well, argument is that they're criminals and who cares?
Jordan (00:18:27.920)
That's a bad argument.
Dan (00:18:29.119)
Fuck em, they committed crimes.
Jordan (00:18:31.000)
No, that's a really bad argument.
Dan (00:18:32.000)
Sure. One of Arpaio's public relations actions was the requirement that inmates wear pink underwear in order to prevent its theft by the released inmates, which is a stupid rationale. He claimed
Jordan (00:18:43.000)
Yeah, but I mean, that's the most harmless thing I've ever heard anybody do so.
Dan (00:18:47.000)
He claims that he has saved the county $70,000 in the first year of this rule was in effect, that's a lot of fucking underwear.
Jordan (00:18:54.000)
That's lies.
Dan (00:18:54.980)
Arpaio subsequently
Jordan (00:18:56.420)
Pink underwear costs 50 cents more in my experience.
Dan (00:18:59.000)
So Arpaio subsequently started to sell customized pink boxers with the Maricopa County Sheriff's logo and "Go Joe" on them as a fundraiser for Sheriff's Posse Association. what? Despite allegations of misuse of funds received from these sales, Arpaio declined to provide an accounting for the money. So he basically used it as a promotional tool. And there's no evidence also that he saved that $70,000 at all. So.
Jordan (00:19:24.000)
So we're ending with his financial crimes.
Dan (00:19:27.000)
We're not even ending. We're not even close.
Jordan (00:19:29.900)
No!
Dan (00:19:30.099)
In 2010 Arpaio put together an armed, illegal immigration posse help enforce immigration law.
Jordan (00:19:36.000)
Why do you keep saying posse, posse is bad.
Dan (00:19:39.000)
It's real bad. You know what it gets worse. This policy included actors Steven Seagal and Lou Ferrigno.
Jordan (00:19:45.000)
No, that's better. I am way more comfortable with that posse now.
Dan (00:19:49.940)
They have guns.
Jordan (00:19:51.130)
One, I know that that posse is immune to ninjas. That's the first thing we know about that posse.
Dan (00:19:58.380)
Or voodoo.
Jordan (00:19:59.170)
No ninjas, and then and if anybody gets really out of control, they've got somebody to fall back on. He's a big green guy.
Dan (00:20:08.000)
You wouldn't like him when he's angry.
Jordan (00:20:09.369)
You would not.
Dan (00:20:09.869)
You would not like me if you're illegal.
Jordan (00:20:11.000)
Especially not if you're, oh god. Joe Arpaio is a monster.
Dan (00:20:16.000)
Dude, we're not even close to the tip of the iceberg
Jordan (00:20:18.980)
Oh no.
Dan (00:20:19.299)
The ACLU has alleged that quote, Arpaio routinely abused pre trial detainees at Maricopa County jail by feeding them moldy bread, rotten fruit and other contaminated food, housing them in cells so hot as to endanger their health, denying them care for serious medical and mental health needs and keeping them packed as tightly as sardines in holding cells for days at a time during intake now that
Jordan (00:20:41.000)
Is this the fucking middle, medieval ages, what is fucking happening?
Dan (00:20:45.000)
That's before they were charged.
Jordan (00:20:46.730)
That's before they were charged with a fucking crime.
Dan (00:20:49.569)
This is pre trial detainees.
Jordan (00:20:51.000)
That's not good.
Dan (00:20:51.950)
That's insane.
Jordan (00:20:52.789)
You should probably treat those people, no, you should treat human beings like human beings.
Dan (00:20:58.000)
A federal judge named Neil Wake ruled in 2008 and 2010 that the county jails violated human and constitutional rights of the inmates.
Jordan (00:21:06.000)
Yeah, that's a very simple ruling, that should have taken like 20 seconds.
Dan (00:21:11.000)
Under Arpaio, the Maricopa County jails have lost accreditation multiple times. In September 2008, the National Committee on Correctional Health Care terminated the accreditation of Maricopa County Sheriff's office jails, for failure to maintain compliance with national standards and providing false information about such compliance.
Jordan (00:21:29.000)
What does that mean?
Dan (00:21:30.000)
They lied? What do you mean?
Jordan (00:21:31.000)
No, I mean, last accreditation, does that mean people aren't allowed to be in there anymore?
Dan (00:21:35.000)
No, just that they're not supported by these medical associations that are in charge of sort of keeping track and making sure that jails are treating people humanely.
Jordan (00:21:44.000)
So they're just, so he's still allowed to treat people inhumanely, they just say, I think that's bad.
Dan (00:21:51.000)
Basically. Yeah. But it's a big deal.
Jordan (00:21:53.000)
Great. They're fucking amazing. Awesome. I love their, I love their life saving abilities here.
Dan (00:21:57.000)
They have no like enforcement capabilities, but they do have, like, meh,
Jordan (00:22:06.000)
How is it that Alex Jones can get a fuck face to go to a goddamn pizza restaurant, but we can't get human beings to save other human beings lives that are being burned alive.
Dan (00:22:15.000)
In October 2008
Jordan (00:22:15.900)
Liberals are pussies. That's why.
Dan (00:22:17.819)
In October 2008, a US District Court judge ruled that grossly inadequate conditions at the Maricopa County Jail, overseen by Arpaio, are unconstitutional and jeopardize the health and safety of prisoners. yeah. I hate to keep hammering on that. But these are different cases also. Arpaio has said that his jails are meant as places of punishment, and the inhabitants are criminals, although in fact, most inmates have not been convicted of a crime and are awaiting trial. Fuck you.
Jordan (00:22:45.000)
Fuck. What the fuck?
Dan (00:22:48.000)
It gets worse.
Jordan (00:22:48.799)
Where did these people fucking come from?
Dan (00:22:51.039)
It gets worse.
Jordan (00:22:52.000)
Who the fuck
Dan (00:22:52.869)
It gets worse.
Jordan (00:22:53.960)
At least Ted Bundy was honest about his monstrosity. Like I would much rather, like he's a sociopath that's still allowed to roam the streets, like he just figured out how to fucking turn it into a money, like he turned being Ted Bundy into a job. That's what he did.
Dan (00:23:13.000)
And he was reelected like four times.
Jordan (00:23:15.000)
Well, Arizona is a fucking garbage hole filled with old white people.
Dan (00:23:19.000)
That's fair. Here's another one for you. Under Arpaio, the Maricopa County Sheriff's office may have improperly cleared or reported as solved as many as 75% of cases without arrest or proper investigation. How's that grab you? During a three year period ending in 2007, more than 400 sex crimes reported to Arpaio's office were inadequately investigate or not investigated at all.
Jordan (00:23:44.329)
No.
Dan (00:23:44.589)
While providing police services for El Mirage Arizona, The Maricopa County Sheriff's office under Arpaio, failed to follow through on at least 32 reported child molestation.
Jordan (00:23:56.059)
Jesus fuck, why?
Dan (00:23:57.079)
Even though the suspects were known in all but six cases. Many of them, here's why, many of the the children who were victims were illegal immigrants.
Jordan (00:24:06.829)
Fuck!!!
Dan (00:24:07.269)
Doesn't care.
Jordan (00:24:08.000)
How do you not care about that?
Dan (00:24:11.339)
I don't know.
Jordan (00:24:12.759)
You're like, even, FUCK!
Dan (00:24:15.000)
In 1999, undercover Maricopa County Sheriff's office deputies arrested James Seville, then 18 years old, and charged him with plotting to kill Arpaio with a pipe bomb. A local television station had been tipped off to the arrest by the Maricopa County Sheriff's office and broadcast footage of the arrest that evening. The Maricopa County Sheriff's office held a news conference shortly after the arrest and Arpaio appeared in interviews on a local television station saying quote, if they think they're going to scare me away with bombs and everything else, it's not going to bother me. After spending four years in jail awaiting trial. Seville was about to
Jordan (00:24:51.150)
Four years awaiting trial.
Dan (00:24:52.619)
Yep, he was about to sign a plea deal that would have sent him to prison for 20 years. Although he maintained his innocence, he was initially unwilling to take a chance on being sentenced to even longer than that he had been convicted. If he were convicted. However, the former head of undercover investigations for the Maricopa County Sheriff's office called Seville's legal team with a bombshell. Based on his review of the case, he felt that Seville had been entrapped. Although entrapment is all but impossible to prove in most jurisdictions, Seville's attorneys eventually discovered that the Maricopa County Sheriff's office detectives had bought the bomb parts themselves.
Jordan (00:25:29.930)
What?!
Dan (00:25:30.309)
Then convinced Seville to build it, even though he was not predisposed to commit such a crime. On July 9th 2003, a Maricopa County Superior Court jury acquitted Seville, finding that the bomb plot was an elaborate publicity stunt to boost Arpaio's reelection bid. In 2004,
Jordan (00:25:45.069)
Are you fucking serious?
Dan (00:25:46.329)
In 2004,
Jordan (00:25:46.750)
He did the Nixon?
Dan (00:25:47.640)
Mm hm. In 2004, Seville argued Arpaio and the Maricopa County, or he sued Arpaio and Maricopa County for wrongful arrest and entrapment, seeking $10 million in damages.
Jordan (00:25:56.000)
He deserves more and Joe Arpaio should have been hit with a fucking pipe bomb.
Dan (00:26:01.000)
In 2008 the suit was settled with Maricopa County paying Seville $1.6 million. So, little bit less than the 10 he should have gotten, but.
Jordan (00:26:09.000)
He should have gotten fucking a billion dollars. How? So I am like, this is the hardest thing. I am against the death penalty. But Joe Arpaio should be fucking killed. He should be dead. There's only, there's only one reason for the death penalty. It's for fucking monsters like him.
Dan (00:26:28.000)
He's abused the public trust to such an, a
Jordan (00:26:31.000)
He's abused human beings. yeah. The justice should be fucking, like there's no other. There's no other solution for that.
Dan (00:26:40.029)
We're not done.
Jordan (00:26:41.210)
We're, no! He's already dead.
Dan (00:26:43.380)
This is the producer.
Jordan (00:26:44.970)
He's already. In my brain,
Dan (00:26:47.000)
It gets even worse.
Jordan (00:26:48.140)
It can't.
Dan (00:26:48.710)
The Justice Department accused Arpaio of engaging in quote, unconstitutional policing by unfairly targeting Latinos for detention and arrest, and retaliate, retaliating against critics. In the report, the Justice Department concluded that Arpaio oversaw, quote, the worst pattern of racial profiling in US history. In 2015,
Jordan (00:27:07.000)
That's fucking hard to do after, after all our genocides. That's a tough one. yeah. If you get labeled with that, wow.
Dan (00:27:14.000)
In 2015, Arpaio was charged with contempt of court for failing to implement a court's required changes to his police force regarding rampant racial profiling. He was also found to have destroyed evidence in the case.
Jordan (00:27:27.190)
Yeah, of fucking course he did.
Dan (00:27:29.119)
He's also publicly promoted the Obama birther hoax repeatedly. Up to December of last year, 2016, he was quote, investigating the birth certificate, and he erroneously claimed he found nine points of forgery in Obama's birth certificate. So, all right. In 2008,
Jordan (00:27:45.000)
I was gonna take notes, but then I just started slitting my fucking wrists.
Dan (00:27:49.000)
In 2008, when Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon called the federal investigation into Arpaio called for a federal investigation into Arpaio's immigration enforcement tactics, Arpaio's office responded by demanding the mayor's emails and phone logs. Arpaio also had his critic, Maricopa County Supervisor Don Stapley, a Republican, arrested on suspicion of failing to properly disclose business interest. Stapley agreed to a 3.5 million settlement in his lawsuit against Arpaio, Thomas, and the county for false arrest. So he's tried to jail his critics multiple times and been sued for it and lost. He's cost the county so many millions of dollars because of these illegal tactics that he's undergone.
Jordan (00:28:34.039)
And he was reelected four times.
Dan (00:28:36.180)
And they tried to have like a runoff election twice. And, uh, dropped the mic there. It failed both times. Which is crazy.
Jordan (00:28:43.049)
Really?
Dan (00:28:43.579)
Yeah.
Jordan (00:28:43.970)
Really?
Dan (00:28:44.490)
Yeah. But I mean, that
Jordan (00:28:45.839)
Oh. Wow.
Dan (00:28:46.529)
That's how it goes.
Jordan (00:28:48.000)
How did, how could this country have elected Trump? Oh, that's, how? How?
Dan (00:28:52.000)
That's how it goes with deeply entrenched, like, illegal operations.
Jordan (00:28:56.000)
This fucking racist pile of shit.
Dan (00:28:59.000)
Yeah. So you might think that, you know, he's a racist, he's a bigot. He's awful. But
Jordan (00:29:03.000)
How is he not in jail?!
Dan (00:29:05.000)
Because he argues that he gets results.
Jordan (00:29:07.000)
How is he not in jail, though? He committed all the crimes.
Dan (00:29:10.329)
He might be soon.
Jordan (00:29:11.329)
He should be dead.
Dan (00:29:13.000)
His argument is that he is gruff, but he gets results.
Jordan (00:29:16.660)
No! That's not an argument in a case of law.
Dan (00:29:19.789)
But also listen to this. In 1998,
Jordan (00:29:23.000)
I can't argue, oh, okay. Here's Jordan, you're under arrest for terrorism. Excuse me, I believe I get results. That's not an argument.
Dan (00:29:31.000)
In 1998, Arpaio commissioned a study by Arizona State University criminal justice professor Marie L. Griffin to examine recidivism rates based on conditions of confinement. So basically like, before,
Jordan (00:29:42.329)
How often people come back to jail.
Dan (00:29:44.259)
But the study is supposed to be before him and after him. Like, while he's in charge and his predecessor.
Jordan (00:29:50.339)
Oh, for fucks sakes.
Dan (00:29:51.539)
Comparing recidivism rates under Arpaio to those of his predecessor, the study found quote, There is no significant difference in recidivism observed between those offenders released in 1989 to 90 and those released in 1994 to 1995.
Jordan (00:30:05.000)
So what you're saying is that he is both a criminal, a monster, and is defense of, I get results, does not actually get results.
Dan (00:30:12.000)
Statistically, it is a lie.
Jordan (00:30:14.000)
He's a fucking, how can you, how could you not prosecute him? Like there's no, there's no way that you could not put him in jail forever and ever and ever for all the lives that there are.
Dan (00:30:27.000)
I know that this is a lot of information and it's long, but I'm giving you all of this
Jordan (00:30:31.000)
I want to believe in reincarnation or ghosts just so that guy can be tortured every moment for the rest of fucking eternity.
Dan (00:30:40.000)
I'm giving you all of this information, and there's still even more, but the reason is because the interview that Alex does is with this guy's close associate. okay. So a guy who's carrying water for Joe Arpaio, is who Alex has on.
Jordan (00:30:52.000)
By the, by the transitive property of, you're a fucking monster, we can determine that we're talking to a fucking monster.
Dan (00:31:00.000)
That this guy was up to some shit.
Jordan (00:31:01.000)
Yeah, he's an evil man.
Dan (00:31:02.000)
So guys, here's here's the situation. There's a lot of really fucked up stuff that you can find out about the history of Joe Arpaio and the Maricopa County Sheriffs Association.
Jordan (00:31:12.000)
And I just got a fucking bullet point list of the absolute utter monstrosity of this man.
Dan (00:31:20.000)
Upon reflection, me and Jordan have talked it over and we've decided that a lot of the stuff is not right for us to necessarily be broadcasting. It's sensitive stuff.
Jordan (00:31:30.000)
I think you should find this on your own in a comfortable place because listening to it in a row is...
Dan (00:31:39.160)
Overwhelming.
Jordan (00:31:40.349)
--it, it shook me. So.
Dan (00:31:42.000)
A good place to start is just his Wikipedia page.
Jordan (00:31:45.440)
Yeah, no kidding.
Dan (00:31:46.400)
A lot of citations you can find about that. If you want to go you can find out more about the depths of the truly irresponsible and evil police work that he, Joe Arpaio, presided over.
Jordan (00:31:59.000)
He ranks up there with everyone convicted in the Nuremberg trials. I genuinely, I genuinely believe that.
Dan (00:32:06.000)
So anyway, guys, this is the sort of, look into it. We'll, we'll wait, we'll be here.
Jordan (00:32:13.000)
Are we gonna are we gonna give a moment of silence?
Dan (00:32:16.049)
No. Let's get into
Jordan (00:32:17.160)
Feel free to press pause. We will wait four seconds for you. And then we'll kick right back in.
Dan (00:32:23.000)
Here's me like tapping my foot waiting. So here we go. We get into now this interview with Mike Zullo. yeah. That who, again, is one of the higher ups of the Maricopa County, former higher ups as it were. Alex does a lot of vamping
Jordan (00:32:38.000)
He's an accomplice to every single thing that Joe Arpaio has done.
Dan (00:32:42.549)
Yes. Well, I mean,
Jordan (00:32:43.839)
I mean, he hasn't always been there but a in spirit.
Dan (00:32:48.000)
Yeah, he implicitly signed off by supporting him and still supporting him to this day. So Alex does a lot of sort of, like opening presentation before he gets to the interview. So I'm gonna play a couple clips of that.
Jordan (00:32:59.730)
Okay.
Alex Jones (00:33:00.000)
Bombshell, Obama's NSA illegally spying on Sheriff Arpaio's prosecution. They've got the documents, the surveillance, Arpaio's house, his office, all of its spied on and used in the federal court. Again, Sheriff Arpaio they're trying to put in prison. Wow.
Jordan (00:33:18.000)
Good.
Alex Jones (00:33:18.410)
Federal officer, long serving decorated Sheriff. Patriot.
Jordan (00:33:22.390)
Monster.
Alex Jones (00:33:23.000)
Obama tried to put him in prison...
Jordan (00:33:25.329)
Murderer.
Alex Jones (00:33:25.990)
--using the spy grid to try to make up garbage.
Jordan (00:33:29.000)
Racist.
Alex Jones (00:33:30.000)
And guess who else is in the database? Yours truly. Isn't that just special? This is a who's who of the Patriots in there. Kind of want to get on that list? Don't you?
Dan (00:33:43.000)
Nope.
Jordan (00:33:43.000)
Definitely not.
Dan (00:33:46.000)
Shifting a bunch of papers.
Jordan (00:33:47.000)
Which which list was he shifting right there?
Dan (00:33:49.000)
I think it was the red list. James Spader.
Jordan (00:33:51.000)
The red list? Oh, no.
Dan (00:33:53.000)
So the argument that he's making there is
Jordan (00:33:56.000)
Isn't that the blacklist?
Dan (00:33:57.000)
Maybe it is. The red list was commies. I don't know.
Jordan (00:34:01.000)
Is that, isn't that the one that starred David Duchovny where you know, that's the Red Shoe Diaries. Never mind.
Dan (00:34:06.000)
So the argument that he's making there is that Arpaio was being spied on during his trial and what have you. This is absolute utter nonsense.
Jordan (00:34:14.809)
Why would you need to.
Dan (00:34:16.150)
The secondary argument that he's making is that this database has come out with all of these, all these people's names and Alex Jones is one of them.
Jordan (00:34:24.000)
The NOC list from Mission Impossible.
Dan (00:34:27.000)
I think it's the Blacklist starring James Spader. I've corrected my reference.
Jordan (00:34:31.000)
All right, fine. You win this round.
Dan (00:34:33.000)
We'll get a little bit further down the line and make sure, I'll get back to why that's bullshit in a second. But let's get through his his introductions here. This is where he connects what's going on, the Arpaio spying situation, to what we're going to be talking about later. The bigger case that involves Trump, that involves Alex. It's this guy named Dennis Montgomery, who is that NSA CIA whistleblower. right. Who is much bigger than Snowden.
Jordan (00:35:02.000)
I swear to God, have you seen the movie Zodiac? yeah. Have you seen any movie where somebody has a giant fucking pinboard filled with string connecting one thing to another? Because it's on your goddamn wall.
Dan (00:35:16.289)
It's in my head.
Jordan (00:35:17.449)
It's, ugh!
Dan (00:35:18.000)
This one's real simple. I assure you this is not that hard to do.
Jordan (00:35:22.000)
One line of string. That's all we needed for this one.
Dan (00:35:26.230)
Basically.
Alex Jones (00:35:27.000)
This was all brought to them years ago in federal court. They ignored it. And this is when they started coming after Arpaio even harder because they knew he had the whistleblower that had all this information.
Dan (00:35:37.000)
So he connects everything there. This whistleblower in question is this guy named Dennis Montgomery.
Jordan (00:35:43.730)
Dennis Montgomery.
Dan (00:35:44.989)
Would you like backstory on him now or later?
Jordan (00:35:48.000)
Let's go with half and half. Give me one bit of backstory.
Dan (00:35:52.000)
One bit of backstory? Okay, here's a fun one. Dennis Montgomery was a guy who, he founded a video compression noise filtering business called eTrepid Technologies.
Jordan (00:36:02.000)
A video compression noise filtering business. Like,
Dan (00:36:06.000)
In 1998 he founded this company. okay. The business started out as a tool for the casino industry, but eventually they sought out government contracts. In 2014, Montgomery was revealed to be working as a confidential informant for Sheriff Joe Arpaio. He claimed that when he was contracting for the CIA through eTrepid Technologies, the government contracts that he was doing, he obtained documents that proved a conspiracy against Arpaio. Basically that the Department of Justice under Eric Holder was working with the judge in the case, in Arpaio's racial profiling case that the two of them were working together. And he had the documents to prove it.
Jordan (00:36:44.000)
Isn't that just called, isn't that just called like, doing, doing the law?
Dan (00:36:48.000)
In this case, it's conspiracy.
Jordan (00:36:50.000)
Well, I mean, is conspiracy is, is it just like, hey let's partner up.
Dan (00:36:57.000)
I guess. Yeah. I mean, you can't, you can't man.
Jordan (00:36:59.769)
You can't partner up? Otherwise, it's a conspiracy?
Dan (00:37:02.960)
The allegation was that he was alleged, like, wiretapping them, which the DOJ,
Jordan (00:37:08.000)
So if the judge gave them permission to wiretap him, that's still not conspiracy.
Dan (00:37:13.000)
I don't know if there is that permission. So I mean, I also don't, let me, let me
Jordan (00:37:16.980)
Have you seen The Wire?
Dan (00:37:18.050)
Let me put all my cards on the table.
Jordan (00:37:19.809)
Put all those cards on the table.
Dan (00:37:21.380)
I don't think there was a wiretap.
Jordan (00:37:22.940)
There was definitely not a wiretap.
Dan (00:37:24.630)
Also, we know how bad a dude Joe, Arpaio is.
Jordan (00:37:27.000)
He's a fucking monster who manufactured his own pipe bomb publicity stunt.
Dan (00:37:31.000)
In this 2004 claim that Montgomery made in this court case, Arpaio later characterized the result of Montgomery's investigation as quote, junk.
Jordan (00:37:42.000)
Oh, so even Arpaio thinks Dennis Montgomery is a fucking idiot.
Dan (00:37:45.469)
Yep.
Jordan (00:37:45.739)
All right, then he's the perfect man to come on Alex Jones.
Dan (00:37:49.000)
Montgomery is not gonna appear. okay. Montgomery is a shadowy figure that's just talked about.
Jordan (00:37:55.480)
All right, so he's a vampire.
Dan (00:37:57.519)
Yes, Mark, or, Mike Zullo, who is Arpaio's detective,
Jordan (00:38:01.119)
Who's Arpaio's Danny Zuko.
Dan (00:38:02.960)
Now car salesman, is a guest here that we were leading up to. I'm telling, you Alex does such an elaborate and super long introduction.
Jordan (00:38:12.000)
Is it Mike Zullo at least on screen watching the whole, to the whole introduction looking awkwardly and uncomfortable?
Dan (00:38:17.000)
No, because Jerome Corsi is.
Jordan (00:38:21.000)
Oh good. Thank God. If somebody's not looking uncomfortable while Alex Jones is introducing somebody, I get real bummed out.
Dan (00:38:26.000)
I'm not joking at all. Jerome Corsi is hanging out. Because he has
Jordan (00:38:31.000)
Just in the corner, kind of pacing back and forth.
Dan (00:38:34.000)
He has hooked things up between Mike Zullo and Alex to do an interview.
Jordan (00:38:38.510)
Right, blind date style.
Dan (00:38:40.019)
So he, he is there as like a third wheel. Anyway. Okay, so
Jordan (00:38:43.699)
Blind date style.
Dan (00:38:44.820)
At this point, Alex drops a little bit of information that shows that he doesn't have any actual information about this situation that he's going to be discussing.
Alex Jones (00:38:55.000)
So let's recap what happened yesterday. Let's recap what happened yesterday.
Jordan (00:38:59.059)
Please do.
Alex Jones (00:38:59.590)
And recap that, to give them credit, Newsmax and Larry Klayman, who has been at the center of this, I'm gonna have Klayman on as soon as possible. They're the ones that got the documents, and then they were able to interface them with Arpaio, that show all this but then they've got to report on the whistleblower himself. It's like another Snowden, he was a contractor. I need that info. I had it last night. I need it. If you don't know where it is, just go to yesterday's interview with Zullo he talks about it the first few minutes. I need it bad, baby I need it uber bad.
Dan (00:39:29.000)
He knows. uber bad. He doesn't know what to talk about unless this information is sitting right in front of him because he doesn't know the situation.
Jordan (00:39:36.670)
Of course not.
Dan (00:39:37.420)
He only knows if he's reading off some piece of paper but meanwhile he yells about he's teleprompter free. He doesn't know the story. He only knows if his staff is feeding him information.
Jordan (00:39:47.000)
Let's recap what happened yesterday.
Dan (00:39:49.000)
He, Alex, had published a list of people's phone numbers and addresses. okay. That was allegedly from this Montgomery, this Dennis Montgomery guy.
Jordan (00:39:58.000)
Well, let's recap what happened yesterday.
Dan (00:40:00.199)
I just did.
Jordan (00:40:00.789)
Oh, well let's recap what happened yesterday.
Dan (00:40:04.000)
He posted that. oh okay. And he thinks it's evidence that Trump is being spied on and that...
Jordan (00:40:09.440)
Because Joe Arpaio is spied on.
Dan (00:40:11.280)
--and and that within this massive group of documents that Dennis Montgomery has revealed, but he hasn't revealed,
Jordan (00:40:17.989)
The new Snowden.
Dan (00:40:18.920)
Yeah, the he hasn't revealed any of this documents.
Jordan (00:40:21.920)
Nedward Snowden.
Dan (00:40:22.869)
All that proves that James Comey is a fucking liar. right. All of this
Jordan (00:40:27.110)
James Comey is a fucking liar.
Dan (00:40:28.889)
All of this is going on and Trump is being fucking railroaded.
Jordan (00:40:32.570)
It's good.
Dan (00:40:33.159)
Yeah. So this
Jordan (00:40:34.000)
I wish he was on a railroad where somebody was twisting their pencil thin mustache. But this time no Dudley Do-Right is coming.
Dan (00:40:44.000)
Once again, I want to use this next clip to just establish that Alex is specifically talking about Trump stuff and Arpaio stuff as being the exact same thing.
Jordan (00:40:56.329)
What about butt stuff?
Dan (00:40:58.119)
Butt stuff is in the mix.
Jordan (00:41:00.000)
I think the, it's in play?
Dan (00:41:01.750)
It's in play.
Alex Jones (00:41:02.000)
The second part of the series that Dr. Corsi put up today, published to Infowars dot com. NSA document proof surveillance of Donald Trump and his family. Bombshell discovery shows targets of NSA Project Dragnet. Here's a Larry Klayman article, that's the guy that founded Judicial Watch and Newsmax. Nunez must ask FBI, that's the House Intelligence Committee yet again, must ask FBI's Comey about Montgomery, mass surveillance case. And that's the case, given to Arpaio, that the Feds haven't denied. With the 47 hard drives, over 60 million pages of information, much bigger than Snowden,
Dan (00:41:39.000)
Cucking out Snowden.
Jordan (00:41:41.000)
But that doesn't necessarily, like, yeah, he's got a mountain of empty...
Dan (00:41:47.440)
Hard drives?
Jordan (00:41:48.480)
--three by five floppies. He's got a mountain of em, more than Snowden has ever even seen.
Dan (00:41:56.000)
They claim it's actually 600 million documents. Alex under sold it as 60 million.
Jordan (00:42:00.679)
600 million documents?
Dan (00:42:01.929)
The issue is that no one really knows what's on them, or if they're even real.
Jordan (00:42:06.500)
How could you?
Dan (00:42:07.289)
It would be impossible to process any of that information at this point. Even with a couple years lead time, you couldn't process 600 million documents. Now, there's a couple issues.
Jordan (00:42:18.000)
Well, I mean, if McDonald's can sell 99 billion. Yeah, I think we can do it in about 10 years.
Dan (00:42:26.000)
So Alex is proof that all of this is real? yes. Is that his phone number and his old phone number is in this database, along with Donald Trump's phone numbers, which again, we have suspicions whether he actually knows or not. So...
Jordan (00:42:40.539)
Does not know.
Dan (00:42:41.469)
--here's a clip of him providing literally the only evidence he gives at any point that this stuff is true.
Alex Jones (00:42:48.000)
The Super Snowden leaks show Obama spied on Trump, Alex Jones, Sheriff Arpaio, it's all there. How sensational! Drudge, the biggest news site in the world, rated, the second biggest website in the world period, has had this linked since yesterday at four o'clock. Guys, search engine Alex Jones, click Google or search engine NSA, whatever. As of showtime, I've seen nothing on this. I've never seen that, total blackout. They don't know how to respond. Let me tell ya. These phone numbers, these private phone numbers, to his private apartment at Mar a Lago and all that. These are the numbers. My old cell phone number nobody had. That's real. My old private office, that's real. All these numbers? Real. This is real. They already know that. That's why they're so scared. They're running around saying to the whole world, Trump's insane, no one ever surveilled you.
Dan (00:43:47.000)
So I mean, like the fact
Jordan (00:43:48.400)
How, why would you have an office phone number that nobody could know?
Dan (00:43:52.369)
I don't know.
Jordan (00:43:53.150)
Shouldn't you like
Dan (00:43:54.219)
It's dumb.
Jordan (00:43:54.809)
Why would you even have an office phone? If nobody's supposed to know your office phone number,
Dan (00:44:00.000)
You, I mean, you hit the nail right on the head. A lot of this stuff is conceivably public information.
Jordan (00:44:05.159)
It's definitely public information.
Dan (00:44:06.940)
But even Alex Jones cell phone number, I guarantee I could find it.
Jordan (00:44:10.309)
He probably gave it on air at one point.
Dan (00:44:12.349)
I guarantee that if I had a tiny bit of hacking ability, I could find his phone number. You can find anybody's private information really easily based on all of the places that you would have dropped it
Jordan (00:44:22.400)
He probably put it on fucking Facebook!
Dan (00:44:24.130)
If you ever went to college, all that information is really easily accessible, like a bunch of your your addresses, your
Jordan (00:44:29.000)
We do know he only ever went to community college, which, I'm assuming he's changed his cell phone since then.
Dan (00:44:34.780)
Well, right. But I mean, a lot of a lot of these
Jordan (00:44:37.309)
They have his community college cell phone number?
Dan (00:44:40.000)
Sure. That could be what he's saying.
Jordan (00:44:42.070)
I got it! It's real.
Dan (00:44:42.559)
I don't think cell phones were around back then. But be that as it may, but what I'm saying is a lot of these things, you end up filing information places and a lot of your private information is much more accessible than people think. I've seen tons of news reports about this. Where just mid level basic hacking individuals, let's say, not even the most evolved hackers, are able to find tons and tons of private information about people, and not illegally, they're just able to find it.
Jordan (00:45:11.000)
You can get fucking courtesy calls on your cell phone now. yeah. They're just selling your number. Like if you've ever gotten a call on your cell phone polling you, that's because somebody sold your fucking number. yeah. You can easily, yeah.
Dan (00:45:25.000)
All that information is super easy to find. So the fact that he's using it as proof of an NSA CIA database is cockamamie. It's ludicrous.
Jordan (00:45:32.309)
It could have just been, fucking, AT&T.
Dan (00:45:34.429)
Yeah, absolutely. And I mean if we really want to get down to the like the bottom of it, I'm I'm against that. I don't like the idea that people are selling information. But that's a whole other thing to unpack. That's not what Alex is talking about. Anyway,
Jordan (00:45:48.000)
It was unpacked uh, yesterday, I believe it. It's now legal to sell all of your information.
Dan (00:45:52.000)
So here we go.
Jordan (00:45:53.179)
They signed it into law.
Dan (00:45:55.090)
Here we go. Alex is again reinforcing his own sort of narrative, but doing it incredibly poorly. Because again, this is what he says in terms of like, we have the proof.
Alex Jones (00:46:08.000)
We have all the headlines. Wiretap data, we can show it to you all day long.
Dan (00:46:13.000)
You can show us headlines all day long but that doesn't matter.
Jordan (00:46:15.000)
Edit it in so right before he says that you say the exact, don't say we have all the proof and then he says we have all the headlines. You have to say we have all the headlines. Then he says it. It's perfect Yeah, it's perfect. You look like a fucking genius.
Dan (00:46:29.000)
So anyway, here we go. We're gonna get into the actual Zullo interview now. Zullo is going to lay out a story that unfortunately, as he tells the story, you start to get the picture that he actually doesn't have shit. It's it's really unfortunate. And the the title that I gave this clip is, they don't know what to do with the information.
Mike Zullo (00:46:52.000)
You know, to put it in a nutshell to to address the question you just asked. We really don't know what is going on. We know that we made every endeavor to bring Mr. Montgomery, his information to federal authorities. Like I said earlier, we contacted Larry Klayman for his assistance. And under the direction of Sheriff Arpaio, we brought Mr. Montgomery to judge Royce Lamberth, we used to be the head of the FISA Court, Judge Lamberth was the FISA judge that authorized the bin Laden wiretaps in his living room at three o'clock in the morning. And we got him there. The dilemma was, for all involved, is where do we go with this? Mr. Montgomery, during his tenure as a contractor, the FBI, and this is in court documents, had illegally executed a search warrant on his home with fabricated affidavits to a judge. And that was all bared out in a trial.
Dan (00:47:46.219)
I can find no evidence of that.
Mike Zullo (00:47:48.199)
He did not, for obvious reasons, trust the FBI or want to work with the FBI. That posed a problem for us. Because the only other place we could have gone to at that time would have been the Department of Justice. And I believe at that time, it was still Eric Holder. That was a problem.
Dan (00:48:06.000)
So here's why it's a problem for them.
Jordan (00:48:08.869)
Because it's not a thing?
Dan (00:48:10.780)
No.
Jordan (00:48:11.070)
Okay.
Dan (00:48:11.510)
Allegedly, all of this 600 million documents is confidential information. So they can't, they can't just go to a lawyer.
Jordan (00:48:20.360)
Yeah, they're illegally holding it.
Dan (00:48:22.940)
Yeah, he stole all this allegedly...
Jordan (00:48:25.369)
Of course!
Dan (00:48:26.030)
--from the NSA. So
Jordan (00:48:27.000)
It is, it is a problem to take it to the Department of Justice when Holder is willing to prosecute you.
Dan (00:48:33.000)
But also this guy, Mike Zullo, in the next interview that we're going to be dealing with, is this guy who keeps coming up, Larry Klayman. The two of them can't know anything about what's on those documents.
Jordan (00:48:47.340)
And if they do,
Dan (00:48:47.969)
They've committed a crime.
Jordan (00:48:49.079)
That's bad.
Dan (00:48:49.690)
So if they admit that they know anything on it, they have on air, committed a crime.
Jordan (00:48:54.000)
That. Is. A pickle.
Dan (00:48:55.719)
That's really tough. So essentially
Jordan (00:48:59.170)
That is a fine line to walk.
Dan (00:49:01.000)
All of these dudes have to, and I believe them. I don't necessarily think that they're, they're lying. They haven't looked at any of it.
Dan (00:49:10.809)
Or they have.
Dan (00:49:11.739)
All, no. I think all they're going on is what Dennis Montgomery has told them. He's seen the documents, they are telling Alex what Dennis Montgomery has told them they say.
Jordan (00:49:24.000)
So we're playing a big game of telephone here, that's what's happening.
Dan (00:49:28.000)
Well, it's back to Johnson, that CIA operative who Alex had on the other day, who had like third hand knowledge of stuff.
Jordan (00:49:36.000)
Yeah, he's got friends who knows sources who are right next to the guy.
Dan (00:49:41.000)
--see in the video he's talking about, that, where Michelle Obama says the word honky. Or whitie. Whitie.
Jordan (00:49:45.000)
Again, really wish that were true.
Dan (00:49:47.179)
Again, this is
Jordan (00:49:48.010)
I would watch that on repeat.
Dan (00:49:49.690)
This is third hand
Jordan (00:49:50.679)
--of Michelle Obama saying whitie.
Dan (00:49:52.099)
Third hand reporting.
Jordan (00:49:53.000)
Yes.
Dan (00:49:53.710)
Third hand.
Jordan (00:49:55.420)
Uh huh. Thorough.
Dan (00:49:57.000)
And that's
Jordan (00:49:57.650)
That's why they call it thorough-ed hand.
Dan (00:50:00.000)
That's a problem for them because they can't make an argument. All they can do is speculate about what possibly is in this information, based on what Dennis Montgomery has told them.
Jordan (00:50:12.000)
So they're doing everything Alex Jones loves to do.
Dan (00:50:16.000)
Now Dennis Montgomery, as we've already established, his investigation to try and help Joe Arpaio, was called junk by Joe Arpaio himself. yeah. So that's one piece. Can't wait to fucking drop the hammer on this Dennis Montgomery.
Jordan (00:50:29.929)
Let's do it.
Dan (00:50:30.719)
I'm not doing it now.
Jordan (00:50:32.000)
Jesus Christ!
Dan (00:50:32.789)
We need to, we need to let it build.
Jordan (00:50:34.809)
This is the worst hand job I've ever received.
Dan (00:50:37.000)
You let it build. So at this point, Zullo is going to explain what happened. They took the information to the FBI. I'll let him spell it out.
Mike Zullo (00:50:46.000)
Larry Klayman was successful in persuading Mr. Montgomery to talk to the FBI, which he did. My understanding, you'll have to clarify this with Larry, is Mr. Montgomery brought in a sampling of some documentation that the FBI vetted. In return they contacted him and gave him what is known as production immunity.
Dan (00:51:11.000)
Again, this is based on Larry or excuse me,
Jordan (00:51:14.000)
On what Dennis Montgomery told them. yeah. They wouldn't have done that though if he stolen those documents.
Dan (00:51:20.000)
He stole 47 hard drives and 600 million documents?
Jordan (00:51:23.000)
Yeah, you remember how Edward Snowden isn't allowed to be in the country anymore? Like they just won't do it? Because then they'll like, goodbye forever Edward Snowden!
Dan (00:51:31.000)
So Dennis Montgomery instead, La la la, walks into FBI. He shows them tthese documents,
Jordan (00:51:37.000)
Check out your documents, guys.
Dan (00:51:39.000)
They let him leave. And then he just has been living his life. Oh, I also want to make this clear. Dennis Montgomery at this point in 2017 is like 65 years old. okay. So he's an old dude. He's not some spry. Edward Snowden's sexy. He's young. And like, it's a fun whistleblower image.
Jordan (00:51:56.000)
Nobody's, nobody's writing Citizen 64.
Dan (00:52:04.000)
No, not at all. Nothing against him for being old. But it's like, you get in your head this idea because Snowden keeps coming up that he's like, some able bodied young man. Yes. He's old as shit.
Jordan (00:52:15.000)
Yeah. You know, hackers usually aren't a 70 year old dude.
Dan (00:52:19.449)
But I do believe that he actually
Jordan (00:52:22.010)
Using dial up CDs.
Dan (00:52:23.000)
I mean, we can talk all the shit we want. But I do believe that this guy actually does have some hacking ability. But that's only because Occam's razor tells me he has to, in order to fraudulently create the documents that have been sent to Infowars. And I'll spell that out a little bit later as we go along.
Jordan (00:52:41.000)
So he's, he knows enough to forge bullshit. yes. Gotcha.
Dan (00:52:45.000)
Let's talk a little bit more about the FBI situation.
Mike Zullo (00:52:49.000)
And he brought in, I believe it was like 600 million records.
Jordan (00:52:52.489)
Whuhoh.
Mike Zullo (00:52:52.820)
He provided them that information. Some time goes by. And they call him back. And they you know, gave him testimonial immunity.
Alex Jones (00:53:00.000)
That's right. It's reported. 47 Hard drives, 60 million pages of information. I mean, this is just unbelievable. This is way bigger than anything WikiLeaks or Snowden ever had. And now we're checking the data. It's all real. There's no way this guy had this. These are real databases.
Dan (00:53:15.000)
No, not necessarily. So I mean, you know, again, it comes back to like, a lot of that stuff is fairly easy to find.
Jordan (00:53:23.449)
Google.
Dan (00:53:23.969)
Some of it could be Googled, some of it could just be
Jordan (00:53:26.000)
So we know Montgomery can Google.
Dan (00:53:30.000)
Which is impressive for 65.
Jordan (00:53:31.610)
That is not bad.
Dan (00:53:32.590)
Not bad at all. yeah. I know a lot of people who are in their 50s who have no idea. They're like, can I Bing it? No, you can't Bing.
Jordan (00:53:40.000)
You can't Bing classified documents. Only Google has that. Everybody knows this.
Dan (00:53:45.000)
So at this point, Zullo gets into another part that actually sounds like it might have some legs.
Jordan (00:53:52.000)
Okay. Is he ever going to not be the most boring person to listen to?
Dan (00:53:57.000)
Uh no, because Jerome Corsi is still around.
Jordan (00:53:59.360)
Oh, that's true.
Dan (00:54:00.280)
And David Knight.
Jordan (00:54:00.639)
Good point.
Dan (00:54:00.880)
So, so he's gonna get into this and it sounds scary, but don't worry about it. I'll be right back on the other side of this to explain.
Mike Zullo (00:54:08.000)
--let us find out
Alex Jones (00:54:10.000)
--different info randomly that he obviously you know, can't just go and guess what you're gonna spot check. And what do you find?
Mike Zullo (00:54:16.000)
The personal information on a lot of the 151,000 people was absolutely correct. Although none of them can identify the bank accounts that were alleged to be theirs, that gets to be very interesting. Because those bank accounts, it is suspected, that they are actually fraudulent transactions. Every one of those bank accounts had accounts in it with high speculative real estate, gas and oil stock plays,
Alex Jones (00:54:42.000)
So we're talking about a lot of derivatives, speculative things being done in other people's names.
Mike Zullo (00:54:46.000)
Correct.
Jordan (00:54:46.710)
Alex doesn't know what that is.
Dan (00:54:49.260)
No, and I mean,
Jordan (00:54:50.559)
Derivative, derivative, speculative things. things. What does he think those are?
Dan (00:54:57.000)
Uh, sugar futures? I don't know.
Jordan (00:55:00.000)
Oh, like from Trading Places. yeah. The orange futures. Yeah, gotcha. Gotcha.
Dan (00:55:04.000)
So that is actually a really unfortunate, that they use those specifics, because I can trace back exactly what they're talking about.
Jordan (00:55:12.750)
Uh oh, papa Dan.
Dan (00:55:14.510)
Found a little bit of an article from the the News Association in Phoenix that was covering the trial of Arpaio. right. And so plaintiffs lawyers presented some evidence suggesting that the informant, Dennis Montgomery, was investigating Snow, who was the lawyer who was, I'm sorry, not the lawyer, the judge in Joe Arpaio's racial discrimination case. okay. So they found some evidence that indicated that Montgomery, Dennis Montgomery, was being employed by Joe Arpaio to investigate the judge, which would be very illegal.
Jordan (00:55:49.000)
That's really illegal. yes. That that fits with our judge Arpaio knowledge.
Dan (00:55:55.000)
Who has actively tried to jail opponents, people who speak out against him, who has caused and millions of dollars of lawsuits to be filed because of his dictator-ish behavior.
Jordan (00:56:05.000)
He's like every sheriff in any movie from the South, during the Reconstruction Era.
Dan (00:56:13.000)
40's era movies. yeah. So Arpaio insisted he hadn't encouraged Montgomery to investigate the judge. Instead,
Jordan (00:56:21.309)
He would never do that.
Dan (00:56:23.090)
Instead, Arpaio insisted the informant was investigating bank fraud, and the judge was one of 150,000 alleged victims in Maricopa County. Now that 150,000 is important, because that's 1000 off from the number that this guy just referenced as the NSA CIA database that allegedly includes Donald Trump and Alex Jones. Do they live in Maricopa County?
Jordan (00:56:49.000)
Uhhh, no.
Dan (00:56:50.000)
So it seems like it's a decent possibility that that
Jordan (00:56:54.000)
They're repurposing bullshit information to different bullshit information. right. Wow, that's, well, we should recycle. I think that's a very important thing. Climate change is coming. So if you're going to invent bullshit, you don't want to just keep on throwing your old bullshit away,
Dan (00:57:11.369)
Use it to grow mushrooms.
Jordan (00:57:12.909)
Exactly.
Dan (00:57:13.460)
So Arpaio had
Jordan (00:57:14.269)
It's great fertilizer for lies.
Dan (00:57:16.000)
Arpaio and Montgomery had this bank fraud thing that was cover for him investigating this judge that was trying to pass racial profiling case against him. right. Well, and the judge is not actually invested in striking him down. He's hearing the case. The prosecutors are more the issue, but he's investigating this judge trying to get leverage over him and what have you.
Jordan (00:57:41.000)
But that fits with that that fits with the kind of paranoid personality that we're dealing with. Because he doesn't believe that it is never, he always believes it's one guy. It's one guy with all of this power because he's a guy with all of this dumb power. So he can't believe there's any kind of system that will eventually tear him down. nope. In the same way that you know, Trump is a dictator who can't understand that laws, he can't understand that laws are real.
Dan (00:58:09.000)
So this part gets a little bit fun here. After the April hearing, Judge Snow ordered that the sheriff's office turn over documents relating to Montgomery's investigation. These documents include timelines and flowcharts, seeming to allege conversations and collusion between Judge Snow, the DOJ, and the law firm of Covington and Burlington, which represents the plaintiffs in the case.
Jordan (00:58:31.000)
And factories for coats. Coat factories.
Dan (00:58:36.000)
On Friday, plaintiff's lawyer Stanley Young questioned Arpaio repeatedly about Montgomery and presented some evidence to try and show Arpaio knew that Montgomery was looking into Judge Snow and was personally interested in that probe. Both Arpaio and his chief deputy Jerry Sheridan, testified in this round of hearings they didn't ask Montgomery to make those documents. Sheridan had testified earlier in the hearing that he told the detective and Sergeant working with Montgomery not to pursue the investigations against Judge Snow. This article goes on to explain that, I want to find the exact part because it's fucking hilarious. Arpaio got a fax. Young, who was employed by Covington and Burlington, showed Arpaio
Jordan (00:59:20.000)
That's a great children's book. Arpaio got a fax.
Dan (00:59:25.000)
So this judge, this lawyer,
Jordan (00:59:26.610)
If you give Arpaio a fax,
Dan (00:59:26.610)
This lawyer, Young, who's employed by Covington and Burlington, showed Arpaio had received a fax from Montgomery in November 2013, with an early version of a timeline showing events in the Department of Justice's racial profiling case and the racial profiling case in Judge Snow's court, as well as information about alleged wiretaps against the sheriff. On the back of the facts, Arpaio used a typewriter to make some typo riddled notes.
Jordan (00:59:51.000)
What world are we, what decade, is a fax in 2013? He uses a typewriter, are we traveling through time right now?
Dan (01:00:00.000)
It's insane. He added handwritten notes about possible connections
Jordan (01:00:05.000)
He type writ and hand wrote on the same fucking back of a fax?
Dan (01:00:10.000)
He hand wrote notes about...
Jordan (01:00:11.320)
At least he's not wasting paper.
Dan (01:00:12.780)
--about possible connections between judge Snow and the law firm of Covington and Burlington.
Jordan (01:00:17.000)
He also drew a picture of a dinosaur.
Dan (01:00:19.000)
He wrote a, he drew his hand and turned it into a turkey. These notes mentioned that former Arizona senator John Kyl worked with the law firm Covington and Burling. There is no mention. There's also mentioned that Judge Snow's wife worked there as well, which is not true. The notes read Snow's, Snow confirmed by US Senate. Kyl on Judiciary Committee on June 26 2008. Obama takes office January 2009. Judge born 1959. It's all crazy nonsense. Handwritten, scrawled on the back of this.
Jordan (01:00:52.679)
He's doing numerology.
Dan (01:00:54.199)
Yes, he's he's desperately trying to
Jordan (01:00:56.000)
Yeah, he's just making up and you add those numbers together and it's 6-6-6, whoa!
Dan (01:01:03.000)
All of it is desperately grasping at straws. And clearly Montgomery was not working on a bank fraud case. He, that was cover that he used. A handwritten note also noted, quote, Willcox's husband in the 150,000. That's the people that were allegedly being targeted,
Jordan (01:01:23.000)
As well as the number of Jehovah's Witnesses who are going to make it into heaven.
Dan (01:01:27.000)
Wilcox referred to former Maricopa County Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox's husband, Earl. Arpaio said it was a reference to him
Jordan (01:01:34.000)
Can we just talk about how those are the whitest names in a row you just
Dan (01:01:38.000)
Earl and Mary Rose Wilcox? Yeah. Arpaio said it was a reference to him being among the 150,000 victims of bank fraud. That note quote, totally floored Earl Wilcox, who was seated in the courtroom and saw his own name in the document when it was displayed on a monitor in the gallery. The Willcoxes are vocal opponents of the sheriff, the Sheriff's Office had tried to criminally indict Mary Rose Wilcox, and she won a civil suit against the county for the baseless charges. So you get a sense of what's going on here.
Jordan (01:02:08.000)
Arpaio is acting illegally all the time?
Dan (01:02:12.000)
All the time.
Jordan (01:02:13.050)
Super all the time. Yeah.
Dan (01:02:15.000)
All the time. yeah. And Montgomery was a confidential informant in quotes, who was actually doing pretty illegal investigations on his behalf. yeah. So that's the sort of, that's the flavor we've got right now. I promise you, this is going to develop and it's going to be a rose petal blossoming.
Jordan (01:02:37.000)
I would prefer a bloomin onion, from TGI Fridays, but if you want to do a rose petal, that's fine. If you want to be poetic, that's fine. But I'm an American. Okay?
Dan (01:02:48.000)
At this point, the alleged 151,000 eople who include Donald Trump, Alex Jones, Alex Jones's old office and what have you,
Jordan (01:02:55.000)
His private office number, his old cell phone number, his mom's birthday, his son's Bar Mitzvah. yes. His great grandmother's, she's a slave. I don't know. Anyways.
Dan (01:03:07.000)
That exact same database that's being alleged now was used years ago in this court case as alleged information of all people who live in Maricopa County, who are being victims of bank fraud, in order to cover for an investigation into a federal judge. So that's what's going on. Alex can't, eh, it's possible he doesn't know that.
Jordan (01:03:29.000)
He does not know any of that. All of those words you just said are more words than Alex Jones can understand.
Dan (01:03:34.710)
Right. But again
Jordan (01:03:35.570)
You should have boiled that down into a headline and then maybe Alex Jones could understand.
Dan (01:03:41.000)
Headline: Alex Jones, full of shit.
Jordan (01:03:43.000)
There you go. Alex Jones understands that, you just, you just, okay, here's what you did. All righty? You built a case. yeah. You then gathered evidence for that case.
Dan (01:03:54.000)
I researched pretty heavily.
Jordan (01:03:56.000)
You put a lot of work and time and effort into, all of that points to only one possible conclusion, that you can then establish is reality.
Dan (01:04:06.699)
And I can establish it even further.
Jordan (01:04:09.519)
Now. Where do you think in that line, Alex Jones would stop?
Dan (01:04:14.179)
He wouldn't. He'd just
Jordan (01:04:15.940)
The part where you said, here's what we're gonna do.
Dan (01:04:20.000)
You know, where he would stop? As soon as any like indication that he's not totally right. He'd just go lalala lalala plug up his ears. yeah,. Of course not,
Jordan (01:04:28.000)
There's no way he understood what you were talking about.
Dan (01:04:29.000)
So here's this next clip. It's Mike Zullo again, and getting into how they don't actually know anything
Jordan (01:04:35.139)
So I'm gonna, I'm gonna come down right now on the side of Alex is being duped because he's an idiot.
Dan (01:04:41.000)
I think that it's possible. I think that, that there's pretty strong indicate, well, here's the problem. Later,
Jordan (01:04:47.000)
There are so many problems.
Dan (01:04:49.000)
Well later he's going to talk about how great a guy Joe Arpaio is. And he talks to him and stuff like that.
Jordan (01:04:54.800)
He talks to Joe Arpaio.
Dan (01:04:56.079)
Yeah, so I believe that there is a vested interest in Alex defending him. So I don't know if he's, if he's being duped he's super willing to be duped.
Jordan (01:05:04.000)
Yeah but we've, we've established so many times that Alex Jones is always super willing to be duped and
Dan (01:05:10.400)
No that's true.
Jordan (01:05:11.329)
--he is a star fucker. right. So Joe Arpaio has a certain amount of fame for being a...
Dan (01:05:16.670)
He's America's Sheriff.
Jordan (01:05:18.110)
--monster. A truly horrific, nightmarish pile of garbage human being. yeah. But he's famous. So Alex Jones wants to suck up to him. right. In the same way that he wants to suck up to the fucking Nuge. yeah. And that's what this is. So he's willing to go
Dan (01:05:32.000)
Alleged Nazi Jesse James.
Jordan (01:05:35.000)
Yeah. As well as alleged Nazi Sandra Bullock.
Dan (01:05:38.000)
Since we've got a lot of, hey now! We got a lot of ground to cover. So I'm gonna skip this next clip, because it's, again, we talked about it earlier. It's basically just Zullo repeating in different language that they don't really actually know what's going on. They don't know what the documents say. They, they can't.
Jordan (01:05:55.000)
It's Zullo in Zulu, is what you're saying.
Dan (01:05:59.000)
So here is here. This next clip is Mike Zullo, explaining some of Dennis Montgomery's pedigree and where he comes from, which is actually evidence of my argument that he is able to discover people's private information through techniques he's able to employ on his own.
Jordan (01:06:16.000)
Right, as opposed to Batman who just kind of hangs out in the bushes.
Dan (01:06:19.679)
Right.
Alex Jones (01:06:20.000)
But what did he tell you he was doing or did he not want to incriminate himself?
Mike Zullo (01:06:24.000)
Well, I don't want to go into too much of what he said.
Alex Jones (01:06:27.000)
You said it was similar though, a contractor like Snowden.
Mike Zullo (01:06:30.000)
Actually, Mr. Montgomery, and this is public. Mr. Montgomery was a contractor who developed the hacking software that could penetrate firewalls of computers, breach them, take over as the administrator, and remain undetected for about an hour and a half, and download whatever they want.
Jordan (01:06:52.000)
For an hour and a half?
Dan (01:06:53.559)
That's the timeframe.
Jordan (01:06:55.000)
That's from, that's like...
Dan (01:06:56.199)
From a movie.
Jordan (01:06:56.769)
--keep them on the line for 20 seconds. Otherwise, we won't get his exact location. exactly. Yeah, that's bullshit.
Dan (01:07:02.199)
We can mask them for an hour and a half.
Jordan (01:07:04.110)
Why would you build something that only lasts for an hour and a half?
Dan (01:07:08.000)
Well, because it's a lie.
Jordan (01:07:09.000)
It is a lie.
Dan (01:07:10.000)
It's 100% a lie.
Jordan (01:07:11.000)
I think it might be a lie.
Dan (01:07:12.000)
It's a lie. But I do believe that he has some hacking skills. Now. I have done some research and figured out exactly what Dennis Montgomery was doing when he had government contracts.
Jordan (01:07:23.000)
The subtitle of this episode is, Dan has done some research.
Dan (01:07:27.000)
So. I told you about Dennis Montgomery. He in 2000, or in 1998 he founded that company called eTrepid Technologies.
Jordan (01:07:34.000)
Oh, would you call him D. Montgomery Burns? sure. Thank you. Thank you.
Dan (01:07:38.000)
We're gonna burn him. So like I said, it started out as like a casino tool.
Jordan (01:07:44.000)
You know, we didn't start the fire, though. Anyways.
Dan (01:07:48.000)
It's always been burning. Eventually, after they started by targeting the casino industry, they started to branch out and try and get government contracts. right. In 2003 or there abouts, right around then, Dennis claimed that he had developed software that would analyze barcodes that appeared on Al Jazeera, and he used these decoded information that he gleaned from these barcodes to predict impending terrorist attacks. This is what he developed.
Jordan (01:08:12.000)
So he's a, he's a study, student of the Kabbalah Is that what you're saying right there?
Dan (01:08:17.000)
No, Al Jazeera is a news network and they have barcodes
Jordan (01:08:20.000)
Barcodes and he's he's just, he's, so so he's saying that they're planning terrorist attacks through the barcodes on Al Jazeera.
Dan (01:08:30.000)
Yes. And he has developed a software that will allow us to predict terrorist attacks.
Jordan (01:08:34.000)
That is so needlessly complicated.
Dan (01:08:36.520)
It kind of makes sense. No, it doesn't, but
Jordan (01:08:41.000)
No, send a letter. On a horse.
Dan (01:08:41.000)
At that point, a gentleman named Tom Ridge was Homeland Security Director of the United States,. okay. And he was convinced enough about this software and that it was legit, that he used information gleaned from the software to raise the terror alert multiple times. He went so far as to evacuate public buildings and call for flights to be grounded based on interpretations of barcodes on Al Jazeera through Dennis Montgomery's software.
Jordan (01:09:10.000)
That's not real.
Dan (01:09:11.039)
It is.
Jordan (01:09:11.449)
Don't tell me that's real.
Dan (01:09:13.000)
It's very real.
Jordan (01:09:14.000)
Tell me we don't live in a dumb enough world to believe that shit.
Dan (01:09:17.550)
It's so real.
Jordan (01:09:18.690)
That's legit like you know Is it is it Kabbalah where it's like they they put certain letters of each page of the Bible that correspond to certain versus.
Dan (01:09:26.850)
Weird Bible codes stuff? Yeah.
Jordan (01:09:27.850)
Yeah, like that whole thing where they predict the end of the world. That's what that is. That's exactly what that is.
Dan (01:09:34.000)
It's the same sort of logic.
Jordan (01:09:35.390)
It's bullshit.
Dan (01:09:35.880)
Yeah, it's insane.
Jordan (01:09:36.770)
That makes no sense.
Dan (01:09:37.770)
Just because I don't want to ruin where this is gonna go
Jordan (01:09:41.000)
Like, this isn't the wind talkers.
Dan (01:09:43.000)
I don't want to ruin the entire end of this story yet, but a CIA agent who was involved in like, the implementation of this technology and it being brought in...
Jordan (01:09:51.440)
Jack Ryan.
Dan (01:09:51.960)
--he requested anonymity but he was quoted later as talking about the meeting where they learned about this information as being, this is so embarrassing.
Jordan (01:10:00.000)
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah!
Dan (01:10:02.000)
He tried to fight against it but there was no use, it was implemented.
Jordan (01:10:06.039)
That's the saddest thing.
Dan (01:10:07.500)
Hold on. I'll just spell out the rest of the story now because
Jordan (01:10:11.000)
This is why it's so hard to believe in any conspiracy theory. When you find out this shit you're like, there's no way they could have killed JFK. These people might be fucking stupid.
Dan (01:10:21.550)
Such incompetence.
Jordan (01:10:22.590)
Has anybody considered that everybody in the CIA is actually fucking, a moron?
Dan (01:10:27.000)
But it, well not this guy who said it was embarrassing.
Jordan (01:10:30.079)
Not fucking a moron. They are a moron.
Dan (01:10:33.940)
When you have a conclusion that you want to arrive at and someone gives you like...
Jordan (01:10:37.890)
Confirmation bias.
Dan (01:10:38.659)
--a plausible version of your conclusion. Why wouldn't you
Jordan (01:10:41.000)
911 was an inside job.
Dan (01:10:43.000)
Right. So this guy, his software, Dennis Montgomery, his software is implemented, and it's used to make terror predictions.
Jordan (01:10:51.210)
Is it?
Dan (01:10:51.649)
A little bit, hold on.
Jordan (01:10:53.000)
What is it? What does it even look like? Okay, so this is 2003 level software. Right? So he puts it in and this is back when you had to use three by five floppies.
Dan (01:11:02.000)
No, not not in 2003. CDs probably?
Jordan (01:11:06.000)
Okay, CDs. Yeah, that was that was my Encarta period.
Dan (01:11:10.000)
I bet there were flash drives back then too. Rudimentary flash drives.
Jordan (01:11:15.000)
Maybe. Let's go with CDs, right? sure. So we're using, we're using, let's call it windows 2000.
Dan (01:11:22.000)
It was 2003. Windows 2003.
Jordan (01:11:25.000)
Well whatever. Well, it's Montgomery. Let's let's call it windows 95.
Dan (01:11:32.000)
I don't know if it's like MLB The Show. I don't know if there's a new one every year.
Jordan (01:11:37.000)
It's like Madden.
Dan (01:11:38.220)
Build your case.
Jordan (01:11:38.220)
Okay, so we're using base windows, our first GUIs. And this guy puts in the CD that analyzes barcodes on Al Jazeera, right?
Dan (01:11:47.140)
Yeah,.
Jordan (01:11:47.569)
So that means he's what, watching Al Jazeera. He's got screenshots of Al Jazeera. It takes him five minutes to download each picture of Al Jazeera. And you pull up a command prompt and it looks at it, like does one of those like beep beep beep? This software had to have been the exact same level of technology as Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego.
Dan (01:12:12.489)
Without Rockapella.
Jordan (01:12:13.970)
Yeah, exactly. That is, there's no possible way that was even real software. That was a random number generator.
Dan (01:12:22.350)
It's fascinating that
Jordan (01:12:23.710)
That's what he made!
Dan (01:12:25.000)
Well, here's what happened. all right. A little bit down the line, French intelligence and the CIA did a little bit of looking into his software. And they realized that Dennis Montgomery was just making shit up.
Jordan (01:12:37.000)
I knew it!
Dan (01:12:37.590)
Yep. And...
Jordan (01:12:38.029)
I know about computers.
Dan (01:12:40.000)
--not only that, these barcodes on Al Jazeera didn't exist.
Jordan (01:12:43.359)
Where would you put barcodes?
Dan (01:12:45.069)
He just made even that part up about it? So the FBI did
Jordan (01:12:48.000)
Alright. So, this dude is a con man of ridiculous talents.
Dan (01:12:52.000)
The FBI did a counter investigation into Dennis Montgomery and found that he had a quote, long history of fraud. And he had an, he had an. He had an extensive gambling problem with deep debts. A CIA agent, like I said, was quoted as saying that the whole thing was, quote, very embarrassing. His former lawyer who represented him at that time, who actually, his name was Michael J. Flynn, which is weird because that's Mike Flynn's son's name. It's not the same guy as far as I can tell.
Jordan (01:13:23.000)
Well that's also Michael J. Fox's first two names. true. I think we can, I think we can rule out Michael J. Fox.
Dan (01:13:28.350)
It's a lot of coincidences.
Jordan (01:13:29.550)
Although there, he was basically this character in The Secret of My Success, right?
Dan (01:13:34.000)
Think so. Yeah. So his former lawyer described Dennis Montgomery as quote, a con artist and quote, a habitual liar engaged in fraud. That's the guy who defended him.
Jordan (01:13:44.229)
Good for him.
Dan (01:13:45.090)
Yeah, so that's the guy. That's the guy.
Jordan (01:13:48.000)
Somehow, somehow like I thought he was evil before but once you find out he's a con man? Then I just get like, Catch Me If You Can memories in my head. Like I'm rooting for him. I hope he continues to con the authority.
Dan (01:14:02.020)
Boy, I'm not.
Jordan (01:14:02.899)
Why isn't there a movie where every like, there are too many movies where our Secret Service and our CIA's and our intelligence community is competent. When there's so many more stories where they're idiots. right, right. We have more CIA's or CIA people are stupid?
Dan (01:14:20.000)
That diserves our public interest, though. We, while we like to create and maintain the image that everyone's super competent, cuz it keeps us feeling safe,
Jordan (01:14:27.000)
I would feel a lot better if I knew they were stupid.
Dan (01:14:30.000)
Jordan, would you like to hear more about Dennis Montgomery?
Jordan (01:14:34.159)
No!
Dan (01:14:34.359)
One really great
Jordan (01:14:35.590)
Do I have a choice?
Dan (01:14:36.890)
Yes. Yes, you don't. So, in 2006, there was a governor's race. There was gubernatorial race. And in it, Montgomery accused candidate Jim Gibbons, this is in Nevada. He accused Jim Gibbons of bribery. He claimed that his own business, eTrepid Technologies, had given him casino chips and $100,000 in cash in exchange for favors.
Jordan (01:15:00.000)
So wait, he just said that he committed bribery? yep. That was his, that was his like, here's what I did. I'm gonna blow the lid off this thing. I committed a crime!
Dan (01:15:10.000)
You're corrupt and I know it because I was the other end of it. Yeah.
Jordan (01:15:13.000)
That's a bad strategy.
Dan (01:15:14.210)
It's not great.
Jordan (01:15:15.050)
Did he even asked for immunity beforehand, or did he just call the press conference?
Dan (01:15:20.000)
It's unclear. So he claimed, he claimed that they gave him all of this money in exchange for favors, right? So Montgomery claimed that he had emails from Gibbons's private email.
Jordan (01:15:31.000)
Which as we know, Montgomery does not know how to email.
Dan (01:15:35.000)
But that proved that he was, he was not lying about the situation. Gibbons said that the emails were fake and had been created by Montgomery. In court, a computer expert testified that he must challenge the authenticity of the emails. yeah. The court case was thrown out. An 18 month FBI investigation concluded that Gibbons did nothing wrong and cleared him of all charges.
Jordan (01:16:00.000)
18 months.
Dan (01:16:00.399)
18 months. A U.S.
Jordan (01:16:01.039)
See, our intelligence community is actually dumb
Dan (01:16:03.000)
It's thorough though. yeah, sure. A US House Ethics Committee investigated the charges as well and found no wrongdoing. Now, why is this case super important? It shows
Jordan (01:16:14.000)
Because it established that Dennis Montgomery is a liar, an idiot, con man,
Dan (01:16:17.510)
And willing to falsify documents.
Jordan (01:16:19.000)
Super willing.
Dan (01:16:19.000)
There is an indication that was borne out in court that he has fraudulently created documents.
Jordan (01:16:28.000)
And so now we're citing his documents on the Alex Jones Show for different shit.
Dan (01:16:34.000)
Now further, the other case where he created this fake software and was shown to be a hoax, gives, and the FBI investigation showing that he has a history of fraud. All of this shows that he is a complete liar, he has no credibility, and in court has been shown to create false documentation,
Jordan (01:16:48.000)
And he probably committed some crimes.
Dan (01:16:50.000)
Probably, but it
Jordan (01:16:51.000)
No, you commit a crime if you, if you accuse that dude of committing a crime you then say I also committed. Isn't that a crime?
Dan (01:17:02.000)
Sure. But it turns out in court that crime didn't happen. So Montgomery's off the hook for bribery, because he didn't do it.
Jordan (01:17:09.000)
He didn't bribe him. But he he committed fraud or like, libel or?
Dan (01:17:13.000)
He should be in prison for making false statements. But I don't know how he's not.
Jordan (01:17:18.000)
Shouldn't it, no, it's at least perjury, if there was actually a trial, he would have had to testify that and if he had testified that then that would be perjury, he would have perjured himself under oath.
Dan (01:17:28.760)
Maybe he'd have pleaded the Fifth.
Jordan (01:17:29.850)
Unless when he went to trial, he just said he didn't do any of that.
Dan (01:17:33.000)
He could have like made these claims in a, like a court case is initiated. And then he never said anything under oath. He could have done that.
Jordan (01:17:40.000)
Exactly, that's what he had to have done because of course, if he had, then he would have committed a crime and he would be in jail.
Dan (01:17:47.000)
Yeah. So this is the guy who's the root of these allegations. And this fake database that Alex Jones is citing as evidence of himself and Trump being spied upon. right. It's clear at this point, that that is not true. It's absolutely not true.
Jordan (01:18:06.000)
You have kicked more ass on that story than anyone has ever kicked.
Dan (01:18:11.470)
I promise you it's not done.
Jordan (01:18:13.699)
That is, that, that's an exposé that you just did that no one will really ever hear.
Dan (01:18:20.000)
And no one cares. But you know what? The reason they're complaining about how the FBI is making no moves on this stuff and there's a media blackout, but what we're talking about now is why there's a media blackout. Cuz no one gives a shit. This guy has no credibility.
Jordan (01:18:36.000)
Like, what was the, yeah, you just you just kicked it. You just kicked the ass. You kicked all the ass on this story.
Dan (01:18:42.000)
Again, it's not done. We still have to get to Larry Klayman.
Jordan (01:18:45.010)
Yeah, but seriously.
Dan (01:18:46.000)
Listen,
Jordan (01:18:46.659)
This is amazing.
Dan (01:18:48.000)
This next clip is, so we're still in the Zullo interview. And Jerome Corsi, who has been silently a part of this the whole time, butts in to try and vouch for the situation that's going on.
Jordan (01:19:00.699)
Jerome Corsi is kicking in.
Dan (01:19:02.569)
And I want to play this clip. Just as a little, another side argument I want to make right after.
Jerome Corsi (01:19:09.000)
I want to say look, I've worked with Mike now for, since 2011, we worked together...
Alex Jones (01:19:14.449)
We have too.
Jerome Corsi (01:19:14.449)
--and I want to say to, Mike's as honest as they come. He did not want, he does not want to be doing this. I mean, we've been working on this for days and actually a couple of weeks and Mike, it's like, you know, pulling teeth and he has other things to do. He's not even in the sheriff's office anymore.
Dan (01:19:34.000)
He's a used car dealer.
Jerome Corsi (01:19:36.000)
He has a life to lead and a family to take care of. He doesn't need to be doing this. And it takes great courage for him to do it. I'm telling you. Mike speaks the truth. It's carefully put together. He's not going to tell you something and so
Alex Jones (01:19:51.000)
Sure, the audience knows that.
Dan (01:19:52.000)
Here's why I played that clip. He's desperately trying to provide credibility for Mike Zullo. right. But he doesn't realize that if you look at the history of Jerome Corsi, that's a liar vouching for your credibility, which actually hurts you. Because Jerome Corsi, as we've laid out in the past, has written a book about Obama's birth certificate being fake. yes. He was also a member of the Swift Boat Veterans. the swift boating. Yeah. So he is that, so when he comes in and says, This guy is honest, as the day is long, to me, that means, oh, we just both have the same propaganda goals. That's all he's saying. Anyway, we're gonna get to
Jordan (01:20:33.000)
That's him looking and being like, Dude, I love this guy's lies. This guy's lies are so good!
Dan (01:20:38.000)
One more clip of Mike Zullo. Again, spelling out very clearly and very overtly, that he doesn't know anything. There's no information that he has. And in this clip, he even let slip that he can't even confirm that anybody was ever wiretapped, which is kind of unfortunate for the outrageous claims he's trying to make.
Mike Zullo (01:21:00.000)
Well, on Sheriff Arpaio's account of the timeline and I'm going by memory, so I'm not gonna I'm not gonna give you dates. But my understanding is this alleged wiretapping and you have to understand, I have to say, alleged it because we can't verify it. But the alleged wiretapping,
Alex Jones (01:21:16.000)
Just like you see a duck swimming around a pond, but you haven't gotten it for DNA testing, you can't say that's a duck. You know, there's a, it looks like a mallard has a green head, it's got, it's got orange feet. It's eating moss off the bottom, it's swimming around, but we think it's
Jordan (01:21:27.449)
Tell us more about what a duck is like.
Mike Zullo (01:21:29.000)
Correct. And this is when they were pursuing Sheriff Arpaio under a criminal charge. That criminal case was dropped. And at the same time, the individuals that were propelling that case moved over to a private law firm. And then out of the clear blue, a civil proceeding ensued.
Dan (01:21:51.000)
This is talking about Covington and Burling. Again, this is basically what we covered earlier. But
Jordan (01:21:56.680)
Coat factories.
Dan (01:21:57.579)
But also, let's be clear, Alex is trying to say that, like if you don't have DNA testing, you can't prove it's a duck. The expression is, if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, it's a duck. So he's going the other direction with a duck metaphor, which I think is fascinating.
Jordan (01:22:13.529)
I love it.
Dan (01:22:14.149)
But also again,
Jordan (01:22:15.000)
I love his, I love the idea that he walks around with his son in the middle of a forest being like, Hey, that's a deer. Hold on one second, we're gonna need a blood sample.
Dan (01:22:25.000)
Hey, son, fucking prove it. yeah. Prove that's a duck, you son of a bitch.
Jordan (01:22:29.979)
I caught a trout! Fuck you!
Dan (01:22:31.510)
And also it shows that Alex Jones has a higher standard of proof about like, what is a duck, than anything else he talks about on a show? It's like his standard of evidence is glaring. So we're gonna leave Mike Zullo now. That has been his time in the sun, as it were. I don't necessarily have a ton against Mike Zullo except to say that I found evidence in an article.
Jordan (01:22:56.000)
He's part of the Joe Arpaio thing. I hope he gets hit by a truck.
Dan (01:22:59.000)
Sure. That's enough.
Jordan (01:23:00.090)
Done and done.
Dan (01:23:00.899)
From the Phoenix New Times. I did find an article about the case against Arpaio and it's interesting that Mike Zullo was called to testify, and he invoked the Fifth Amendment.
Jordan (01:23:10.800)
What a shocker.
Dan (01:23:11.710)
He pleaded the Fifth against self incrimination in court, which means, I mean, you're not always guilty when you plead the Fifth, but in this case, it does seem to imply. if he wants to go out there publicly and talk about how there's a railroading case being done. It seems to imply if you're if you're in court, you'd want to provide the evidence and go over this. That kind of means that you're afraid of what might come out.
Jordan (01:23:36.000)
I would argue oppositely My advice to anyone who is under any kind of trial, do not say a goddamn word.
Dan (01:23:42.729)
I agree with that.
Jordan (01:23:43.970)
That's my advice. Now. But whether or not he's guilty, he's guilty, and whether or not you should be in jail, he should be. And all of those things. That's fine. But I do think it is smart to not say a goddamn thing to the cops, ladies and gentlemen.
Dan (01:24:00.460)
So now at this point,
Jordan (01:24:01.899)
If there's one thing I can tell you. Don't snitch.
Dan (01:24:05.000)
No snitching. So at this point, we transition our investigation and we go to how Alex ended the week. He had this gentleman who has come up a couple times, Larry Klayman, as a guest on the Friday episode of the show. Meanwhile, throughout the week, he was yelling about this evidence and how it proved everything that he's been saying is correct. this whole time, they have a database that has me and Trump in it. Bla bla bla bla bla bla. So now he has Larry Klayman as a guest, here is the introduction of how he brings him into the show.
Jordan (01:24:34.000)
And the world's greatest claymation artist of the world, Larry The Claaay Maaaaan!
Alex Jones (01:24:43.000)
--expose him for his spying going on against the President and against Congress. It's been in the news for years, the CIA spying on the Senate Intelligence Committee. Now they've come out and Congressman Nunez has said no, I've talked to the experts, and a little bird told me one of the experts might be joining us on air, but I'm gonna leave it at that. Here in just a moment Larry Klayman, legendary Larry Klayman.
Jordan (01:25:03.000)
Yeah but was the bird a duck.
Dan (01:25:04.609)
We can't prove without DNA test.
Jordan (01:25:06.199)
We can't prove what little bird it was.
Dan (01:25:08.000)
But here's where we get into where this is extra murky.
Jordan (01:25:11.449)
Could have been a swan.
Dan (01:25:13.199)
When Devin Nunez presented this new evidence,
Jordan (01:25:17.000)
That he got from Trump.
Dan (01:25:18.050)
No, he didn't.
Jordan (01:25:19.050)
Oh, he didn't?
Dan (01:25:20.000)
He got it from Larry Klayman.
Jordan (01:25:21.750)
Larry Clay Man?
Dan (01:25:22.579)
That's what Alex just said. And in this interview, Larry Klayman says as much.
Jordan (01:25:27.000)
Do we have any evidence that Larry Klayman would have talked to him at all?
Dan (01:25:32.000)
Only based on Larry's word and speculation on this episode, but I do believe it in some ways, because the history does bear out, there is. Look, I can't I can't prove that these liars aren't always lying. But
Jordan (01:25:50.000)
Oh only, if only.
Dan (01:25:52.000)
But based on Larry Klayman's telling of it, he had been trying to get this information to Devin Nunez for quite a while and succeeded recently. So all of this stuff where Trump feels like
Jordan (01:26:03.000)
I sent a fax, I wrote it on the back of that fax...
Dan (01:26:06.390)
On typewriter?
Jordan (01:26:07.199)
--I type wrote a fax, I threw threw a paper airplane in the direction of DC, I have been doing everything I can to get this information to Nunez.
Dan (01:26:17.000)
Again, that's Montgomery not Klayman.
Jordan (01:26:20.000)
Yes, but we as we can establish those are the only forms of communication that Alex Jones and his ilk respect.
Dan (01:26:26.000)
One thing that's important to lay out here is that Larry Klayman is Dennis Montgomery's lawyer now. The former lawyer called him a con artist habitually engaged in fraud. Now Larry Klayman is his lawyer. The two of them met through Joe Arpaio, when Joe Arpaio was being represented by Larry Klayman and Dennis Montgomery was the confidential informant.
Jordan (01:26:51.000)
So we're having a wonderful romantic comedy right now. This is the meet cute.
Dan (01:26:55.460)
Yeah, absolutely.
Jordan (01:26:56.440)
This is what this is, they meet each other right next to a water fountain. Accidentally bump into each other. Turns into a love triangle.
Dan (01:27:05.000)
We take a slight break from all of this information that we've been laying out. In Larry Klayman's introduction, Alex Jones realizes that you got to pay the bills.
Alex Jones (01:27:15.000)
Now we've got Larry Klayman on who's just so many victories against the globalists, won the big case against the NSA to help expose what was going on years ago. The only case out there we've had a victory. So we're gonna be talking to him in just a moment. First off, we're listener supported, if you don't buy the products, first off, you're crazy. We have the best high quality toothpaste back in, organic fluoride free with colloidal silver and the iodine, the tea tree and peppermint all of it. Super blue, my dad, a dentist, Oral Surgeon, made and manufactured, the biggest manufacturer in the country who, the name, it's somebody of Maine's we can't contractually tell who's our private labeling, but this is has iodine colloidal silver added to it.
Dan (01:27:55.000)
So right there. I think you might have just breached his contract. I mean, it's that's not that's not fair to Tom's of Maine. The contract says you can't say who made it. exactly. He just did.
Jordan (01:28:08.000)
We're not contractually allowed to say that it was Tom's of Maine who made Oh, shit.
Dan (01:28:12.000)
Oops, oops, I fucked up there. So I mean, I don't know.
Jordan (01:28:15.159)
I mean Maine's of Tom.
Dan (01:28:16.210)
I've not reviewed their contract. So I certainly don't know.
Jordan (01:28:20.000)
I'm sure it's online.
Dan (01:28:22.000)
So here we go. Alex Jones, now gets into the full on bio of Larry Klayman. And I'll be back in a moment.
Alex Jones (01:28:31.000)
So Larry Klayman joins us, went over his whole bio, it would take too long. But everybody knows who Larry Klayman is.
Dan (01:28:39.000)
No one knows who Larry Klayman is.
Jordan (01:28:41.460)
He is a duck.
Dan (01:28:42.039)
No one knows who Larry Klayman is and he doesn't go over his bio. So I will. Would you like to know. Would you like to know some fun facts about Larry Klayman?
Jordan (01:28:53.670)
Yeah, sure.
Dan (01:28:54.500)
Following Klayman's behavior in 1992 trial in California Federal Court, Judge William Keller barred Klayman from his courtroom for life. Hold on.
Jordan (01:29:04.000)
Is it, is it a Chucky Cheese?!
Dan (01:29:07.000)
Hold on. Five years later, in a separate case in New York, Klayman's behavior led then District Judge Dennis Chin, or I'm sorry, Denny Chin, to issue a lifetime ban on the attorney practicing law before him.
Jordan (01:29:19.000)
Well, Denny Chin sounds like he's in the mafia though.
Dan (01:29:22.000)
Two judges...
Jordan (01:29:22.590)
Hey, it's Denny Chin! He's ovah here!
Dan (01:29:24.000)
--two federal judges have barred him from practicing law in front of them for life. Klayman has written about his dealings with
Jordan (01:29:32.000)
Can you even do that?
Dan (01:29:33.100)
Yeah.
Jordan (01:29:33.399)
Is that a thing you can just do?
Dan (01:29:34.859)
You can.
Jordan (01:29:35.250)
You can just be, if you're a judge, you can just be like, Nope!
Dan (01:29:38.000)
It's essentially
Jordan (01:29:38.829)
Never again!
Dan (01:29:39.340)
It's essentially an extreme version of holding someone in contempt. You can, absolutely.
Jordan (01:29:43.000)
Do you at least get to say he's out of order first.
Dan (01:29:49.000)
Of course, and bang the gavel?
Jordan (01:29:50.890)
You have to, yeah. Oh.
Dan (01:29:52.069)
So Klayman has written about his dealings with Keller and Chin claiming that Keller acted quote, erratic, and was quote, obviously drunk at the bench. I don't believe you. I don't belive you.
Jordan (01:30:01.000)
That's the best way.
Dan (01:30:04.000)
In 2007, Klayman received a $25,000 retainer from a Daytona Beach woman facing criminal charges. And she accused him of not providing legal services in return. The Florida Bar Association mediated the matter and Klayman agreed to pay off a small portion within 90 days. But after that deadline
Jordan (01:30:21.270)
Did he pay off that 90 days?
Dan (01:30:22.779)
After that deadline passed, and he didn't pay, he was reprimanded by the association.
Jordan (01:30:27.130)
That was it?
Dan (01:30:27.789)
Yep.
Jordan (01:30:28.000)
They were just like, hey, hey, stop it!
Dan (01:30:32.149)
Dude! Bro!
Jordan (01:30:32.149)
No, you don't have to pay her but come on.
Dan (01:30:36.000)
He has filed at least 18 lawsuits against the Clintons, ranging from accusations of racketeering, to a bunch of shit about Benghazi. okay. In the wake of the 2016 shooting of a Dallas police officer, er it was multiple police officers. Excuse me. yes. Klayman filed a lawsuit against Obama, former US Attorney General Eric Holder. good. The Nation of Islam's leader Louis Farrakhan, Al Sharpton, and some founders of Black Lives Matter movement, alleging they had quote, incited a race war that led to the shooting. Klayman amended the complaint to include Dallas police officer who was shot as the plaintiff. And Hillary Clinton and George Soros as defendants.
Jordan (01:31:13.000)
Funnily enough, I mean, this is super weird, but I'm reading off your screen. Former San Antonio Spurs star Tim Duncan. I don't know how he got in there. But he is part of the conspiracy.
Dan (01:31:23.000)
I think Klayman just wanted to meet him. Wanted an autograph yeah. It's implied that case was dismissed.
Jordan (01:31:29.119)
Oh, it was? Who would have guessed.
Dan (01:31:29.750)
I'm gonna list off a lot of cases. Yeah. And all of them have been dismissed. Yeah. So
Jordan (01:31:35.210)
Can you just keep doing that?
Dan (01:31:37.069)
Yeah, apparently.
Jordan (01:31:38.199)
Like nobody's gonna stop you?
Dan (01:31:40.029)
Apparently. It takes a lot to get disbarred.
Jordan (01:31:43.000)
What is he, what is it, what it even is being a lawyer if you can just do that? Is anybody paying him for this?
Dan (01:31:50.000)
Also, James Carville. The ragin Cajun.
Jordan (01:31:52.289)
All right.
Dan (01:31:52.989)
Called him like a jackass.
Jordan (01:31:54.569)
Well, yeah. Somebody had to.
Dan (01:31:56.440)
In 1998, Klayman sued his mother for $50,000...
Jordan (01:31:59.159)
Did he win?
Dan (01:31:59.859)
--seeking reimbursement for medical care provided to his maternal grandmother. After Klayman's brother told Newsweek magazine of the lawsuit, Klayman alleged that the Clinton White House was responsible for the magazine acquiring the information. Nope. It was your brother,
Jordan (01:32:16.000)
That that's a stretch. That's a stretch. He's, so,
Dan (01:32:19.300)
He was unsuccessful.
Jordan (01:32:20.659)
So he's just an insane person.
Dan (01:32:23.000)
Yeah. In October 2014, Klayman sued the Obama administration, claiming it secretly allowed the Ebola virus to enter the United States...
Jordan (01:32:30.840)
Now that one I believe.
Dan (01:32:32.180)
--so it could be used against Americans...
Jordan (01:32:34.600)
Totally true.
Dan (01:32:35.369)
--of the, quote, Caucasian race and Jewish Christian religion.
Jordan (01:32:39.000)
Can't imagine any any other possible explanation, I think he's right on with that one.
Dan (01:32:43.000)
2010, he sued to try and block the quote, Ground Zero Mosque. He was involved in that.
Jordan (01:32:48.710)
Love those lies.
Dan (01:32:49.890)
In February 2015, Klayman filed a defamation suit on behalf of Dennis Montgomery, who
Jordan (01:32:56.000)
So is he just like a divorce lawyer. What does he do during the day?
Dan (01:32:59.000)
I think he's a media whore.
Jordan (01:33:01.000)
Yeah, well, yeah, but I mean, he's got to have a
Dan (01:33:03.550)
Like he's a legit lawyer.
Jordan (01:33:04.899)
Yeah, I know. But like, what does he do?
Dan (01:33:07.000)
He's probably a sleazy lawyer who I don't know, who knows. Listen,
Jordan (01:33:11.000)
Does he, does, is he an ambulance chaser? Is he like, Okay, I'm gonna sue Obama. But right after I get you this settlement on your car crash, listen, show up in a cast.
Dan (01:33:19.000)
I mean, probably I wouldn't be surprised if he's a Better Call Saul type guy.
Jordan (01:33:23.000)
Yeah, I bet he's pretty great at it, too. He's an inveterate liar. And he's super good at that.
Dan (01:33:26.000)
So here's where he dovetails a little bit with Dennis Montgomery. He filed a defamation lawsuit on behalf of Dennis Montgomery against James Risen, the author of a book called Pay Any Price: Greed, Power, and the Endless War. The lawsuit alleges that Risen falsely described Montgomery as quote, The maestro behind what many current and former US officials believe was the most elaborate and dangerous hoaxes in American history. This is that software we discussed earlier, that alleged to be able to predict terrorist attacks that was based on nothing. So
Jordan (01:33:56.000)
That's such a solid bullshitting.
Dan (01:33:58.069)
But Dennis Montgomery
Jordan (01:33:59.190)
How do you? How do you get to be that good of a con man that you can just make that shit up?
Dan (01:34:04.859)
I don't know.
Jordan (01:34:05.710)
Just like, here's it, and it couldn't have even looked like, like, that's the thing about computers and
Dan (01:34:12.000)
I don't, I don't think he would have possibly been able to show that software to anybody.
Jordan (01:34:16.000)
He wrote a fake, he wrote a fake software thing, but because people don't have that computer savvy, they're willing to be taken in by it. yep. Like they're just like, oh. This is why we can't have old people in power anymore. They don't even like, we can't do it. nope. We get like, they, we, they don't even live in the world we live in anymore right?
Dan (01:34:36.680)
They're unaware.
Jordan (01:34:37.630)
Like the DNC hacking was not some sort of complicated movie hacking, it was Podesta clicked on a fucking link yep. Like that's all it was, like there's no real hacking going on like what people think it is. It's just these guys are idiots.
Dan (01:34:52.000)
The hack itself was the least sophisticated part of it. The bot farms and stuff like that is far more complicated.
Jordan (01:34:56.000)
That's amazing. yeah. That's that's really good stuff. But again, all of this stuff exists because the people that we have in power are old and out of touch and pointless.
Dan (01:35:06.000)
Sure.. Let me get through Larry Klayman's bio here, because Alex refuses to get through the bio.
Jordan (01:35:09.579)
We're still, we're still there?
Dan (01:35:10.550)
There's more.
Jordan (01:35:11.000)
Well, you know what, Alex was right in saying that he did not have time to get through that bio.
Dan (01:35:16.000)
We do. yeah. So Klayman, on behalf of Dennis Montgomery, files this lawsuit of defamation. yeah. In 2016, in July, a federal court dismissed that lawsuit. right. It was appealed, as I understand and that appeal was denied.
Jordan (01:35:35.000)
That's that's kind of like, I believe Marine LePen, the French Prime Ministerial candidate,
Dan (01:35:41.909)
The fascist lawsuit?
Jordan (01:35:43.479)
Yeah. She is legally a fascist. According to the law, you can and will call her a fascist. That's a great lawsuit.
Dan (01:35:53.000)
There's two sides of that lawsuit. One part of it is that she is legally a fascist. yes. But then the other side of it is that one of the judges findings was that it you can't consider it defamation when you're in a political sphere. Like just describing someone's political beliefs isn't defamation if there is credibility to it.
Jordan (01:36:15.000)
All I want to hear is that in a court of law, she is a fascist.
Dan (01:36:19.000)
Larry Klayman filed at least three lawsuits claiming that Obama was not eligible to be President because his birth certificate was fake. okay. He tried to defend Cliven Bundy as his lawyer. As we all know, Cliven Bundy is a crazy person.
Jordan (01:36:34.000)
Yeah. As is Larry Klayman. As is Montgomery.
Dan (01:36:37.000)
He tried to be Cliven Bundys lawyer, but the judge ruled that he, Klayman, had been dishonest about his history of being censured and disciplined by past courts. And he had no clearance or standing to assign himself as someone else's lawyer. So he was
Jordan (01:36:55.000)
So one, that means Cliven Bundy did not want his help at all.
Dan (01:36:58.780)
Probably not.
Jordan (01:36:59.630)
And two, I would actually go the opposite direction, where the judge is like, Jesus man, you said you have been censured more than you actually have. Why are you claiming to have been censured by 20 judges? It was just a couple.
Dan (01:37:13.000)
I'm a victim.
Jordan (01:37:13.869)
Yeah, exactly.
Dan (01:37:14.800)
On October 13 2013, during the US government shutdown, Klayman declared at a conservative rally in Washington, DC that quote, this President is not a president of We the People. He's a president of his people. Whoops.
Jordan (01:37:28.000)
OThat's probably racially charged.
Dan (01:37:32.000)
Very racist. He urged the crowd to begin a quote, second American nonviolent revolution, and demanded that President Obama quote, put the Qur'an down and figuratively come out with his hands up. Weeks later
Jordan (01:37:48.000)
We put the Qur'an down and get some chicken in you, Jesus Christ, you need to eat!
Dan (01:37:53.000)
Weeks later, Klayman sponsored a quote, reclaim America rally, in Lafayette Square across from the White House calling for the President's removal. Klayman stated that if Obama did
Jordan (01:38:03.000)
When was the first American nonviolent revolution?
Dan (01:38:05.860)
I can't think of one.
Jordan (01:38:07.030)
I think, I think we've had a lot more of the of the, of the non nonviolent revolutions.
Dan (01:38:12.000)
Klayman stated that if Obama did not resign, conservative activists would meet to establish a quote, Shadow Government. Whoops, bad use of terms. Considering that now all they talk about is how there's a shadow government. He's threatening to create one.
Jordan (01:38:27.000)
Yeah.
Dan (01:38:27.260)
Anyway.
Jordan (01:38:27.610)
I would like to see him try. I want to get invited to those meetings.
Dan (01:38:31.000)
Klayman had encouraged quote, millions to occupy Washington, DC, but reported attendance to his rally was between 130 and 200 people. Not great. Also. They're going to talk about this. And Alex already referenced it a little bit. He won a court case about
Jordan (01:38:50.000)
So we're talking about his win. We're not talking about his many and varied and magnificent losses. yes. We're going to talk about his win. yes. Okay good.
Dan (01:38:57.000)
He had a court case called Klayman versus Obama, where he was trying to contest the legality of bulk collection of phone and internet metadata.
Jordan (01:39:07.000)
Good. That's a good one.
Dan (01:39:08.000)
We can agree that a lot of that shit is dubious, like a lot of that stuff is pretty,..
Jordan (01:39:14.020)
A lot of is illegal.
Dan (01:39:15.460)
--it's pretty fucked up.
Jordan (01:39:17.000)
A lot of it is horrifying, and a police state and so on and so forth.
Dan (01:39:20.000)
So he brought this case in front of a judge. right. And the judge
Jordan (01:39:24.000)
The judge did not laugh at him.
Dan (01:39:26.050)
Here comes the judge.
Jordan (01:39:26.510)
Did the judge not fucking Google him? This is why we can't have old people. If you're a judge, and you google this fucking guy. Wouldn't you just be like, No, go, go, go, go go. So and then you would you would be, the judge would have a broom and just like shoo him out of the courtroom, right?
Dan (01:39:45.489)
Like it's the Apollo?
Jordan (01:39:46.579)
That's what you should do.
Dan (01:39:48.000)
It was in 2013, and US Federal Judge Richard J. Leon. He ruled that bulk collection of American telephone metadata likely violates the Constitution. agreed. He had insanely legitimate concerns about how this program could violate people's Fourth Amendment rights against unreasonable search and seizure.
Jordan (01:40:11.000)
And it does and it should be stopped. right. And it was, well, yeah, publicly it was stopped.
Dan (01:40:17.000)
Right. And that actually comes into the ruling. yeah. Because it was ended before this.
Jordan (01:40:23.280)
Way before that.
Dan (01:40:24.510)
But so he rules in favor of Klayman, and the guy whose last name is Strange, which is kind of fun. They were the two defendants, or plaintiffs. I can't remember. Who cares.
Jordan (01:40:35.000)
And the original trial was held in the astral plane. yes. Yeah. That makes sense.
Dan (01:40:39.000)
So they brought this case. And the judge agreed with the arguments, that metadata collection violates the Fourth Amendment. But what he did in his ruling was to say, I suspend my judgment for six months to allow the government to appeal, because the government is going to appeal this. yeah. So in his ruling, he said that he made an injunction that any metadata collection regarding Strange or Klayman had to stop, and every bit of information that had been collected about them had to be destroyed. yeah. He stayed his ruling for six months, allowing for appeal.
Jordan (01:41:15.000)
So what he means is that during that six months, they can still collect their metadata. no. Or during that same, if he's suspending his ruling, that means nothing has to change for the next six months.
Dan (01:41:28.000)
If the government doesn't respond, then the ruling stands. exactly. Well, the government did respond, and they
Jordan (01:41:35.130)
What a shocker.
Dan (01:41:36.149)
And basically, the appeals court found that because the program had been ended, they didn't have a responsibility to rule on the legality of the Fourth Amendment claims. yes. Secondarily, they found that there's no evidence that could be provided that Klayman or Strange actually were spied on at all, or had their metadata collected, and therefore they had no standing in court to bring this case.
Jordan (01:42:02.000)
So even though the government did collect bulk metadata, because they couldn't prove their metadata was collected...
Dan (01:42:08.460)
Yes.
Jordan (01:42:08.610)
--they're kicked out. Because they can't represent the entirety of the American people.
Dan (01:42:14.000)
Part of their argument was that they are Verizon customers, and that the government had admitted that they collected Verizon metadata. Yeah, but the thing is,
Jordan (01:42:23.130)
So, most likely, their metadata was collected.
Dan (01:42:25.670)
Hold on, the government admitted that they collected business data through Verizon, like Verizon business customers, not individual, you and I, cell phone owners. They collected things through a different part of Verizon's business. Now, I admit this is dubious.
Jordan (01:42:40.760)
Yeah, I don't like that. I don't like that defense at all.
Dan (01:42:44.130)
I think it's sketchy as fuck. yeah. But I do think that based on the law, and based on like, I'm telling you, I read these court decisions.
Jordan (01:42:52.100)
Yeah I know, because you're a lunatic.
Dan (01:42:54.300)
And I don't think that they, the decisions were wrong. I think the appeals court was right. He didn't have the standing. But at the same time, the conclusion is correct. That metadata collection is an unreasonable search and seizure. yes. So he was right.
Jordan (01:43:09.000)
And they've probably stopped it. Wink, wink.
Dan (01:43:11.000)
Well I think I think it has, in a lot of ways.
Jordan (01:43:14.000)
Yeah, I don't know.
Dan (01:43:15.500)
Who cares.
Jordan (01:43:16.090)
I just don't trust, yeah, I just don't trust him.
Dan (01:43:19.000)
Based on all the information we can find, it has stopped. yes. Based on what we're afraid is actually the truth, it hasn't. yeah. So anyway, Larry Klayman is right on that count. He had the right idea. He was wrong about everything else. yep. His claims that he beat the NSA in a court case is wrong. He had a case where they agreed with him or they were inclined to agree with him, suspend a judgment and then an appeals court shot it down. Anyway. Let's get into it. Let's enjoy this.
Jordan (01:43:49.000)
You're so tired. You're exhausting yourself.
Dan (01:43:50.989)
I'm spent.
Jordan (01:43:51.440)
This is the most work I think any human being has ever done.
Dan (01:43:54.000)
Yeah, here's where this next clip is where Larry Klayman
Jordan (01:43:58.000)
I love sitting on this side of the table.
Dan (01:44:03.000)
This clip, Larry Klayman tries to do a little bit of a dance, or he has to be sure that he has not seen any of the information. He's this guy's lawyer, but he hasn't seen any of it. okay.
Alex Jones (01:44:13.000)
We, on Sunday, via some other folks that work with us, published some things that have been out there in federal court, showing that Trump was being surveilled. Klayman is separate from that, he's not involved in that, he was involved though, getting that CIA whistleblower, basically to come forward. And so he's been trying in the system for a long time to do this. He's also the guy again that has won a Supreme Court case in court. So he's separate from that from a different angle. Newsmax dot com, he also has had his articles and things published there.
Dan (01:44:40.000)
I apologize. That was Alex trying not to implicate himself and Larry...
Jordan (01:44:46.119)
Gotcha. Gotcha.
Dan (01:44:47.409)
--in the dance. So you're right. I am exhausted. It's been a long weekend. yeah. So here here is Larry breaking down what he sees as Montgomery's case. yes.
Alex Jones (01:45:00.000)
I've kind of prefaced things, correct where I'm wrong, whatever, just let's get into the meat and potatoes on a classified case you're involved in, that's dangerous to get into, that really is a Rosetta stone or a skeleton key to so much.
Larry Klayman (01:45:13.000)
Yes, this is important because Dennis Montgomery is really kind of the successor to Mr. Binney, who just had one and I take my hat off to Mr. Binney as well actually represented him for a while going back, as a whistleblower.
Dan (01:45:27.000)
He had Binney, the technical head of the NSA. oh, okay, I gotcha. As we know, he spouted a bunch of bullshit. And also also on this episode, he had as a guest, some guy whose nickname is Tonto Sparonto.
Jordan (01:45:41.000)
I don't like any of those words you just said.
Dan (01:45:44.000)
He was the guy who survived the Benghazi attack, and...
Jordan (01:45:47.250)
Tonto Sparonto.
Dan (01:45:48.190)
He's the hero of Benghazi. And he was he was he, you know what he came off as fairly reasonable, but also pretty aggressive. And at the end of the interview, he said, like, hey, you know, what, if people are afraid, like if they want to arrest George Soros, and they're afraid, I'll do it. I'll go in. I'll do it. So Alex later uses that as like, he's like, Hey, Tonto Sparanto was on he said, he's ready to arrest George Soros. Like, that's not quite what he said. He just said, if you're afraid and we should arrest him, I'll go in and do it, I'm a Marine, you know. So he's like, he thinks that he should be arrested. He's ready to go do it himself. They're just being held back.
Jordan (01:46:28.000)
Is Tonto Sparonto a real Marine?
Dan (01:46:30.000)
Yeah, he survived Benghazi.
Jordan (01:46:32.000)
Do we know that?
Dan (01:46:33.000)
I don't. No, I do. There's a movie about him. Like he's a real dude.
Jordan (01:46:38.000)
Oh, he's a real dude,...
Dan (01:46:39.000)
I can't remember his
Jordan (01:46:39.979)
--he survived Benghazi...
Dan (01:46:40.930)
I can't remember
Jordan (01:46:42.579)
--and now he's going on Alex Jones's show?
Dan (01:46:44.409)
I can't remember his first name, but he goes by Tonto.
Jordan (01:46:46.829)
Well I'm against it.
Dan (01:46:47.530)
I'll be honest, he seemed like a pretty decent dude, as far as Alex Jones's guests go. But they also
Jordan (01:46:52.000)
Yeah but that's a low, low, low, low bar. He has probably been kicked out of only one court and never allowed to be there again.
Dan (01:46:58.000)
And four Applebee's. So, in this day, he's had Tonto on. He's had William or Richard Binny. William Binny, can't remember his first name. Now he's the technical head of the NSA. That was mostly Muslim baiting stuff. yes. And then now he has Larry Klayman on. So that's who he was referring to.
Jordan (01:47:17.449)
We've had a lot of guests recently.
Dan (01:47:19.829)
He has to, man. He's, he's scrambling.
Jordan (01:47:24.000)
Yeah. Wow. Also you can kind of hear it in his voice. He doesn't have the he doesn't have the fire,
Dan (01:47:26.000)
He's losing it a little bit.
Jordan (01:47:27.460)
He doesn't have the heart.
Dan (01:47:28.819)
I don't know, maybe next week will be different. You know, this this week he started with the, at the end of the week that we're covering right now, which was last week when you're listening. You know, he did his big Pizzagate apology. Maybe that could reinvigorate him a little bit. We'll see. But anyway, here we go back to Klayman.
Larry Klayman (01:47:46.000)
But Dennis Montgomery was an NSA CIA contractor. And he left the NSA and CIA, with 47 hard drives, over 600 million pages of information, much of it classified.
Dan (01:47:59.000)
Again, when the only evidence we can find of him being a contractor at all, is creating that software that analyzes Al Jazeera. yeah. It's questionable whether in that capacity, he would have access at all to 47 hard drives or 600 million documents. If he did have all those things, that's pretty crazy. And he must have been going way outside of his way in order to get those things which, I mean, is massively illegal. But
Jordan (01:48:28.000)
It's all, it's all the bad things.
Dan (01:48:31.000)
It's all the bad things. And so here we go. This next clip is Larry Klayman, coming in much like Mike Zullo. And really trying hard to make sure that people don't think that he's seen the documents.
Larry Klayman (01:48:44.000)
And I felt that we needed to take him to sources in government who could do something that could listen to what he had to say, because much of his classified, I can't see it. And we needed to put it in the right hands. So I went to a federal judge by
Alex Jones (01:48:57.000)
Let's be clear, you had it but you would look at it.
Larry Klayman (01:49:00.000)
I didn't look at it. He had it. He had the 47 hard drives, I never took possession of.
Alex Jones (01:49:05.850)
60 million pages. 600 million.
Jordan (01:49:07.010)
He committed a crime...
Larry Klayman (01:49:07.010)
600 millions pages.
Jordan (01:49:08.440)
--I didn't.
Larry Klayman (01:49:09.289)
And what he told me what was on there was that there was surveillance on the Chief Justice of the United States, other justices, 156 judges, President Trump when he was a businessman, other prominent businessmen, and yours truly.
Jordan (01:49:25.530)
Oprah. Oprah Winfrey.
Dan (01:49:28.000)
So let's, let's take a sec, let's take a second and take a step back. The only time that he could have possibly had access to NSA CIA documents is around the period of 2003. That's the period of time when he was involved and was massively discredited. yeah. He was thrown out with prejudice. yeah. The FBI did a counter investigation on him and found to be a fraud. There's no way you would ever be able to get any sort of clearance after that. no. So in 2003, 20004
Jordan (01:49:56.000)
Unless...
Dan (01:49:56.800)
I'm listening.
Jordan (01:49:58.550)
--that, that Al Jazeera software...
Dan (01:50:02.460)
Did work.
Jordan (01:50:03.920)
--was in fact, a Trojan horse.
Dan (01:50:07.210)
Interesting.
Jordan (01:50:08.340)
Have you considered this? Right? So like a Captain America shield.
Dan (01:50:15.000)
I'm listening.
Jordan (01:50:15.800)
Or the, which is the other one?
Dan (01:50:17.569)
The acronym? The Avengers?
Jordan (01:50:19.000)
No the bad guys. Hydra. Cobra.
Dan (01:50:24.000)
You're talking about GI Joe now.
Jordan (01:50:27.000)
Hydra. okay. From the very beginning, like from the very beginning because the Al Jazeera software was on there, Montgomery has pinpoint accurate information from every level of government because he is actually the guy who originated all of it.
Dan (01:50:46.000)
See, now Occam's razor tells me you're right. Simplest explanation, obviously.
Jordan (01:50:52.039)
Obviously that's the one.
Dan (01:50:54.030)
But the point is he can't possibly have information stolen...
Jordan (01:50:58.659)
Of course not.
Dan (01:50:59.710)
--past that date. In the early 2010s, he's working with Joe Arpaio, and he has this database of Maricopa County residents, that are being victims of bank fraud, which is now being repurposed as people who are being spied on, including Trump, Alex Jones, all this shit.
Jordan (01:51:20.000)
Well, before we even go any further, 600 million sounds so fucking made up. Where do you get 600 million documents? Like genuinely, what? What area of the government, other than maybe that bulk metadata collection system, would have anything close to 600 million anything? And even if it was the bulk metadata, that's not documents. That's just point by point, GPS location and that kind of shit. yeah. So where would you get 600 million documents?
Dan (01:51:51.000)
And it would be, like I said, from 14 years ago.
Jordan (01:51:56.000)
Yeah. And I mean, like, is there even that much information in the fucking Library of Congress?
Dan (01:52:02.210)
Probably not.
Jordan (01:52:03.069)
Like in the, in the archives of all the stuff?
Dan (01:52:06.069)
Yeah. I don't know.
Jordan (01:52:07.159)
600 million is a made up, I mean, he might as well have said one kajillion, I have one kajillion documents.
Dan (01:52:12.020)
Might as well have.
Jordan (01:52:12.920)
Yeah, that's obvious bullshit.
Dan (01:52:14.000)
And again, an important point is that Larry Klayman is coming out as a lawyer, being on Alex Jones's program to discuss this stuff that he only
Jordan (01:52:22.000)
Well for legal reasons, he is coming on as a private citizen.
Dan (01:52:27.000)
But he only has secondary knowledge of, he has no idea what's actually in these documents.
Jordan (01:52:31.750)
Because it's illegal for him to know what's on in the documents.
Dan (01:52:34.920)
Exactly. It's much like Roger Stone saying his doctor said he had polonium poisoning. They can't refute that. It's illegal.
Jordan (01:52:40.000)
Yeah. Yeah. Doctor patient. Yeah.
Dan (01:52:44.000)
It's these same games that are so, it's propaganda games.
Jordan (01:52:47.000)
Even then, right? You got 600 million documents. You're not going to take a look at one? Come on, man.
Dan (01:52:52.690)
I don't know.
Jordan (01:52:53.460)
You gotta take a look at one. I gotta, you gotta get a taste of the coke to make sure that it's real.
Dan (01:52:59.000)
I'd be so scared.
Jordan (01:53:00.069)
Right?
Dan (01:53:00.479)
I'd be, I'd probably run away.
Jordan (01:53:03.000)
You do not, well, yeah, that's why you don't buy my drugs.
Dan (01:53:07.000)
Dennis comes up to me. I scream and run the other direction. I like, I don't want any of these 47 hard drives.
Jordan (01:53:12.000)
As everybody knows, you take your coke pinky nail, you put it into the coke, you make sure that the coke is high quality.
Dan (01:53:21.000)
So at this next clip. yeah. This next clip is Klayman confirming that he did, in fact, discuss things with Devin Nunez.
Larry Klayman (01:53:31.000)
Chairman Nunez last Monday said, come forward with information. And that's what we've done. And we've told them and
Alex Jones (01:53:37.000)
I'm glad you said that because I have from other sources. You're one of six sources that Nunez has, including NSA CIA, you're an outside source that corroborated what he was already being told. He obviously knows all this, but they stonewall the other agencies. But now you have whistleblowers because it's the President. They're lying about him. So they should do this, coming forward. And and and so now Nunez is, is thanks to you and others, able to say this.
Dan (01:53:59.000)
So either all of this is just fantasy world lies and all that or there's a possibility that he did, in fact, talk to Nunez, and that's where he got
Jordan (01:54:08.630)
Which is even more terrifying.
Dan (01:54:10.619)
And that's where he got a lot of this information that has led to this very confusing period in our history where Nunez is acting up and not, certainly not acting as the House Intelligence Committee Chairman should.
Jordan (01:54:24.300)
No, he should be fucking destroyed.
Dan (01:54:26.610)
And if he is acting, in fact, on this information that has its roots in someone who is a complete con man engaged in habitual fraud like Dennis Montgomery,
Jordan (01:54:37.000)
Even Nunez himself came on again and said the document showed no indication of wiretap on Trump Tower. So Nunez himself walked back all of this bullshit.
Dan (01:54:47.000)
I think it's like a zig zag of Nunez being shook because there was that thing that came out the other day about Flynn, the the meetings that he had with the Turkish ambassador, about extraditing this Gulen guy who Turkey, Erdogan wants to be extradited because Erdogan believes that this cleric was responsible for the fake coup.
Jordan (01:55:14.000)
The fake coup attempt, we can't prove that the coup attempt was fake,
Dan (01:55:18.000)
I'm pretty sure.
Jordan (01:55:19.050)
It was totally fake.
Dan (01:55:20.460)
So he wants this guy extradited, and the United States does not believe it'd be appropriate. And Flynn was being paid to help extradite this guy. right. That came out that the meeting between Flynn and the Turkish ambassador was also attended by Devin Nunez. He was also there.
Jordan (01:55:38.989)
Really?
Dan (01:55:39.520)
Yes. So
Jordan (01:55:40.000)
Now with the information...
Dan (01:55:42.069)
He might be complicit.
Jordan (01:55:43.729)
--with that, because now we have information that maybe Flynn has turned state's evidence.
Dan (01:55:50.000)
Yeah, at this point on Sunday, when we're recording this, it's still not sure, anything could come out any day. right. There's indications and sources, anonymous sources are indicating that he might have cut a deal.
Jordan (01:56:01.000)
Which again, I, you know, anonymous sources are anonymous sources.
Dan (01:56:05.079)
Take it with a grain of salt.
Jordan (01:56:06.569)
Fucking Alex Jones has anonymous sources. So that doesn't mean anything. no. But the timeline kind of suggests that maybe this is a possibility.
Dan (01:56:14.000)
Yeah. It's possible. It's not proven. It's not definite.
Jordan (01:56:18.000)
And the hard part to, the only part that's hard to swallow about him turning state's evidence is, if you look at all of this shit, everybody would go down. yeah. So either there's genuinely the entire government gets taken down from top to bottom.
Dan (01:56:32.930)
Not everyone.
Jordan (01:56:33.659)
Not everyone, but like a shit ton of people in power.
Dan (01:56:36.949)
A whole lot of the right.
Jordan (01:56:38.460)
Or it's not as big a deal as we think it is. Or it's somewhere in between.
Dan (01:56:43.000)
It's hard to say I think the truth is probably somewhere in between and but the reality is that like, all that stuff that isn't, we can't prove, we can prove that Nunez was in that meeting with Flynn and the Turkish ambassador. And that doesn't look good.
Jordan (01:56:56.000)
Nunez is in the fucking balls of Trump. That's what it is. Nunez is giving handies with a little bit of prostate stimulation to Trump every possible chance he can.
Dan (01:57:09.000)
And there is that documentation of him disappearing the night before he went to the White House. Apparently meeting with somebody. Like there's a lot of stuff that's real fucked up. yeah. So
Jordan (01:57:18.000)
No, every the entire, the entire American government should be shut down for a while.
Dan (01:57:21.760)
My thought
Jordan (01:57:22.199)
Nobody should be allowed to do anything.
Dan (01:57:24.000)
My thought is that I don't think he was meeting with Larry Klayman that night. But some of that stuff does relate to this.
Jordan (01:57:33.000)
I think he was actually meeting with Larry Flint that night.
Dan (01:57:35.460)
It's possible.
Jordan (01:57:36.050)
It's entirely possible. Is he dead? He's dead.
Dan (01:57:38.000)
I don't know.
Jordan (01:57:39.130)
He's probably dead.
Dan (01:57:40.000)
He's one of those guys who I don't care if he's alive. So I have no idea.
Jordan (01:57:43.000)
He's done good works.
Dan (01:57:45.000)
Great. But what I'm saying is essentially that a lot of this stuff, that Nunez's behavior, while not singularly motivated by this Montgomery information, which we've pretty clearly, I think, on this episode shown to be bullshit. Or at least
Jordan (01:58:02.000)
I don't think I don't think it's possible to be much clearer that it's bullshit.
Dan (01:58:06.000)
But I think that part of his behavior was influenced by Klayman and the Montgomery information. yeah. Also, the conspiracy theory community is aflame. There's a lot of like on the blogs, and on the message boards, there's a ton of stuff about, why aren't people investigating Montgomery? I just did. yeah. Suck it.
Jordan (01:58:26.000)
Well, this is even more, this is kind of even more interesting is that, like, we we denigrate the conspiracy theory blogs, and yet at the same time, it's hard not to look at reality and go, some kind of conspiracy is happening. Or there's been such a confluence of idiots happening all at the same time in this weird coincidence. yeah. And that's, that's almost as likely is anything else. It's just as like, like, like, with the Montgomery thing, right? yeah. Those idiots believe that shit. yeah. Like, it's just as likely what's going on right now is that everybody's just fucking stupid. Or there's a fucking conspiracy pushed by Russia and all this shit.
Dan (01:59:11.000)
I think that you've touched on something important that I've been wanting to bring up for a while. And I'll just deal with sort of slightly. And that is, as we talk about how much of a liar Alex Jones is, and all this stuff is bullshit. I don't want to paint with a broad brush all people who believe in conspiracy theories as the same. They're not. There are a lot of people who are very smart and do real good research. The idea that we would be denigrating the entire conspiracy community by attacking Alex Jones is unfair. And I think that it's easy to make that assumption if we're not clear about it. There's a lot of people who also believe Alex Jones is full of shit, but believe in conspiracies, and God bless them. There's there are those people.
Jordan (01:59:51.710)
Hey, chemtrails gotta chem.
Dan (01:59:53.100)
Sure. But there are there are not stupid, crazy people in that world. Unfortunately, there is a lot of stupid crazy people in that world.
Jordan (02:00:00.000)
And we fall somewhere in between.
Dan (02:00:04.000)
Yes, yes, absolutely. So this next clip is Larry Klayman explaining why this is a matter of immediate importance. This is something that has to be dealt with now or never.
Jordan (02:00:14.000)
Exactly like how we need to finally get to the bottom of Obama's birth certificate, now or never.
Dan (02:00:20.000)
And I will file three court cases about it.
Alex Jones (02:00:23.000)
It's kind of time to go public, you know?
Larry Klayman (02:00:25.000)
Well, yeah. And we want to do it in the right way. By bringing...
Jordan (02:00:29.000)
On your show.
Larry Klayman (02:00:30.470)
--Montgomery in front of people
Alex Jones (02:00:33.000)
But this is bigger than Snowden. This is 600 million. I know why you've been, yeah.
Larry Klayman (02:00:37.000)
Right. Right. Because there's so much there. And here's the reality...
Jordan (02:00:39.840)
My dick's bigger than yours.
Larry Klayman (02:00:41.090)
--is that Montgomery could die, he has a brain aneurysm. He needs to be interviewed immediately.
Alex Jones (02:00:45.000)
For those that don't know, from the arteries, puffing out and bloating time.
Larry Klayman (02:00:49.000)
Put him under oath. He's willing to come forward. He's risked his life here.
Dan (02:00:54.000)
This guy's a hero. He's risked his life he's come forward.
Jordan (02:00:55.000)
You know how a brain aneurysm works, right? Like at any point in time, any of us could just die from a brain aneurysm.
Dan (02:01:02.000)
I'm dead.
Jordan (02:01:03.000)
Yeah, that's a nonsense thing. yeah. It's not like he has cancer that's like, he could die from a lightning strike at any moment. He needs to be interviewed right now.
Dan (02:01:11.000)
But again, it's just trying to create a sense of immediacy about it. It's also trying to create sort of a tragic hero story around this obvious liar.
Jordan (02:01:20.000)
What possible reason could you have to interview him now?
Dan (02:01:24.000)
I'd like to interview him.
Jordan (02:01:25.000)
That's a good point.
Dan (02:01:26.000)
If we could get Dennis Montgomery on this podcast, I'm in.
Jordan (02:01:30.000)
CC him on all of our emails.
Dan (02:01:31.000)
I got a lot of questions. Ton of fucking question. So this next
Jordan (02:01:36.000)
What's your perfect Sunday, Mr. Montgomery?
Dan (02:01:38.000)
That'd be my first question.
Jordan (02:01:39.779)
That would be our first question.
Dan (02:01:41.859)
First date. Bistro or movie? Why did I say bistro?
Jordan (02:01:45.000)
I have no idea. What are you talking about?
Dan (02:01:49.000)
You know what happened? I legitimately think I flashback to like, French classes. I think my brain just like
Jordan (02:01:55.000)
Yeah, are you doing Before Midnight at us? What is happening?
Dan (02:01:57.000)
I love that movie.
Jordan (02:01:58.109)
Of course you do.
Dan (02:01:59.159)
I also love Richard Linklater, which is so confusing that he puts Alex Jones and two of his movies. Anyway, if Richard Linklater is out there, I'd love to talk to you too.
Jordan (02:02:09.000)
We're the next star fuckers,
Dan (02:02:11.000)
I want to talk to you about how interesting Boyhood was, but it wasn't a good movie. Anyway, this next clip, Larry Klayman gets into talking a little bit more about Montgomery himself and brings in the Joe Arpaio situation. So enjoy.
Alex Jones (02:02:26.000)
---but there's no proof, I looked him up. But but just just a minute or two on Montgomery and why this is so important and where we think this database came from.
Larry Klayman (02:02:35.000)
That's right, Dennis. People, I mean, excuse me, Alex, people have tried to destroy his credibility. That's what they've done with President Trump from these agencies. And that's what they...
Jordan (02:02:42.590)
People have not tried, they have done that.
Larry Klayman (02:02:42.850)
--with Montgomery, they had
Dan (02:02:45.329)
So easy.
Jordan (02:02:45.859)
We have successfully done that.
Dan (02:02:47.590)
It's so easy.
Jordan (02:02:48.369)
We didn't even try to destroy his credibility. I mean, you did.
Dan (02:02:50.000)
All it took was like a couple Google searches.
Jordan (02:02:53.250)
Again, Google.
Dan (02:02:54.319)
And just a couple like, just read a couple articles. Like it's not that hard. You find this guy is a massive snake oil salesman...
Jordan (02:03:03.510)
He's a fraud.
Dan (02:03:04.500)
--and if he wasn't being used for propaganda purposes, I agree with you. He would be fun.
Jordan (02:03:10.779)
It would be fun.
Dan (02:03:11.510)
He would be like, is he gonna make it? Is he gonna pull this off?
Jordan (02:03:14.680)
There's there's all there's, yeah, there's always a part of me that's gonna be on the side of the guy trying to fuck with the FBI.
Dan (02:03:21.000)
I think that there also is an archetype of that like, down and out, two time loser, gambling loser kind of guy yes like trying to pull one last score.
Jordan (02:03:29.000)
One big score that's gonna solve all of his problems.
Dan (02:03:33.000)
We're, we're, as our culture, we're all ingrained to pull for that. Like we all want to see the little guy strike out against the system. yeah. And it's unfortunate that this little guy striking out against the system is being used propagandistically to support the system.
Jordan (02:03:49.000)
Yeah, it seems like we all want a Robin Hood and they all wind up being not Robin Hood.
Dan (02:03:54.000)
Well it's Robin Hood who's working for the Sheriff of Nottingham. It turns out. Yeah, that's that's all. Anyway,
Jordan (02:04:00.000)
The murderous, monstrous Sheriff of Nottingham.
Dan (02:04:03.000)
You know what, we got to get back to sheriff's being the most important, anyway. That fucking nonsense, the the sheriff's movement, all that stuff. That's for another day.
Jordan (02:04:11.000)
No, fuck everybody.
Larry Klayman (02:04:13.000)
This reporter, this hack reporter, James Risen of The New York Times...
Jordan (02:04:17.000)
This hack reporter.
Dan (02:04:18.310)
That's the guy who wrote the book about, that involved the fraud that Montgomery pulled. And again, Larry Klayman, as lawyer for Dennis Montgomery, sued this writer, was unsuccessful. The case was thrown out of court. of course. So now he's coming on Alex Jones and saying he's a hack reporter. No, he's not, you failed,
Larry Klayman (02:04:38.000)
--you know, smear him. But that actually confirms that he is the guy that you need to talk to because he knows where the bodies are buried, no pun intended. And
Alex Jones (02:04:46.000)
Sure, when somebody's getting demonized, now days especially, you know they're the good guys.
Jordan (02:04:52.000)
That's not a pun.
Larry Klayman (02:04:52.000)
They are the good guys, and in terms of what happened out in Arizona with Sheriff Arpaio by represented in a in the successful amnesty case that knocked out Obama's immigration order, Arpaio wasn't served well by his lawyers.
Dan (02:05:05.439)
That didn't happen.
Jordan (02:05:06.649)
That didn't happen.
Larry Klayman (02:05:07.800)
--with regard to Dennis Montgomery, he somehow got dragged into that, which is why we're proceeding on a separate track. And I sympathize with Sheriff Arpaio. And he's a great man.
Alex Jones (02:05:18.119)
Yeah I've talked to him, he's staying out of this.
Dan (02:05:19.000)
But Alex Jones there's like, I've talked to him. He's staying out of this. He's not staying
Jordan (02:05:23.000)
If you say Arpaio is a great man, I automatically wish for your death. You lose all credibility.
Jordan (02:05:27.909)
I automatically wish for your death. Yeah, like legit. You do not belong in this world.
Dan (02:05:33.000)
You 100 don't, or you're not at least you're not in touch with your own humanity.
Jordan (02:05:37.000)
You're a sociopath.
Dan (02:05:39.000)
But then Alex being like, I've talked to Arpaio, he's staying out of this.
Jordan (02:05:44.779)
For good reason!
Dan (02:05:45.619)
Arpaio said that Montgomery's investigation was junk.
Jordan (02:05:49.779)
That's a good reason to stay out of it.
Dan (02:05:52.859)
So now I want to bring this back to this Phoenix news article that I was talking about earlier. right. And I want to I want to just play this out. Again, remember Young is the lawyer that's trying the case against Arpaio. According to reports presented in court, in November 2014, two outside experts with expert experience with the NSA, evaluated Montgomery's hard drives for the sheriff's office and concluded that Montgomery was, quote, a complete and total fraud. Young brought this up in court to Arpaio, quote, at least by November 2014, you knew Dennis Montgomery was a fraud? That's the question that young asked. Quote, that was putting it lightly, Arpaio said. That was putting it lightly, Arpaio said.
Jordan (02:06:44.369)
Ha ha ha. Okay. Okay.
Dan (02:06:45.210)
Notice they had been working. They've been working Montgomery for a year at that point, quote, so we decided to stop paying him. Young went on to present email records showing members of Arpaio's team were still in touch with Montgomery for months after that into 2015. Quote, would a law enforcement officer have to be incredibly stupid to continue working with someone known to be a complete and total fraud, Young asked. Arpaio's attorney, John Masterson, objected to the question, which Judge Snow sustained.
Jordan (02:07:21.000)
How can you sustain that?
Dan (02:07:22.810)
I mean, it's leading.
Jordan (02:07:23.720)
Okay. Technically that is leading. yeah. Technically, that would be conjecture. yeah. However. Now, I'm gonna go with yes, the answer is yes.
Dan (02:07:34.000)
As humans? It's a fair question. In court, it's dubious.
Jordan (02:07:37.000)
Probably not. Probably not.
Dan (02:07:39.000)
So. After court, Masterson accused Young of insulting the sheriff. Young reminded Arpaio that Judge Snow had asked him in April whether Montgomery had investigated Judge Snow. And Arpaio never brought up the timelines, which again, were the faxes with the weird typewriting on the back, or other documents Montgomery had made that included Judge Snow. Quote, I never thought of that timeline when he asked me the question, Arpaio said. Quote, do you regret not telling him those things in April, Young asked. Quote, in retrospect, maybe I should have brought it up but it never came to my mind at that time. Arpaio said. This is. yeah. So.
Jordan (02:08:21.060)
Fuck yoooooou.
Dan (02:08:21.710)
So the idea that Arpaio staying out of it is really not really relevant. He's admitted in court that this guy is a complete and total fraud. yeah. But also admitted that he kept working with him or his department. kept working with him after he was shown...
Jordan (02:08:38.859)
Well he's a genius.
Dan (02:08:40.050)
--after NSA investigators evaluated his hard drives as a fraud.
Jordan (02:08:44.000)
Now this is again, this is like the Marine LePen fascist situation, you should be allowed to prove in court that Arpaio is an idiot. I think it is a legal imperative.
Dan (02:08:55.000)
The only reason I disagree is it's irrelevant. Like that,
Jordan (02:08:58.729)
I don't think it's irrelevant.
Dan (02:09:00.529)
If you were to bring a court case specifically designed to prove that he's an idiot, then it's relevant, but because it's a contempt of court case, it's, it's irrelevant to the matter at hand. So that's why the court has to dismiss...
Jordan (02:09:15.470)
True, true.
Dan (02:09:16.029)
--are you an idiot. Which I still love that the attorney
Jordan (02:09:18.000)
Although in the eventual death penalty trial that Arpaio should be under...
Dan (02:09:22.470)
Jesus.
Jordan (02:09:22.880)
--you probably shouldn't prove that he's an idiot unless you're in Texas, in which case you can still execute them. yeah.
Dan (02:09:29.899)
So at this point, Klayman
Jordan (02:09:31.340)
Once again guys, you should execute Joe Arpaio.
Dan (02:09:34.000)
I don't think he doesn't deserve it. I'd like to see a court trial though.
Jordan (02:09:38.000)
Oh man, he should be executed.
Dan (02:09:40.000)
I don't want any violence to happen to him except for sanctioned because of his action.
Jordan (02:09:44.000)
Don't believe in the death penalty, believe that he should be executed.
Dan (02:09:47.000)
Again. I want to be clear that me and Jordan know a ton more than is on this podcast, and please look into Joe Arpaio's history. yeah. It sounds like we're being severe based on what we talked about in this podcast?
Jordan (02:10:00.300)
Not not even close.
Dan (02:10:01.479)
Real talk? We had to edit some stuff out.
Jordan (02:10:04.000)
I nearly cried. I'm not joking. I'm not joking.
Dan (02:10:08.199)
And almost fainted.
Jordan (02:10:09.470)
We had to pause, I had to go outside and walk around.
Dan (02:10:13.069)
Just based on how bad a dude this is.
Jordan (02:10:15.600)
And he didn't even get halfway through that shit!
Dan (02:10:18.940)
So please look into that. Again, Arpaio's a monster. But, we have to get back to the matter at hand, which is this interview with Larry Klayman, where he insists that all his shit is credible. yeah. And then beyond that, he goes to lay the blame for what, like the Trump spying, and all this shit, on people who are no longer in office. The current predicament is the fault of people who have not been involved for quite a while,
Jordan (02:10:47.000)
Ah, shadow government
Alex Jones (02:10:49.000)
That's what I, when I was talking to Corsi, he talked to the White House and so did I. They all know it's real, we're like get Montgomery in or make a press conference. And then they're just, we'll check, and I don't know what's going on. But I don't know why that hasn't happened.
Larry Klayman (02:11:02.000)
Well, don't trust the intelligence agencies to give you the truth because as Mr. Binney just said, they lie. Okay.
Jordan (02:11:08.000)
I agree with that.
Dan (02:11:09.000)
I want to be clear, generally, I agree
Jordan (02:11:10.000)
Yeah, that's it. That's a generally true statement.
Dan (02:11:13.000)
A lot of times you got to take things that intelligence agencies say with a grain of salt.
Jordan (02:11:16.550)
If somebody says anonymous sources within the government, you should probably be aware that there is a reason those anonymous sources are sharing that information, generally not to share the truth.
Dan (02:11:26.000)
Sometimes it's manipulative. Sometimes it is people protecting their confidentiality. So I mean, like, it goes both ways. Sometimes it is legit, sometimes it's not.
Jordan (02:11:35.000)
But you should definitely know in advance that there's a very, you know, I'd say 70-30 manipulative.
Dan (02:11:41.000)
The message I think that is most important is that intelligence communities do lie to people a lot of the time, but sometimes they don't.
Jordan (02:11:50.640)
I mean, it's technically their job.
Dan (02:11:53.090)
You should look for evidence. yeah. You should look for truth, as opposed to believing or disbelieving what things are said to you. right. I mean they just take take things as they come to you. Look for facts. Have a knowledge fight. I've realized legitimately. Legitimately.
Jordan (02:12:11.000)
That was the smoothest you've ever been.
Dan (02:12:15.000)
Legitimately, it's the wine. We're drinking Storyteller wine so
Jordan (02:12:17.109)
We are drinking Storyteller. You're right.
Dan (02:12:18.659)
Legitimately, I'm getting to the point where I'm realizing that if I ever want this to take off, I'm gonna have to start mimicking some of Alex Jones's behaviors. So I'm going to start with, look for the facts, you dumb fucks. But meanwhile, our listeners are really awesome. And they're really cool. yeah. I don't think that you guys are idiots. Maybe a couple.
Jordan (02:12:39.220)
Oh. Jesus! What's wrong with you?!
Dan (02:12:42.000)
I'm just assuming we have like,
Jordan (02:12:44.279)
Just like statistically? What are you trying to do?
Dan (02:12:46.000)
The people that I've communicated with seem really awesome. But I gotta assume there's some dumb dumbs in there.
Jordan (02:12:51.000)
What are you doing right now?
Dan (02:12:53.039)
This is the wine.
Jordan (02:12:54.260)
Guys, guys, we've had a we've had a rough podcast from time to time.
Dan (02:12:58.949)
I have just
Jordan (02:12:59.760)
Learned more about Joe Arpaio, and you'll understand where we're coming from.
Dan (02:13:05.000)
I've just blamed the wine for me being smooth. And for me lashing out hypothetical listeners.
Jordan (02:13:10.000)
This is why we don't record on Wednesdays. Wednesdays is Dan's therapy day.
Dan (02:13:15.000)
Yeah. Anyway, here we go, back, back to this where he blames like, Clapper and what have you.
Jordan (02:13:19.180)
I'm sorry for putting your personal business out there.
Dan (02:13:21.520)
I think I've done in the past myself so that's fine.
Jordan (02:13:23.260)
Totally. Bunch of times.
Larry Klayman (02:13:23.260)
--they're covering up. You have two very corrupt people under the Obama administration that run the Director of National Intelligence. Clapper, who is a certified liar, who lied under oath.
Alex Jones (02:13:32.000)
I was about to say, why are these people, Trump needs to get rid of all
Jordan (02:13:35.000)
He got his certification from Trump University.
Dan (02:13:39.000)
Well, Trump needs to get rid of all these dudes who are no longer in office.
Jordan (02:13:43.000)
It's time he got rid of them.
Dan (02:13:44.380)
Clapper is not.
Jordan (02:13:45.119)
Yeah, but it's time to get rid of them.
Dan (02:13:46.970)
Got to get rid of him.
Jordan (02:13:48.000)
Yeah.
Larry Klayman (02:13:48.590)
--first gone. John Brennan, former CIA director, John...
Jordan (02:13:53.930)
Former. I like how it always is former.
Larry Klayman (02:13:56.039)
--as well, he tried to destroy Trump.
Dan (02:13:58.000)
I mean, he didn't. He just, the example that Alex keeps going back to is that Clapper, who's gone, John Brennan, who was
Jordan (02:14:06.270)
Also gone.
Dan (02:14:07.010)
He's gone now. yeah. But he, when Trump got elected ,in between him being sworn in. He said that he should watch his mouth. He should be careful about things he says. Right. Which I mean, sure.
Jordan (02:14:21.000)
Which is such a childish way of doing things.
Dan (02:14:23.180)
--it's a little sassy.
Jordan (02:14:24.199)
Motherfucker, watch your mouth.
Dan (02:14:25.750)
Yeah, I mean, talk shit get hit, is the kind of message.
Jordan (02:14:30.000)
Don't snitch.
Dan (02:14:30.000)
I get, I get where Alex's interpretation of it being like, Hey, boy, watch your mouth, that kind of thing.
Jordan (02:14:36.659)
I don't like the way you said that.
Dan (02:14:38.899)
I know that "boy" has racial connotations. That's not in play.
Jordan (02:14:42.690)
That's the wine talking again.
Dan (02:14:44.119)
It's not in play. I get where Alex takes some umbrage at that. But I also would understand how anybody who's in the intelligence community, recognizes the stakes of the president running his mouth. How you can piss off foreign powers accidentally. Which Trump has done
Jordan (02:15:01.000)
As he's done a lot. He didn't even fucking shake Merkel's hand, like a pussy.
Dan (02:15:05.000)
So but he can do these things to insult foreign powers that are our allies that who have deep, deep, blood filled alliances with and he can insult them. And you should watch your mouth, you should be really careful what you say.
Jordan (02:15:21.000)
You should use diplomacy. Now, there's a reason we have a department that is entirely devoted to diplomacy. And there's a reason you fill that department with people who can be diplomatic.
Dan (02:15:34.659)
Who are diplomats.
Jordan (02:15:36.029)
Instead, what he did...
Dan (02:15:37.659)
Exxon guy.
Jordan (02:15:38.399)
--was put an Exxon Mobil guy in there who actually has been quoted as saying he didn't want the job.
Dan (02:15:45.000)
And his wife said, Eh, you should do it.
Jordan (02:15:49.000)
Yeah. And then they have not staff that department. nope. Definitely not with any career diplomat. nope. Everybody is confused. yeah. Angry, frustrated. Press aren't involved.
Dan (02:15:57.000)
And now, the head of the department is saying, Hey, we might fucking bomb North Korea. Great.
Jordan (02:16:02.000)
We're not having a good time of it. no. Our foreign you know, like it's it's strange to be so obsessed with domestic policy when we are bombing the shit out of Syria, killing more civilians than we've killed in so long, whenever
Dan (02:16:17.000)
Repeatedly non, like it's not even defensible that they're military targets.
Jordan (02:16:21.000)
When we've offended so many of our allies. yeah. When we've fucking threatened so many countries that this point.
Dan (02:16:29.000)
This is why the wine is necessary. This clip is Larry Klayman saying that everything in the world essentially is Obama's fault.
Jordan (02:16:34.000)
Excellent.
Larry Klayman (02:16:34.620)
If you follow the evidence here, I'm certain that President Obama is sitting on top of this, he must have known,
Jordan (02:16:41.290)
He's actually windsurfing on top of it right now.
Dan (02:16:45.000)
Again, he's talking about all this information that Montgomery has that he hasn't looked at.
Jordan (02:16:49.600)
From before Obama was president.
Dan (02:16:51.229)
So again, he's sure that it's all Obama's fault.
Jordan (02:16:53.649)
Probably.
Dan (02:16:54.090)
But he hasn't looked at any of it. So great. I'll take your word for it. Larry Klayman, guy who is clearly uncredible.
Jordan (02:17:00.000)
Master of Claymation.
Larry Klayman (02:17:02.000)
I'm sure he directed it.
Alex Jones (02:17:03.149)
Sure. They always direct everything. They're totally command and control. Like I bet it was above Obama, he didn't. Who do you think, who gave the order originally, above Obama, Soros?
Larry Klayman (02:17:12.000)
It had to go to Obama ultimately, okay. I mean, you can blame it on the minions, but the buck stops on his desk. And I want to make one other point out. In other countries in the world, Israel, Brazil, other countries, they hold the top executive accountable.
Alex Jones (02:17:28.590)
They do.
Larry Klayman (02:17:28.950)
We've never done that in our...
Jordan (02:17:30.000)
You know, Israel, Brazil, and other countries.
Larry Klayman (02:17:31.200)
--it's time.
Dan (02:17:32.000)
That's a super unfortunate
Jordan (02:17:34.040)
That's such a weird list.
Dan (02:17:36.100)
And it's a dumb example,
Jordan (02:17:38.000)
Israel, apartheid country. Brazil, recently had a coup. You know, other countries, the good ones
Dan (02:17:44.520)
The ones where they hold their leaders responsible. Benjamin Netanyahu has never been held responsible for any of the war crimes that he's committed.
Jordan (02:17:51.000)
And the Brazilian president is literally not allowed to run for president. He is legally barred from running for the job he currently holds that he obtained by purely illegal means.
Dan (02:18:06.000)
So he uses these two countries as an example to make a point about how Obama, who's not, who's no longer the president, needs to be held responsible for bullshit, lies that he's peddling on Alex Jones's show. right. And then Alex is like, I totally agree. So fucking stupid.
Jordan (02:18:22.000)
It's so stupid.
Dan (02:18:23.000)
It's incredibly. It's insane. Like you could probably
Jordan (02:18:27.000)
It's the FBI buying software based on Al Jazeera's bar code stupid.
Dan (02:18:32.000)
Yeah, it's right up there.
Jordan (02:18:33.000)
It's, oh, it's Italian cuisine of stupid.
Dan (02:18:38.000)
That's the last clip that I have from Larry Klayman's interview. okay. If you want to know more about him, and you want him to speak his piece,
Jordan (02:18:47.079)
Check your local library.
Dan (02:18:48.700)
Yeah. He probably has written books. I didn't look into that. But if you want to hear his entire argument laid out, I will link it on the website. He has an article that he wrote in Newsmax that just lays out his entire argument about Montgomery. It's all lies, but at least if you go there, it's basically all the stuff I cut out from the episode. right. Because it's just boring and a lot of it was covered by Mike Zullo. yeah. So like a lot of it is just repetitious. Here is a fun clip. Klayman doesn't say anything, but this is Alex Jones just trying to really desperately make you believe that the people he has on his show are real.
Jordan (02:19:29.000)
Just it, just not Sesame Street puppets?
Dan (02:19:32.590)
Claymation.
Jordan (02:19:33.540)
Okay.
Alex Jones (02:19:34.000)
These guests, 99% out of 100 are accurate, none of us are perfect but we try to tell the truth, we try to get it right...
Jordan (02:19:39.700)
No you don't.
Alex Jones (02:19:40.360)
--but sometimes you know, the innocent or those that are questionable get harmed. We have to also admit we've been wrong...
Jordan (02:19:45.860)
Fake Pizzagate apology.
Alex Jones (02:19:46.979)
--about, that our hearts are in the right place. They're trying to change the world.
Jordan (02:19:50.530)
I hate you.
Dan (02:19:51.000)
Yeah. So I mean, like your guests are 99% accurate
Jordan (02:19:54.000)
Fake Pizzagate apology.
Dan (02:19:56.000)
I legitimately don't know how you would quantify what percent your guests are accurate, but I know that if there was a system, 99% is ambitious. There's no way.
Jordan (02:20:07.000)
Even for a reputable news site, 99% seems ambitious, right?
Dan (02:20:12.000)
I think the most respectable news sources that I trust, have maybe 80.
Jordan (02:20:16.000)
Yeah, yeah, I was gonna say 75% is amazing to me.
Dan (02:20:20.000)
I'm saying, that's why I said maybe. yeah. Maybe, and that's hot. yeah. I, like I said, I told you on the last episode, I've been reading foreign policy.
Jordan (02:20:28.899)
Right. Because you're a wonk.
Dan (02:20:30.549)
I'm a wonk! And a lot of stuff that I've been reading in there, it seems incredibly credible. I've looked into things that are cited. And absolutely, it backs up. So like, but I still think that they get things wrong from time to time.
Jordan (02:20:43.909)
Yeah, of course.
Dan (02:20:44.860)
It's every citizen's responsibility to take in media and news and then evaluate it. That's your responsibility. It's not the media's responsibility to right every time when they're wrong. It is the responsibility to
Jordan (02:20:57.000)
To own up to it.
Dan (02:20:57.880)
Exactly.
Jordan (02:20:58.319)
And to write a correction and to make sure that everybody knows that,
Dan (02:21:02.000)
Which, places like the New York Times, Washington Post, these sorts of establishment institutions, do on a regular basis.
Jordan (02:21:10.000)
They do, they perhaps don't do as loudly as maybe they should. yeah. But they do it.
Dan (02:21:16.069)
Yeah, but people
Jordan (02:21:16.709)
For the most part.
Dan (02:21:18.000)
It's unfortunate because this weekend again, Alex Jones came out with his apology about Pizzagate...
Jordan (02:21:23.500)
His bullshit apology.
Dan (02:21:24.639)
--but he doesn't apologize for things that he says. nope. He never does. And this Pizzagate apology is not evidence that he does apologize for things, because even packaged within that apology is a
Jordan (02:21:35.340)
Defensive of his, yeah.
Dan (02:21:36.489)
--and it's throwing other news organizations under the bus. It's like hey, they said, it we're reporting on it. right. What do you want to do?
Jordan (02:21:44.229)
We made a mistake, but our mistake was really trusting other people, it wasn't us doing, not doing our due diligence.
Dan (02:21:51.000)
Yeah, and if they had done any due diligence, they never would have reported any of that shit.
Jordan (02:21:56.719)
Nope, because it's bullshit.
Dan (02:21:58.430)
And I am not even a news outlet and I did my due diligence about Pizzagate.
Jordan (02:22:02.899)
You did it thoroughly.
Dan (02:22:04.270)
This episode is not about
Jordan (02:22:05.760)
You did way more due diligence than a lot of media outlets.
Dan (02:22:09.000)
So let's, we're about to wrap up this episode, but before we do I have a couple more clips that are just kind of fun. This one
Jordan (02:22:17.110)
Oh, God, I needed those.
Dan (02:22:18.719)
This one, Jerome Corsi has been, he wasn't on the phone during the Klayman interview. right. This goes back to the
Jordan (02:22:26.049)
He was again just sitting in the corner singing
Dan (02:22:29.090)
Zippity doo da?
Jordan (02:22:30.100)
Yeah.
Dan (02:22:30.479)
Slightly racist Disney song.
Jordan (02:22:32.309)
Right.
Dan (02:22:32.680)
So this one is, I don't know why that came to my head. It's a good song though. If you take the racist part out of it. Zippity do da. Zippity day. My oh my what a wonderful day. That's fun. Anyway, let's not let's let's not unpack tar baby and Uncle Remus. all right. But so Jerome Corsi was in the background essentially for the entire Mike Zullo interview and then once Mike Zullo gets off the phone, Alex Jones has got to kiss Jerome Corsi's ass for a little while. So he says this clip, he says this clip, and it's one way of looking at things and when, after the clip, I'll explain the better way of looking at it. okay.
Alex Jones (02:23:10.000)
I mean your articles are all so powerful and either from high level leaks or the White House, you're pointing out what needs to be looked at. Notice everything you write for us, everything else we write gets picked up in the news. Everything you write, you get total blacklist, which shows you are really on target my friend so I want to thank you and
Jordan (02:23:28.000)
Cuck. Cuucck. Cuck!
Dan (02:23:28.860)
Well his argument is
Jordan (02:23:30.729)
Listen, everything we write, everybody looks at. Everything you write, nobody looks at...
Dan (02:23:36.860)
Nailed it.
Jordan (02:23:37.630)
--that's how on target you are...
Dan (02:23:39.719)
Nailed it.
Jordan (02:23:40.489)
--nobody wants to read your bullshit. yeah. That's like that's like a bullshit ad for him. Right?
Dan (02:23:47.000)
Everything Paul Joseph Watson does, everyone loves that. yeah. But stuff you do, everyone ignores. I mean, it must mean you're super on target.
Jordan (02:23:55.000)
Yeah, you're you're like a conspiracy theorist's conspiracy theorist.
Dan (02:23:59.000)
Or it might mean that you're widely discredited even in wonky conspiracy theory communities. Now when I say wonky? I don't mean wonky, like policy wonk. I mean, wonky, like not functioning.
Jordan (02:24:10.000)
Like having a wonky leg.
Dan (02:24:11.809)
Yeah, exactly.
Jordan (02:24:12.899)
Yeah, I gotcha.
Dan (02:24:14.000)
It's unfortunate that it's the same word, I realize now. But like,
Jordan (02:24:17.000)
Well, I mean, so far, we've seen that Paul Ryan's wonkiness is wonky.
Dan (02:24:21.000)
It's absolutely him malfunctioning.
Jordan (02:24:23.469)
It's perhaps broken.
Dan (02:24:24.909)
So we have one more clip left to play and this is what I would like to call the parting shot. Generally, I'd like to try and come up with something that really sums up the feeling of things. right. I have not done that this time.
Jordan (02:24:38.000)
If you don't want to listen to two and a half hours of us talking...
Dan (02:24:43.030)
A tl/dr.
Jordan (02:24:43.639)
--feel free to go to the last five minutes, where you will have a good clip for them.
Dan (02:24:50.000)
But before we get to this clip, let's just give a slight in summation of everything we've covered.
Jordan (02:24:56.000)
Yes, monsters, liars, frauds, idiots. Everybody involved with the Alex Jones Show is all of those things.
Dan (02:25:03.819)
Yes.
Jordan (02:25:04.049)
That's pretty much what we've covered.
Dan (02:25:07.000)
I think you did a good real brief summation. I'm gonna try for a little
Jordan (02:25:11.590)
Oh do you want more explanation? Fine.
Dan (02:25:14.889)
You gave the bones, I'm gonna put a little meat on it.
Jordan (02:25:18.340)
Fine, fine!
Dan (02:25:19.079)
So the meat on that bones is that Joe Arpaio is a complete monster. He is guilty of racial profiling...
Jordan (02:25:25.500)
Deserves the death penalty.
Dan (02:25:27.149)
--so, so much worse. He is absolutely terrible. He was not being wiretapped by any information that is publicly available.
Jordan (02:25:35.409)
Deserve the death penalty.
Dan (02:25:36.979)
He had a confidential informant named Dennis Montgomery, who is a proven liar, who has a history of fraud...
Jordan (02:25:43.270)
Catch me if you can.
Dan (02:25:44.549)
--has a history of trying to set up people with fake documents and clearly is lying. yep. His now lawyer, Larry Klayman, is a complete Islamophobic bigot. He has tried multiple times to have frivolous lawsuits against liberals.
Jordan (02:25:58.409)
Kicked out of two courts forever.
Dan (02:26:00.409)
For life.
Jordan (02:26:01.010)
For life.
Dan (02:26:01.610)
Was not allowed to be Cliven Bundy's lawyer, which is crazy. yep. And so these are the characters that we're dealing with. Alex Jones takes this third hand information about an alleged wiretapping "Project Dragnet" that's been going on that allegedly has his phone numbers, which again, as I said, spelled out earlier, Montgomery could easily get that information from very mild hacking, which he is shown through...
Jordan (02:26:26.770)
His typewriter skills.
Dan (02:26:28.110)
--people talking about him. And his history has shown that he is capable of those things.
Jordan (02:26:33.000)
At the very least can write basic software in 2002.
Dan (02:26:37.000)
Yes. So what we have here is Alex Jones, either willingly or unwillingly being tricked by
Jordan (02:26:44.000)
And also Mike Zullo is an accomplice to Joe Arpaio's crimes against humanity...
Dan (02:26:49.290)
At very least.
Jordan (02:26:50.200)
--and probably deserves life in prison.
Dan (02:26:53.000)
But probably could get you a good deal on a Hyundai.
Jordan (02:26:56.579)
An amazing deal.
Dan (02:26:57.700)
Probably. So Alex Jones,
Jordan (02:26:59.729)
Handshake deal.
Dan (02:27:01.000)
Alex Jones,
Jordan (02:27:01.450)
In cash, wouldn't even need to write it down.
Dan (02:27:04.000)
Alex Jones has done no research into any of these things.
Jordan (02:27:08.000)
Or if he has, he is truly 100% trying to lie, in a way that we...
Dan (02:27:12.440)
Those are the only two possibilities.
Jordan (02:27:15.010)
--in the way that we have always had that kind of spectrum going back and forth. If Alex Jones has done any research into these people, and he is aware 100% that he is lying and peddling a false narrative. yes. If he has not, which to me seems the more likely situation because again, all of the work you've done, all of the research you've done seems like something so far beyond anything Alex Jones is capable of.
Dan (02:27:44.000)
It hasn't taken me that long, though...
Jordan (02:27:45.780)
Exactly!
Dan (02:27:46.200)
--to be honest.
Jordan (02:27:47.000)
And that's the even more pathetic part of it.
Dan (02:27:51.000)
To be honest, we're not getting paid for this show. nope. And I have a nine to five job. It actually is generally an eight to six job. So like I'm at work a lot of my life and I can't be spending time researching. I have not been tearing my hair out researching this. exactly. It's been pretty easy to find most of this information.
Jordan (02:28:11.000)
That's, that's kind of more, again, it fits within Alex Jones and what we know of him that he would not have done even the most cursory of research.
Dan (02:28:20.000)
If someone comes to Jerome Corsi and says, I have evidence that Trump is being spied on, Jerome Corsi is going to write up an article and Alex Jones is going to just implicitly believe it no matter what.
Jordan (02:28:34.000)
Yes.
Dan (02:28:34.340)
He's not going to do any research into...
Jordan (02:28:37.190)
Exactly.
Dan (02:28:37.729)
--figuring out, is this worth me posting on my site?
Jordan (02:28:41.290)
Not once.
Dan (02:28:41.819)
He's not going to do any of that work. And because he doesn't, and because Jerome Corsi is so, so uncredited, so unethical, he just brings this bullshit into the house. right. And Alex is Jones is happy to purvey it.
Jordan (02:28:55.000)
To me, I fall on the side of, Alex Jones is the village idiot, not the mafia don, in this particular circumstance.
Dan (02:29:02.770)
That's interesting.
Jordan (02:29:04.139)
I don't think he's willfully misleading people in the way that he would be if he had done any research into any of these people.
Dan (02:29:13.000)
Now, see, here's where I disagree with you. Just on a slight technicality. yes. I think he willfully doesn't do the research because a part of him knows that if he did, he would invalidate his own beliefs.
Jordan (02:29:24.579)
Your objection is is is sustained.
Dan (02:29:26.549)
Thank you. Thank you, Counselor. Permission to approach the bench.
Jordan (02:29:31.000)
Never. In fact, you're kicked out of my courtroom, for life!
Dan (02:29:35.000)
So, realistically, what we end this with is, Trump was not being spied on in the way
Jordan (02:29:45.000)
That's it! That's where we end the, like if we just said that and ended the podcast right there.
Dan (02:29:51.000)
Because that's the narrative that Alex was pitching the entire week. The idea that his phone number and Trump's phone number and all that, was part of this database, is absolute lies, which we've, I think, firmly established.
Jordan (02:30:03.000)
And it took, like, there's a web of things that's built upon it.
Dan (02:30:08.000)
He spent a week on this! He had multiple interviews with people propping up this lie. It's complete bullshit.
Jordan (02:30:16.000)
And Nunez himself has confirmed, there's no evidence that Trump was wiretapped at Trump Tower.
Dan (02:30:22.000)
But in the meantime, Nunez is at least incredulous of this evidence. He's at least been tricked in some way. His behavior was altered by some of this information.
Jordan (02:30:34.000)
Nunez, I would actually argue, is on the evil side, is on the evil spectrum...
Dan (02:30:39.010)
I agree.
Jordan (02:30:39.579)
--of willfully lying, in order to protect against, in order to protect Trump, but in the same way, he's hitching his wagon to what he thinks won't get torn down,
Dan (02:30:49.860)
Boy, it looked pretty good a couple months ago.
Jordan (02:30:52.979)
Yeah, exactly, right? If you were going to, like just 50/50 horse race here.
Dan (02:30:57.959)
Let's blue sky this thing.
Jordan (02:30:59.770)
Who do you think you would rather hitch your horse to right now? Paul Ryan or Donald Trump?
Dan (02:31:06.000)
That's, that's a Sophie's Choice.
Jordan (02:31:08.680)
It really is.
Dan (02:31:09.639)
No, it's the reverse of one. I want to kill both of my children.
Jordan (02:31:13.000)
I hate my children!
Dan (02:31:15.000)
No, that's that's a no win situation. I don't want to hitch my horse to either of them. But if I had to choose, I'd probably go Trump.
Jordan (02:31:20.000)
You'd probably go Trump?
Dan (02:31:21.680)
Yeah.
Jordan (02:31:22.079)
Oh, man. I'm still gonna go with Ryan here.
Dan (02:31:25.000)
I would go Trump but real casually. Just because I don't want anything to do with Paul Ryan.
Jordan (02:31:32.000)
I would fuck Trump once every couple of weeks, real cash stuff. It's just like, a hook up.
Dan (02:31:37.000)
I think Trump is a traitor. yeah. But somehow I think Paul Ryan is worse.
Jordan (02:31:41.350)
Paul Ryan is absolutely worse.
Dan (02:31:43.170)
So I would go, I would go with Trump. But I wouldn't stick my neck out for either of them.
Jordan (02:31:46.000)
--pure survival. I'm not talking about who's the, who's the more monstrous, because I hope both of them get hit by a truck.
Dan (02:31:55.130)
Then you go Ryan.
Jordan (02:31:56.450)
Right. Exactly. I think Ryan is going to, I mean, well, see, and then we go over...
Dan (02:32:02.590)
He's a cockroach.
Jordan (02:32:03.809)
--we go back to the health care bill, right. I would have, before the whole health care bill, I would have said that Ryan was capable of outmaneuvering Trump. yeah. Because the health care bill was maybe the most unpopular thing ever introduced into Congress. yeah. And he still put all of his energy into it. Maybe just maybe, Paul Ryan is an idiot.
Dan (02:32:29.020)
It's, he's not a wonk.
Jordan (02:32:30.600)
He is definitely not, like, but, his reputation for being a guy who is smart, is gone.
Dan (02:32:37.000)
It's also interesting, though, because I don't I don't know really. I have not done deep research into it. But I did read an article about how Trump making a hard sell on the health care bill ended up losing them 10 votes.
Jordan (02:32:48.880)
Yeah, I would believe that.
Dan (02:32:50.309)
He went in and tried to negotiate with folks and...
Jordan (02:32:53.040)
Like a used car salesman.
Dan (02:32:54.350)
--and it worked negatively. yeah. So it's possible that Paul Ryan maybe could have pulled it off without Trump's blustery tactics. Look, we can't
Jordan (02:33:02.000)
Yeah, we can't, we can't do that one.
Dan (02:33:03.809)
It's impossible.
Jordan (02:33:04.709)
Yeah that one's not that.
Dan (02:33:06.000)
Either way. We have one more clip. right. And this is Alex Jones talking about, I mean, this is just great.
Jordan (02:33:13.000)
Okay, all right. Let's get to it.
Dan (02:33:15.000)
I'll just, I'll just let it play.
Jordan (02:33:17.000)
Let's get some dessert on this shit.
Dan (02:33:18.000)
This is absolutely dessert.
Jordan (02:33:19.899)
Okay.
Alex Jones (02:33:21.000)
With this world being so unstable, if they bring down Trump, which they're trying to do, they're just trying to demonize him before they kill him. You need high quality storable foods. I know I've increased the amounts I've got. People keep thinking, Oh, go back to sleep, Trump's in. Oh, yeah, get ready. We usually only do this once a year. I'm doing it every few months now. It's 30 To 40% off all the high quality storable foods. And it's fresh, produced right here in America by My Patriot Supply.
Dan (02:33:43.000)
Alex Jones showing his true colors.
Jordan (02:33:45.000)
Oh my god, that felt so good.
Dan (02:33:46.809)
They're gonna kill
Jordan (02:33:47.909)
That was the catharsis I have wanted for months now.
Dan (02:33:51.000)
They're gonna kill Trump. Hey, you need food.
Jordan (02:33:53.329)
You need food! You're gonna need it!
Dan (02:33:55.209)
Anyway. What a bunch of assholes.
Jordan (02:33:56.180)
Oh, God.
Dan (02:33:56.639)
Anyway,
Jordan (02:33:57.000)
Dan, let me ask you a question.
Dan (02:33:58.760)
Let me answer a question for you.
Jordan (02:34:00.450)
Where would you find us if you were looking for us?
Dan (02:34:03.000)
Well, I would say that the primary place you can find us is knowledge fight dot com, our website
Jordan (02:34:08.159)
Oh, we have a website?
Dan (02:34:09.319)
We do. And there's a link up there ff you'd like to support the show, we do take donations through Patreon. There's a link on knowledge fight dot com where you're welcome to do that. You don't have to, I don't give a shit.
Jordan (02:34:21.000)
Again, you're very defensive for no reason. You can also subscribe to us on iTunes. If you leave a review, do you know that pushes our rankings up or something? I don't know how iTunes works.
Dan (02:34:33.000)
And thank you to uh. Listen, I'm gonna give a thank you to a friend of mine. Thank you Brian ******? What's up baby? He left us a nice review on on iTunes recently. And thank you. Everybody,
Jordan (02:34:45.000)
We genuinely, like it really, it really does make me feel like I'm part of something whenever people review this and like, it, you know, like there are plenty of podcasts
Dan (02:34:57.000)
Also, by the way. Remember when I was complaining about someone leaving a four star review?
Jordan (02:35:01.459)
Yeah.
Dan (02:35:01.780)
I went back and checked. I think they changed it to a five.
Jordan (02:35:05.000)
Oh, no!! Dan! Dan, you're a bully!
Dan (02:35:08.739)
I'm sorry.
Jordan (02:35:09.880)
You're the Alex Jones of Knowledge Fight.
Dan (02:35:13.000)
I'm so sorry.
Jordan (02:35:15.000)
No, here's, here's the weird thing. You get overly defensive. I get way overly sincere like, oh, you touch me.
Dan (02:35:22.000)
It was very nice though.
Jordan (02:35:23.110)
It is. It is truly.
Dan (02:35:24.010)
I mean, whatever those sincere feelings that you're expressing, I definitely feel too but I have a stony visage.
Jordan (02:35:29.000)
Yeah, it's hard. It's hard because feeling like part of the resistance or whatever it is. Seems very futile at times.
Dan (02:35:38.000)
We're resistance to something.
Jordan (02:35:39.549)
We're trying. yeah. You know, it's hard, it's hard to try. It really is. Like, looking at the protests in Russia just this day.
Dan (02:35:47.590)
Jesus.
Jordan (02:35:48.069)
You see those people who are far...
Dan (02:35:50.000)
That's real bravery.
Jordan (02:35:53.000)
--more, far more brave than anything I can imagine. Because...
Dan (02:35:56.840)
Ever.
Jordan (02:35:57.079)
Just going there has a very real possibility of killing you. yeah. It truly does. And so
Dan (02:36:03.000)
You see massive swarms of riot police making lines in order to shuttle all the protesters into a building. Any of those people could be dead.
Jordan (02:36:15.000)
They look like fucking Robocop like, it's ridiculous. So so just to feel like I am, at the very least, putting the smallest amount of what I can into it. Because I'm so confused about how to actually join that.
Dan (02:36:30.000)
All we do is, you know, all we can do is encourage people to, you know, call your representatives.
Jordan (02:36:36.309)
Do everything you can.
Dan (02:36:37.700)
That's a, that's a small thing. It's very easy to do. And you should.
Jordan (02:36:42.000)
Donate money to the ACLU, or
Dan (02:36:43.989)
Any other cause that you support.
Jordan (02:36:46.319)
100%, do whatever it is you can. That's what we want to encourage people to do. That's what we do.
Dan (02:36:53.000)
And then beyond that, also, and I'm guilty of not doing this all the time, because I'm kind of a crank. But like, it does go a long way just to be nice to people. yeah. That is a really important thing. As our country descends further into...
Jordan (02:37:06.000)
Into the Hunger Games, we live in the Hunger Games.
Dan (02:37:08.000)
--as we descend into really scary territory, it is important that you be nice to people. So try, try. Try to see the humanity in your fellow people.
Jordan (02:37:17.000)
And the only way to be nice to people, Dan, I will tell you this right now, is to leave a great review of Knowledge Fight on iTunes.
Dan (02:37:24.000)
I'm glad you got that out. Cuz, that was, that was my point.
Jordan (02:37:27.520)
Anyways.
Dan (02:37:28.040)
Also, follow us at Twitter, knowledge underscore fight. You can email us at knowledge fight at gmail dot com. Also, I don't think we mentioned this in the last episode, but thank you to the AV Club, giving us a nice shout out.
Jordan (02:37:40.000)
Oh yeah. Ah, Future Schlock? Uh, yeah.
Dan (02:37:43.000)
Super awesome. Thank you very much. Anybody else who wants to write anything about us, please do. We need help.
Jordan (02:37:49.000)
And if you do want to write anything about us, you should definitely mention at the end of the article that we are a couple of???
Dan (02:37:56.000)
Just, you know, I don't know, policy wonks? Is that right?
Jordan (02:37:59.610)
Policy wonks.
Dan (02:37:59.889)
Yeah.
Alex Jones (02:38:00.000)
Andy in Kansas, you're on the air. Thanks for holding.
Andy In Kansas (02:38:03.959)
Hello Alex, I'm a first time caller. I'm a huge fan. I love your work.
Alex Jones (02:38:08.639)
I love you.
